Worst
Starbucks
experience
of
my
life.
I
came
in
and
the
cashier
asked
me
for
my
order,
as
I
begin
to
tell
her
it
she
starts
talking
with
one
of
her
coworkers
who
is
off
the
clock
and
sitting
at
the
end
of
the
bar,
then
asks
me
to
repeat
my
order.
I
sit
down
and
wait
for
my
order
the
call
“Angie”
which
is
close
to
JD
and
no
one
was
in
front
of
me
when
ordering.
When
going
to
get
my
drink
it
has
absolutely
no
brown
coloring
to
it
and
is
only
a
venti.
I
ordered
a
venti
mocha
Frappuccino
and
my
receipt
proved
so.
At
this
point
the
lady
who
took
my
order
was
now
making
the
drinks
and
I
showed
her
my
receipt
and
explained
the
drink
was
not
right
both
by
size
and
color.
She
began
to
remake
my
drink
and
I
watched,
when
it
came
time
to
had
the
pumps
of
chocolate
she
pumped
but
nothing
came
out
(obviously
they
were
being
lazy
and
did
not
want
to
refill
the
chocolate/mocha
sauce
the
first
time
around,
she
finishes
making
the
drink
and
when
she
hands
it
to
me
I
realize
it’s
another
grande
size!
I
explain
the
problem
again
and
I
am
directed
to
the
front
counter
where
a
male,
(the
guy
who
made
my
first
drink)
explains
there
are
no
venti
cups!
Why
was
I
not
told
this
immediately
when
it
was
noticed?
Why
did
you
play
off
that
the
grade
was
a
venti
and
hope
that
I
did
not
notice?!
He
refunded
me
thirty
cents
of
my
purchase
and
I
told
him
I
wanted
a
full
refund!
I
will
not
accept
such
poor
customer
service!
Do
not
sale
me
something
you
knowingly
do
not
have.
Not
a
single
staff
member
was
wearing
name
tags
and
upon
asking
his
name
he
acted
like
he
did
not
understand
me!
Rude
rude
rude.
I
used
translate
to
get
the
proper
French
translation
and
he
continued
to
play
ignorant
and
not
tell
me.
Wrote
this
review
and
will
be
contacting
corporate
once
back
in
the
states.
Unacceptable.
Also
no
Wifi.
