Shocking experience. Went in to get a quote on a repair on my engagement ring. He first dropped my ring on the floor - without apologising - then proceeded to put it in a special jewellery « clamp ». Told him straight away that I didn’t want him to do anything yet and that I just wanted to know if the repair was possible and only get a quote for it. He literally said « yeah yeah just wait a minute » and before I could say anything grabbed another tool and attempted a repair on my ring. I was absolutely gobsmacked that someone claiming to be a professional would do such a thing, without listening to my request to NOT do anything before I agreed to it. Extremely bad customer experience. I would recommend to stay away from this business.
