My girlfriend and I went here for foot massages. I fell asleep five minutes in (this is the best compliment of all) and my girlfriend said I was moaning in my sleep it was so good. I had a dark-skinned girl and she was VERY VERY good and actually this foot massage was the only thing that turned my entire two-week trip around for the better because my feet were so sore I didn't want to take even a step. My girlfriend had a light-skinned girl doing hers and she said it was terrible and way too light. [Disclaimer here, my girlfriend had a thai foot massage the day before at another place.] If I lived in Paris, I'd be seeing my therapist here very often because she really knows what she's doing.

Great space to take a break and be rejuvenated. The location is central and convenient. It is very clean and relaxing, perfect for a nap or short massage! Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel at home. Probably one of the best run wellness spaces in Paris that I’ve been too.

Would recommend the fish spa. First time there and after some heavy ticklish feeling it becomes relaxing and you start wanting to stay here more. You feets feel so soft after this and the experience is very relaxing. Book ahead it's often full on the week ends.

A restful oasis in the middle of Paris! I found Zen Bar after a google search for "best place to nap in Paris", which they delivered! It is near the opera house in Little Tokyo neighborhood in a shopping complex. Was able to come in and experience 45 min zen gravity and 20 min cranial massage without reservation. It is very clean, and the areas with zen gravity chairs is private, with curtain drawn around you. It was a very energizing experience, and even had surprise foot massage at the end! Also loved that they make their own tea blend and binaural beats in house. Christophe, the owner, shared his vision of bringing a moment of "zen" to people in the middle of the day. Highly recommend for anyone in Paris looking to recharge!
