My first time at this location and it was a great experience. Went close to 11 am and not a lot of people and I welcome that. The summer program for teenagers is awesome! I saw many kids when I went today. Hope you keep this program in the near future!

This is a good gym in a great location for its neighborhood. Obviously I mean that, for example, if you live in Evanston, it's not a great location but if you stay at Laramie and Augusta in Chicago, this Planet Fitness is nearby. Also you wok in Chicago but live in Melrose Park and take IL 64 (North Ave) then come and get some gains. The staff is very helpful and the gym space is open. There are paper towels and spray bottles so members can wipe the equipment after they use it. There's a Starbucks, a Food4Less, and Five Below so you can shopping after working out. Also, there's a Wendy's for your cheat days. Or your Monday dinner, if you are into that. 🤣🤣🤣 It's a good neighborhood gym.

Today was my 1st day going to planet fitness to workout I signed in and I went to work out nobody showed me anything they just sent me on my way no tour of anything I guess that's not how they do things there and I told them it was my 1st day but I guess it didn't matter But besides that I had a great time For what I could do I'm trying to work on my arm strength and my legs strength Could not do as much as I wanted to do today But tomorrow's another day And maybe I'll get someone to help me And make a workout routine They have a lot of machines and on every machine they tell you what muscles that it works out I wanted to get on the stair climber but I cannot step up that high because of my knee But all in all it's still Was a great time

Great place to work out. Clean. Low pressure environment, not intimidating if you’re new to the gym scene. A few machines need maintenance but there are usually others available. Staff is friendly.

Terrible service Dylan a so called manager was very rude… he could not solve a simple issue… I took my son for a work out so he can relieve his anxiety. My husband pays for my membership where I go and sometimes take my son as a guest. He could not switch the holder has my daughter who is underage… he was acting like a Karen manager holding to his badge instead of trying to help. Does he not know that some people use the gym for de stressing and he just added to the stress. He is not someone who should be directing this place. Obviously he has ego problems and wants to make sure everyone know he is in charge.

Today was the first time going back after September of 2020. Before it was always cleaned. Soap in the bathrooms. Today I went, I understand there is construction going on. Might as well close it for a couple weeks and finish the remodel. No one wants to be inhaling the dust.

The workers here are very lazy. There’s NEVER any paper towel so wiping down equipment before and after use is impossible. There’s rarely anyone in the front desk it’s like they hide in the back office. The only person I have seen walking around cleaning equipment, cleaning bathrooms ect is a young latina woman other than that not even the manager helps maintain this place.

I like playing the fitness I work out really good I will write planet fitness five stars

So I’m at planet fitness and I’ve been going to this specific planet fitness for about the last 4 months. Today you have A Dylan saying he is the manager telling me I can’t work out with my son because the membership is under my daughter(who is under age). He is being a real Karen manager who can’t help fix the problem. Told me I’m someone off the street when I’m a member, have been a member for the last 4 months. I’ve never even seen him at the gym. He could not fix the problem, gave me a hard time, insulted me. The guy next to him I see every day I work out and has a one million times better attitude and kindness to be the manager than this puppet. Why would they have someone so disrespectful in the front of the gym acting like a 5 star hotel manager. My son had horrible anxiety and I take him there with me to distress… this guy labeled us saying we are from the street and gave him more anxiety. I’ve gone with him to the gym always, my daughter had her summer pass she does not need the membership. He could have fixed the issue instead of acting like a spoiled new manager trying to hang on to his egoistic badge. I will cancel our membership take my money elsewhere.

First visit, clean, not crowded, no lunks..lol Not a bad, peaceful workout session. I foresee future visits already. #welcomebak

Location, price, comfort, cleaniness and courtesy of employer all makes the more reason why I love Planet Fitness.

I loved it, if you go at the right time, you can do your routines quietly and with enough machines available, I just wish they had steps to do some routines, but generating is very good, it's always very clean and organized. 👍🏻

I would like to see help on the floor to assist people like me that don't know how to use weights and some machine. Yes the machines tell you how but it's not the same like shoulder to shoulder. Other then that I have no problem.

I've been visiting on a regular, and I must say it makes me absolutely comfortable when. I consistently see staff members wiping down the equipment during my workout!

I’m not sure who’s saying this gym is clean but IT IS FAR FROM THAT! There is kids running all over the place, the machines are never cleaned! The locker rooms are disgusting. We’re paying for a membership I believe the gym should be clean and safe to use! I been to other planet fitness’s and tbh they are not as dirty as this place! Please clean up your gym and fix your machines allot of them are not working.

The gym is big, but the equipment is old, there’s a lot of dumbbells missing in the abs section. They don’t have paper to sanitize and people are keeping the sanitizer to themselves. Like cmon people that’s for everybody. Staff was kind.

For your basic needs. The females locker room is clean when I walk in every now and then! Very good for a first gym!

It's a nice location. It can be crowded but it's never packed. The only downside is that it clearly needs a deep cleaning and the equipment in the circuit area is very old. It's very large but you can tell the owners don't care to update anything there.

I just want to thank Lupe for all her hard work and efforts. This young lady is extremely professional and alway working hard all the time cleaning and making the gym a better place.

It’s a great gym that has everything you need to have a good workout. My only complaint is that a lot of the time there’s no paper towels in any of the cleaning stations which is something that really feels unsanitary.

Best local place in town to restore energy. Very convenient and reliable. 100% rejuvenating!!!

Never too crowded, AC so even when running you're not too hot. And I Looove the massage chairs: awesome after the gym!

Very nice supervisor, he let me try a new drink for free and all the machines were very clean. Also props to the fans 👏🏼 They kept me cool all through my workout, I don't like to sweat and overheat.

My 10th day here..I just like to be alone 🤷. I download the app and when your by the machine you can scan it and it tells you how to use the machine and what part of the body it helps you with. The app also tells you what machine is good for what you need to work on. Thanks like this 👏

Customer service is on point. The dudes who work here are always a plus because they’re too funny. Clean gym overall - definitely a hidden gem

The Supervisor Lakisha is AMAZING and has wonderful customer service!! I noticed some charges on my account and I don’t have a membership with PF. I found out which location was linked to the charge and called, coming to find out my ex was using my account for his monthly dues 😡. She took the appropriate steps and got me a refund for two months, and canceled the membership! I am so grateful! The fact that she was able to help me when I’m 2000 miles away was such a relief! Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service and may you be blessed for your service 🙏🏽

The gym has a great assortment of all training equipment, clean and spacious locker rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and are always courteous. Fully recommended.

I didn’t feel overwhelmed and he made sure to make me feel like I was part of the class. Everyone was very supportive and helpful. I loved the energy

The people both behind the desk and the other members are fabulous, friendly and relatable. After only a short time being a member I find myself coming in more and more to workout but also for the company that seems like a second family.

Some days can get busy but honestly I feel great coming here everyday. Staff are really in it when requiring mask. Everyone is nice and at the end of the day there’s one goal, us.

Great place to work out. There are some walls they started to repaint that aren't finished, but otherwise the place is in good shape. I like coming here. Welcoming staff.

It's a good place to work out - I just wish they would rerack the dumbbells and clean the toilet area a bit more. Also it's still under renovation which can be a bit distracting.

Not the best location. It is quite small and raggedy. I only utilize this location because of it's hours.

I had not gone to the place for 3 months and today when the person working there returned I greeted him and he did not answer the greeting and when I tried to use the massage bed not me but my son said no that only I would use it but I wanted to let him my turn to my son and he very rudely replied that only you he is not that bad person paying the black card for that I will not return to that location

Excellent location. Clean rooms. Professional and friendly staff. We were in town from Chicago, Ohio, and Georgia for a family reunion. After our experiences with other hotels in the area, we have decided that this will be our hotel of choice whenever we travel to Horn Lake or Memphis. Superb customer service!!!

People leave dumbbells all over the gym area, and not returning them to dumbbell rack. People leave Curl bars and straight bars all over the gym area instead of returning them to the proper rack. Soap dispensers broken off the wall in men's bathroom, and not even in the bathroom so you can't wash your hands with soap. Staff is lazy just standing behind the front counter doing absolutely nothing instead of enforcing the gym rules.
