    This company is responsible for your items until it reaches you, courtesy of European law. They will tell you otherwise - it is the couriers fault. This can be contested via paypal or your bank.

    I have been using Greenweez for a number of years now and I have never had a problem. Once the transporter smashed the box and I refused delivery and was reimbursed automatically. Excellent choice of products and good service. I can highly recomment the site.

    Chocolate bars received in poor condition (bleached see photo). Customer service gave me a masterclass on chocolate preservation and storage. Except that I received it in this condition. Refusal of reimbursement. In order to win my case I had to open a dispute with Pay Pal. Refund received with this message and apologies from customer service (Laurence) “I have reimbursed you for these 3 plates and are deleting the voucher issued by my colleague.” Organic and natural does not necessarily mean caring and in good faith!

    worst company and worst client service I ever had. Placed an order on the 10th of March, the items are still not here on the 24th. The Client Service is a total waste of time. They are sending automatic messages every day, saying that the order will be with me in a few hours (This is happening for 1 week and a half already). Sent them 6-7 emails and I they reassured me that I will receive the items. They have sent me also separate emails with different responses (one that says you will receive your items tomorrow and the other one that they will investigate...) Additionally, today they've sent me a message with a link from their system saying that I have move out from the address specified on the order.....and that is why they couldn't find the recipient. Jesus Christ....THE WORST!!!!

    So many packages and cushions are in the box but they are packed without a care and yogurt explored and the vegan cheese was crushed. Lettuce was not fresh, a sad looking.... :(

    I have been using Greenweez for about 2-3 years - always good service. Once there was a missing item and it was refunded instantly. Great recyclable packaging and fast delivery. What more can you ask for?

    An order placed on December 6 for a Christmas gift, still not arrived. Of course it's on their platform but they are responsible for it. If the supplier in question isn't doing their job, it's up to them to deal with it. I have had no response on the potential arrival of my package. Each email received gives me quick answers to keep me waiting but nothing concrete. I am furious. A shame for this site. I won't order anything there again.

    A service that is deteriorating month by month. Not an order without a problem: delivery to the wrong place (the seller's responsibility is engaged) - product damaged inside - package destroyed during shipping. Customer service which promises new delivery within 48 hours and when you call on the day, the order is being prepared... We are very far from the responsive and competent Greenweez of a few years ago, it has become a commerce site like any other

    I ordered 5kg of flour 3 days ago. It arrived today in good time and packed surprisingly well. Had no problems whatsoever with the order. I was very grateful and satisfied with the communication and follow-up to my order. Very professional. Online site and interface very clear and easy to understand. I will definitely use Greenweez again in the future for my purchases. I can recommend this site with no hesitation. DLohnes
