We went for a week vacation. The service is really good, they have friendly and resolutive staff. The rooms could be better, they seem old but they are quite good. All functional and very comfortable. The breakfast is ok, they have many options and the service is good too. Because of our schedule we coulnt enjoy the cafe and music evening that happens there, but it looked like it was a good cozy event to enjoy. The only "bad" thing is they do not have a gym area but there is a pool.

I have only been to the restaurant area on several occasions. It's one of my favorite buffets and the variety of food is quite good (mainly local and Mexican). The restaurant is good and also the service. You can even park your car in one of the 3 parking lots for free. I totally recommend it.

Unfortunately we had a super damp room with very visible traces of mold. Even the sheets felt damp, which was pretty unpleasant. Our request to change room was turned down as the hotel was fully booked, according to the reception. Only positive point was the location.

Booked the executive suite for our anniversary. It was supposed to have a nice living room and a patio deck with a city view. We got a corner room with a king size bed, dresser and a TV. The, "living room" was a small space in front of a slider with an glass enclosed window smaller than the bathroom, no lighting, no ventilation, and a couple of patio chairs. The curtains are filthy. The bedspread is old and lumpy, the pillows smell of someone's perfume. The bathroom is stained from leaking. The noise of the street and other guests is intolerable. If I didn't book it on Hopper, I would ask for a refund!

I had a fantastic afternoon using the day pass. After a couple of days walking around vey hot Merida I was in need of a cool down. I paid $315 for the pass, and you can spend that all on drinks and food! I was a bit worried as the sunbeds didn't have parasols and there was no shade. However, after about 1pm some of the beds were then in the shade shade whilst the pool stayed sunny. It was perfect. The service was excellent too, the guys were friendly and very patient with my lack of Spanish skills.

The service was not good, people were rude, the wifi was a joke and the tv wasn't working.

Terrible - fan broken - mold everywhere - no safe - worn out rooms - can’t close curtains - understaffed lobby

This is a rundown hotel. Must have been nice when it opened many years ago. The buffet on weekends is always full because you can fill up ,but quality is not great. The place feels old. Service is terrible.
