Money
hungry,
unprofessional
and
inconsistent.
Purchased
a
phone
yesterday
from
your
store,
no
one
offered
their
service.
Had
to
approach
someone
for
help
(atleast
the
person
was
really
friendly
and
helpful
though).
Yesterday
it
was
fine
with
price
matching
another
store
and
lowering
the
price
by
a
single
dollar
and
I
was
provided
with
the
$100
bonus
gift
card.
Another
store
has
since
advertised
the
product
for
cheaper
and
I
wasn't
100%
sure
if
I
could
get
the
difference
refunded
under
the
price
guarantee.
Today
I
rang
the
store
and
spoke
to
Ken
who
looked
up
the
transaction
and
then
the
deal
with
a
competitor
and
he
said
yes
if
I
come
into
store
they
would
refund
the
difference
back
to
me.
So
I
drove
all
40
minutes
to
the
store
to
wait
and
then
be
told
by
who
I
later
found
out
was
the
franchisee
owner
that
the
price
I
had
seen
must
be
a
glitch
and
therefore
he
would
not
honour
it...
since
then
another
store
has
also
marked
their
product
down
(definitely
not
a
glitch).
I
refused
to
take
that
as
an
excuse
because
I
had
already
rang
the
store
to
ask
about
it.
He
then
kept
looking
more
and
more
into
it
and
said
he
would
not
give
me
a
$100
refund
because
I
had
a
$100
gift
card
as
a
bonus
from
yesterday's
transaction.
Said
he
would
give
me
$100
if
I
gave
the
gift
card
back
which
wasn't
possible
cos
I
had
already
spent
some
of
it
on
things
like
a
cover
to
go
with
the
phone....
And
that
resolves
nothing!
I
wouldn't
have
driven
40
minutes
for
that.
I
understand
people
sometimes
make
mistakes
but
atleast
own
up
to
it
and
offer
a
proper
solution
(providing
a
$50
gift
card
does
not
make
up
for
your
mistake...
I'll
be
spending
it
at
another
harvey
norman
because
you
are
not
worthy
of
it!).
Never
buying
from
your
store
again,
I
should
have
gone
elsewhere.
I
would
have
given
zero
stars
if
I
could
after
todays
lack
of
service
by
the
franchisee
owner.
Pathetic.
