Great wine and snacks, very good service with reasonable prices. Friendly and professional staff who really make you feel at home, can’t wait to go back to Gent again and visit this lovely bar.

Found this wine-bar super randomly. It is so beautiful, inside and outside on the little porch. The menu is filled with wines in all variants. They also have great suggestions and the charcuterie plate is to die for. I really enjoyed spending my evening here.

Best wine place in Gent: friendly and charming service, one of the best in town. Good selection of wines and appetizers of high quality. The ambience of the place is classic and elegant, but without being posh... perfect. They have a small back terrace perfect during hot summer days. Reasonable prices for the product and the service you receive. In recent years it has become very popular and depending on the time it might be difficult to find a table .

They don’t serve wine after 11:00 even if the bar is full of customers, trying to push them gone and go sleep. A Latin name but a French/ Dutch mentality. Don’t go.

This family run wine bar is so cool and very cozy at the same time. The interior and lighting are luxurious and beautiful, but still you feel right at home when you step in. The people behind the bar are very friendly and helpful. We went in for late evening drinks with friends but they also offer some very good looking snacks with your wine as well as apero or light dinner. The place was full but didn't feel crowded, just lovely!

Amazing vibe and environment, the service is welcoming and friendly. The wine selection is great, and we had a bottom of Rosé. Truly a gem place to chills and relax with friends. Definitely will visit again for the next time.

For me as a perfectionist and a demanding customer it's difficult to ever say a place can be perfect but YES, PAROLE is a PERFECT PLACE and without a doubt - a real wine oasis in the heart of Gent. Everything here is simply perfect ..... Great selection of wines, delicious cheese, bread, olives and ham, charming interior with a relaxing patio, gentle music in the background, and most of all - EXTREMELY KIND AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE who run this place with all their heart and passion for wine <3 Love coming here <3
