My (not real) pearl bracelet is over 90 years old and the threads were disintegrating and I was in danger of losing some pearls. Julie re-threaded it and now it looks like new, and can be worn. Fast and friendly service - I would definitely recommend

I looked for a jeweller that can fix my Gold hollow chain and I found this shop online with good reviews, I went there and met Julie, she will explain what’s going to happen to your jewellery and will keep in touch with you. After a couple of days she message me and got my gold chain attached again like brand new. Very lovely lady and good customer service. I am so happy with the result of what they have done to my jewellery.

I was looking for a jeweller to resize my ring and Julie was recommended by one of my family members. I went to other jewellers before and wasn't ever happy with their service, price, and items. I found other jewellers not very helpful, not sincere, not interested in looking after my jewel, and just wanting to make money. Julie was very helpful, kind, and pleasant to deal with. I also ended up asking her to look for a stone to fill another ring. She made no promise and said she would try and ended up finding one eventually. Her price was also reasonable and she also messaged me when my piece was ready. I'm happy to support her business and go back to her. I guess tell her what you're after and she will tell you what she can and can't do and ask a quote as well to ensure it's within your budget.

I’ve recently came here to fix a broken chain 14k gold necklace which has a personal value to me, and couldn’t be happier with the service. I was dealt with a smile, informed as soon as it was ready to collect (which was much quicker than I anticipated), and very reasonably priced for what needed to be fixed. When I had to go back and fix something else - I was dealt with the exact excellent customer service. Very much recommend their service and the quality of work is great!

Best service and workmanship. I went to Your Jeweller to get my engagement ring resized. It was completed in two days and Julie was so friendly. I recommend Your Jeweller to anyone needing adjustments/repairs. Having been told by several Jewellery stores that I couldn't get a ring resized down to a E setting, Julie set me straight and I'm now wearing my lovely 'pinkey' ring. I had other pieces adjusted and clasps repaired and they were all done in a timely manner, ready when they said they would be ready, the communication through the whole process was excellent. Julie's service was terrific and she was thorough and extremely helpful.

My engagement, wedding and eternity rings were welded together. Just over 20 years ago the claws on main diamond disintegrated and the diamond was lost. Your Jeweller has done a few repairs for me in the past years and I was always happy with the service (thank you Julie). Now I live in a regional town but I still come back to Your Jeweller because the price is reasonable, the work is done by a master and the service is still excellent. I had a stone reset on a pendant which needed the bezel to be soldered and the bale repaired. Not cheap, but reasonable.

Really wonderful service, I had some repairs completed and an old earring and ring made into a lovely new one! Very quick, economical and friendly.
