The quality of dentists seems to be going down every time I visit. They are all very friendly and nice, but inept when it comes to actually doing anything. I had a filling done here about 6-8 months ago, and had to return later in the day because they had left a sharp point on it. I went back 5 days ago because I had tooth sensitivity on that same tooth, only to be told that there was "nothing wrong with my teeth that they could see" after doing an xray and looking at them. This was after they were half an hour late to see me for my appointment, too. Cue four days later, I mindlessly run my tongue over said tooth and it now has a gaping hole in it. Thanks to this ineptitude i'm probably going to have to have the tooth pulled eventually. Also, dont go here if you want a checkup, unless you're willing to pay $160+ dollars. The waiting list is about 2 and a half years. I know. I've been on it for about 18. Also, emergency appointments will generally have at least a week wait. So yeah. Lovely and friendly staff, completely useless dentists. Almost a standard with EACH these days.

They do an absolutely fantastic job here, particularly the dental services, but it can take months or even years to get in. Underfunded, I believe, for a vital community service.

Traveling from Bayswater North to Parkdale central bayside community health services to see a dentist seems ridiculous but for me it’s worth it because Each Ferntree Gully community dentist pales in comparison. The dentists themselves are all very good to great regardless of which one you go to but Parkdale is by far the winner because the women who are at the front counter are just really good at their job and the dentists there always books me in for a course of treatment after a check up. Each in Ferntree Gully the staff and dentists just want to rush and get me out the door as quick as possible and never call back when I’ve been on the waiting list for years.

Called on 28th april with a toothach, only to be told that i could have an emergency appintment on 5th may next week. Which was a walk in, sit and wait, still no gurantee of getting seen. Recieved a phone call in september last year to say i was comming up to the top of the waiting list still waiting. I just think to be in pain. and told that you have to wait a week is not right.

Waiting for a “ sit and wait appointment “ and it’s freezing in the waiting area, I notified the staff member at reception and she was dismissive, it’s not appropriate behaviour just because she works here!!!!!

What a wonderful group of dedicated, professional and friendly people! After years of awful service with another unnamed health service provider, I was immediately and looked after by the caring team at EACH. If you're not happy with your current provider, call them and transfer to EACH in Ferntree Gully. I couldn't be happier with their service! Big thank you to the whole team!

Awesome, coolest and most wonderful doctors. Tons of thanks. My 5 year old went for tooth extraction today. He was very afraid of what's to come, as were we. Sincere apologies for not being able to register the names of those wonderful bunch of professionals who treated my son like a pro, I'm in awe still. My son did cry a little, but it was because of the fear of loosing a tooth more than the actual procedure. We are home now and my son still hasn't actually realized that his bad tooth is out. He's excited about the tooth fairy visit now; all thanks to the gentle hands of the doctors who I cannot name on account of me getting older☺ May God bless them all.

Dentist CJ and Nurse Lacey are AWESOME!!!! Lovely mannerisms and explained everything 110%. Nervous patient, was made to feel comfortable and ease all way thru procedure. VERY professional. Would recommend. Extremely lucky to have this service available to us throughout these trying times. Both CJ & Lacey are more than competent in their profession. 💚💚💚

My 8 year old daughter was originally refused treatment of removing a broken molar at a family dental clinic, as she showed signs of anxiety and was referred to a pediatric dentist who advised they would need to do day surgery and put her under a full General Aesthetic, at a cost of $4,400+. After seeing EACH advertised in our primary schools newsletter, they were able to make an appointment in a timely manner and the fantastic dentists at EACH were able to remove my daughters tooth, in the chair, with just the typical numbing cream and syringe, and not a tear was shed. I would highly recommend EACH's services, as everyone we have dealt with thus far has been incredible and my daughter was very comfortable! Thanks again :)
