We
came
here
in
a
larger
group.
It’s
a
really
nice
traditional
German
place,
an
old
brewery
where
you
can
still
notice
the
old
brewing
machines,
the
tools,
pipes,
huge
top
copper
reservoir,
nice
xmas
decorations
and
very,
very
clean
and
neat
environment.
The
service
was
very
prompt
and
patient.
I
asked
to
change
a
pork
schnitzel
with
fries
and
veggies
into
veal
schnitzel
with
fries
and
red
cooked
cabbage
(the
traditional
German
one).
Almost
everyone
at
the
table
had
some
sort
of
requests
(sauce
on
the
side,
veggies
this
and
that
etc.).
The
waiter
was
really
patient,
nice,
polite,
“galant”
even.
The
drinks
came
quickly
and
the
orders
took
exactly
long
enough
for
us
to
settle
in.
The
deer
stew
was
good.
The
schnitzels
were
excellent.
I
am
still
planning
on
coming
back
to
try
the
Game
Gulash
(gulash
with
hunting
meat
-
deer,
boar
etc.).
The
deer
medallion
was
a
bit
too
long
in
spices,
retaining
a
much
too
strong
spice
taste.
The
mixed
salad
was
decent.
The
deer
sauce
a
but
too
sweet
and
maybe
too
much
spices
giving
a
“complicated”
taste.
I
will
rate
the
service
5,
the
food
3.5-4.
A
good
place
to
come
to
on
a
cold
evening
or
for
schnitzel,
beer
and
wine.
Adfter
factoring
the
price
in
as
well,
I’d
say
“strongly
recommend”.
