While shopping inside Myer, after sometime I was feeling a bit of thirsty. Decided to visit the newly opened bar "The Lodge bar". Place is cosy and not that crowded. Staff is friendly and welcome. Had my first Apple's cider and enjoyed my trip there. It's always great to have a short rest in the bar while shopping there 😀. Recommended!

It is a good Myer store. They need more staff for sure, Hard to find anyone to assist you or answer your questions, even hard to pay for what you want to buy

Jackie from the Chanel section is lovely. Very patient, kind, unassuming and helpful. I went there to purchase a foundation I had found online with my mother in law and partner. She gave us excellent customer service. For this reason, we will be returning to purchase more products at the Chanel section. Thank you kindly Jackie 🌹❤️

Still one of my favorite place to shop. There are plenty is options to choose from. Each level are tailored accordingly. One level for the girls, another for the men. Top level for kitchen ware, electronics and toys. Because tomorrow is father's day, the cosmetic assistance feel a bit awkward not able to offer me anything of interest. There is a cafe busy serving customers.

Was just shopping in the men's shoes dept & was helped by a women named Rosa & she was amazing. So lovely so helpful & we had a great chat while I was finding the right size shoes. Highly recommend shopping here.

My friend wanted to do a registry as she's getting married. None of the staff working knew how to set one up. This wasn't the staff's fault as none of them had been trained in how to do one. They also informed us the registry guns were very old and faulty. Myer doesn't offer an ability to set one up online either. The staff were lovely and the store looks nice, this is more a reflection on Myer as a company not giving staff the training they need.

Best Myer stores around. Great ambience and friendly staff. Finding a car park is a chore. No mobile signal in underground parking. If you are driving a car rely on mobile connectivity to unlock/start be aware

Too expensive for me... out of my price range. Had a gift card unfortunately. Otherwise don't shop there.... When l finally found something (1hr later) the service lady was AMAZING. Very good service.

Myer is a great shopping experience for all. Has been in our lives for many years with wonderful products, lovely staff who are always helpful. We are lucky to have not one city store but stores spread through our communities. Enjoy the journey

Love shopping at this place , the fashion capital. The biggest shopping center where you can shop until you drop. There have most high end brands to medium range. Lots of restaurants and food courts where there are many type of food to choose from either dine in or take away. Always crowded mainly of weekends where parking is difficult. Try going on weekdays instead. Can spend the whole day shopping, eating and watching a movie. A very great place to spend a day with family.

Our Favorite and frequent stop. Aglaya female staff was so friendly and helpful at this time. We always have happy shopping. Usually buying gifts for ourselves and friends. Best place to go for shopping at Melbourne. Enjoy

Absolutely disgusted. I went there specifically to buy bras as they had a leap year sale. Spoke to the fitter and told her what I wanted so she takes me off to measure then says you will need this size. I’m left there waiting and waiting and after 10 minutes I walked out. Another lady asked do you need help. I told her I was left high and dry. She then says we don’t have your size you need to go to David Jones. Off I go and by now I was exasperated and almost in tears. Wendy at David Jones was much better and more professional. I won't be going back there. Her meeting was more important than me.

Always great shopping, great customer service and now even more great brands. I love a special Myer Christmas shopping night. There were so many great deals, Myer team members were under the pump however kept smiling and being helpful. It was a great night for shopping, the DJ added to the fun atmosphere and there were drinks and food on offer. Thanks Myer for another great Christmas shopping night - I can't wait for Black Friday!

I came to Chadstone store 19 January 2024 and paid for a kitchenaid for my son’s wedding. It was not available in chadstone site and they promised they will deliver to my home asap. I have been waiting and waiting the product is still not arrived. I am very shamed that the wedding gift I couldn’t give on time. Also today 4/2/24 called 2 times and asked all the questions where to transfer, unfortunately, no one answered from kitchen appliances and the line got cut off both times. Is that the customer service you have. I am totally unhappy and frustrated with the service. Paid big money and still not arrived.

Anthea and her colleagues at the Review store provided amazing customer service! They went above and beyond to help me find last minute bridesmaids dresses. I picked up my dress, however at the time they didn't have the sizes for the other two. Without asking for it, Anthea called me the next day as she remembered I was after some other sizes, and informed me that the other two sizes had just arrived. We're very grateful that she remembered and took the initiative to call me, and our last minute scramble for bridesmaid dresses was solved! Thank you so much Anthea, our bride would be so over the moon 😊

Visited Myer Chadstone after 8 years as was living interstate. Nothing much has changed. The Lady who served at the Ladies' shoe section was very helpful. She didn't charge me 15 cents for the plastic bag .. as I forgot to bring my own. However there were no sales person at the Ladies coat section. Finally after choosing a coat it was a hard task to find an open counter to pay for the purchase!!

Great, we were lucky to got the shoe size we have been searching. The lady who was Sandler section(unfortunately, couldn't remember the name) was so helpful and friendly in assisting us. Though it was tiring evening it was pleasure at the end. Kudos to the MYER team.

Ordered a item for click and collect haven’t received any update if my order is ready to collect for almost a day now. I feel Amazon delivery or some other store would have been better/faster than Myers click and collect. Thanks Myer.

Appalling service from the Dune concession DO NOT SHOP THERE . There is no setup for a proper customer service to support a client in case of any issues with products purchased from the concession brands. I bought a pair of heels and I have worn the shoes once around the house for a few hours to break them in and the leather on the left shoe split open. It is clearly not a mechanical fault inflicted by me. This should not have happened after the one use. I have gone to a Dune in Myer in Chadstone to log in the complaint and ask for a refund. I have been told that this will be looked into but that the manager on duty said they ‘did not see any major fault’. So not that there wasn’t a fault - but that the fault was not major enough for them to consider it grounds for a refund. Which I find bizarre as it doesn’t matter how big a fault is - there is a fault which makes the shoes not to be in ideal shape. The managers actually spend more time insinuating that I must have worn the shoes elsewhere than just around the house given the state of the sole. They do seem worn - I have some stone and marble areas in the house - but I would say that if anything this is a reflection on the quality of the shoe and in any case it should not really matter where was the shoe worn. (even though the heels are clearly in pristine condition an so these could not have been worn outside). I went in to report the fault a day after I bought those and so they are clearly faulty but I have been questioned, undermined, distrusted and dismissed. I have then been told that I will receive a call from the state manager which never came so they clearly do not care.

Chsdstone never disappoints always has something going on with lots to see. A little disappointing to see people walking around with no masks on. But all in all a good shopping experience the trading hours help and even managed to get dinner.

Place is always busy but it's well stocked and not too contested with stock. Well organised. Could do with more cafes around the store or even coffee dispensers?

I went to Myers Chaddy on a busy Thursday night before lockdown started to fix an error made for an online order. I was helped by two employees who showed a lot of sympathy and kindness and with the utmost professionalism too. Mike and Ganidra (excuse my spelling) went above and beyond to help me fix an order which was not their fault at all. They assisted me throughout the whole process and made it easy for me despite being under pressure due to it being a busy night. I just want to commend them both for their hard work and professionalism at this job. It was late and I am sure they were tired but it didn’t affect their customer service in the slightest. I had the privilege of being helped by the two of them and am better overall for it. Thank you to them both for their kindness.

Went shoe shopping yesterday 15th March 2022, had the most wonderful experience with a lovely lady named Julie, she was patient, polite and took her time in helping me. I brought 5 pairs of Nine West new range heels. Thank you Julie I will come back and look for you again, your customer service is outstanding!!!!💗

Tried to buy a heater. No prices on any heaters. I was told to take them to the register to check prices. I carried 4 heaters to the register and waited 15 minutes. No staff turned up. Then had to carry the heaters to the clothes section to buy them.

Myer Chadstone has a wide range of choices ranging from kids, women, men to kitchen, appliances and whatnot. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially who are working on level 1 and 2. On the ground floor, I would prefer to not be starred at when just having a look and testing around with the colognes ;) Apart from that, we have experienced good time and sometimes really good deals.

Always great service here at Myer Chadstone. I visited the women's shoes section on Wednesday and bought some black Windsor Smith boots. The lady who served me was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Myer for training and hiring professional and exceptional staff - it makes all the difference!

The car park is half empty. Great for parking. Myer is open for Click and Collect only. No other shops looked open !!!

We have just moved to Glen Iris and Chadstone is 5 mins from us. WOW! what a fabulous shopping complex. Everything under one roof (many kilometres of roof to be precise). One could spend a whole day here and still not see everything there is to offer. Immaculately clean, wide aisles & spacious stores. Fabulous food selections and every major supermarket. Parking easy and caters for long and short term shopping. Highly recommended 👌

Wonderful experience with customer service here. Any team I met has been always so helpful. Team from Myer hub, ladies shoe section and Georgio Armani are the three main sections I have been served and the team has be absolutely helpful and so engaging. Good going guys.
