Montag
den
14.02.2022,
ich
wollte
ein
Brot
bei
Oehme
in
Mettmann
Berliner
Straße
kaufen.
Ich
stehe
im
Laden
von
Edeka,
vor
einer
Absperrung,
bestehend
aus
einem
schwarzen
Band
links
und
einem
schwarzen
Band
rechts
und
in
der
Mitte
ein
rotes
Band
in
der
Mitte
der
Verkaufstheke.
Hinter
der
Theke
eine
junge
Frau,
die
mit
irgendwelchen
Aufräumen
beschäftigt
war,
die
mich
zwar
öfter
anschaute
aber
keinen
Ton
sagte.
Jetzt
kam
ein
weiterer
Kunde,
der
etwas
an
Backwaren
kaufen
wollte
und
stand
mit
mir
vor
der
Absperrung,
die
Verkäuferin
hinter
der
Theke
schaute
uns
nur
an
und
ohne
ein
Wort
zu
sagen
verrichtete
sie
weiterhin,
ihre
Aufräumarbeiten.
Nun
kam
ein
weiterer
Kunde
durch
den
Nebeneingang,
von
außen
in
die
Bäckerei,
sofort
unterbrach
die
Verkäuferin
ihre
Arbeit
hinter
der
Verkaufstheke
und
wollte
wissen
was
er
möchte.
Dieser
Kunde
sagte
ihr
jedoch
das
da
noch
2
Personen
vor
ihm
sind.
Die
Verkäuferin
jedoch
sagte
ihm
das
wir
nicht
im
abgesperrten
Bereich
stehen.
Die
Dame
neben
mir
und
ich
schauten
uns
Verständnis
los
an,
da
die
Absperrung
ja
einen
als
Ein
und
Ausgang
durch
ein
schwares
Band
in
der
Absperrung,
gekennzeichnet
waren
und
nur
geschlossen
wurden,
um
das
die
Verkäuferin
ihre
Aufräumarbeiten
in
Ruhe
verrichten
konnte,
zumal
weder
an
der
Absperrung,
als
auch
an
der
Aussentüre
ein
Hinweis
zu
finden
war,
das
man
die
Bäckerei
nur
von
außen
betreten
darf.
Die
Kundin
und
ich
sind
daraufhin
unter
der
Absperrung
vor
der
Verkaufstheke
gegangen
damit
wir
nicht
über
den
Nebeneingang
gehen
mußten.
Die
Verkäuferin
aber
sagte
uns
beiden
unmissverständlich,
das
wir
auf
keinen
Fall
von
ihr
bedient
werden.
Dieses
Verhalten
von
ihr,
hätte
ich
verstanden
wenn
in
irgendeiner
Weise
ein
Hinweis
zu
finden
wäre
von
wo
man
die
Bäckerei
betreten
darf.
Aber
dem
war
nicht
so.
Ich
für
meinen
Teil
habe
die
Bäckerei
verlassen
mit
der
Frage,
was
machen
Kunden
von
Edeka
mit
ihrem
vollen
Einkaufswagen,
gehen
die
auch
von
außen
zum
Bäcker?
Es
war
allerdings
das
erste
Mal,
das
mir
soetwas
in
dieser
Filiale,
passiert
ist.
Die
Backwaren
können
noch
so
gut
sein,
aber
bei
einem
Personal
das
nicht
Kundenorientiert
ist,
braucht
man
sich
nicht
wundern,
das
etliche
Kunden
sich
sagen
"
Oehme
"
nein
Danke.

Monday
February
14,
2022,
I
wanted
to
buy
some
bread
from
Oehme
in
Mettmann
Berliner
Straße.
I'm
standing
in
the
Edeka
store
in
front
of
a
barrier
consisting
of
a
black
band
on
the
left
and
a
black
band
on
the
right
and
a
red
band
in
the
middle
of
the
sales
counter.
Behind
the
counter
a
young
woman
who
was
busy
with
some
tidying
up,
who
looked
at
me
several
times
but
didn't
say
a
word.
Now
another
customer
who
wanted
to
buy
some
baked
goods
came
and
stood
with
me
in
front
of
the
barrier,
the
saleswoman
behind
the
counter
just
looked
at
us
and
without
saying
a
word
she
continued
to
do
her
clean-up
work.
Now
another
customer
came
through
the
side
entrance,
from
the
outside
into
the
bakery,
the
saleswoman
immediately
interrupted
her
work
behind
the
sales
counter
and
wanted
to
know
what
he
wanted.
However,
this
customer
told
her
that
there
were
2
people
in
front
of
him.
However,
the
saleswoman
told
him
that
we
were
not
in
the
closed
off
area.
The
lady
next
to
me
and
I
looked
at
each
other
without
understanding,
since
the
barrier
was
marked
as
an
entrance
and
exit
by
a
black
band
in
the
barrier
and
was
only
closed
so
that
the
saleswoman
could
do
her
tidying
up
in
peace,
especially
since
neither
the
barrier,
as
well
as
a
note
on
the
outside
door
that
you
can
only
enter
the
bakery
from
the
outside.
The
customer
and
I
then
went
under
the
barrier
in
front
of
the
sales
counter
so
that
we
didn't
have
to
go
through
the
side
entrance.
The
saleswoman,
however,
told
us
both
unequivocally
that
we
would
not
be
served
by
her
under
any
circumstances.
I
would
have
understood
her
behavior
if
there
was
any
indication
of
where
to
enter
the
bakery.
But
it
was
not
so.
For
my
part,
I
left
the
bakery
with
the
question,
what
do
Edeka
customers
do
with
their
full
shopping
trolleys,
do
they
also
go
to
the
bakery
from
outside?
However,
it
was
the
first
time
something
like
this
happened
to
me
in
this
branch.
The
baked
goods
can
be
so
good,
but
with
a
staff
that
is
not
customer-oriented,
you
don't
need
to
be
surprised
that
a
number
of
customers
say
"Oehme"
no
thanks.
