So nice, I love its food, they offer a burger with a big beef meat, pork meat on the top with tempura onions and barbeque sauce, it's delicious, and the drinks are cheap and tasty...

So dry wings, salty and cold. The fries were cold and old, the cheese on it was very few and you have to pay extra for that. The cherry soda has no cherry flavor. I've tried before in Canada and the flavor was amazing but no in this branch in Mexico. Very disappointed.

The food I ordered was boneless medium that comes with 13 wings, where you can choose between 1-3 flavors, I chose parmesan, BBQ and mild buffalo and the wings were actually quite good as well as the vegetables. There are TVs in the restaurant where you can watch games, which is very nice. But the only thing I didn't like is that when I asked for the bill and they didn't give the change it took more than 20 minutes, I hope they improve it.

Frozen wings that were refried many times. French fries came out half cold half hot and there was only one other couple dining in the place. Disgusting experience. Going vegan.

Service is good and the place is comfortable but the food is terrible. I had the worst hot dog I've tried in my life, it came with a very old, small and dry sausage in a plain, flavorless and cold bun. Then we had nachos that were horrible, felt like a cheap bag of chips. This is a very expensive place for the quality of food they offer. I've tried Buffalo Wild Wings in the USA and I love it, so I was expecting something similar in Mexico, but it was s very disappointing experience. Don't waste your time and money at this place.

The service was bad, they took more than half an hour to get our food and the wings didn't taste like they did at other BWW I have visited.

As an American visiting in CDMX this was a piece of comfort food. The layout, menu and food is all very, very familiar to US tastes so relax if you're going here. I enjoy B-Dubs and this is no exception.

If I could do no stars I would. Disgusting. Wings were fried at least 4 times. Dry. Was like chewing on a flip flop. Save your money.

Never come here these people do not give good service they work with a bad attitude I come from Houston nothing to do with the restaurants there I hope the owners pay attention to people like this they discredit these restaurants what a shame about bad service
