Positiv: - die Anlage ist grosszügig und bietet ausreichend Platz und Abwechslung - der Strand ist schön und verhältnismässig sauber - es gibt viele möglich Aktivitäten - Transferzeit zum Flughafen ist mit 30 Minuten (Direktfahrt) angenehm - unser Familienzimmer war gross Kritik: 1. Personal und Verhalten: Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, aber nicht sehr kundenorientiert oder motiviert um zu arbeiten. Es gibt für nahezu alles "fixe Zeiten". Sei es nun für den Umtausch der Badetücher, oder aber auch Aktivitäten und Essen. Diese sind notiert, werden jedoch durch das Personal ausschliesslich zu eigenen Gunsten "flexibel gestaltet". Bspw. Rutschenpark wäre geöffnet von 15:00 - 17:30. Wasserpumpen beginnen jedoch bereits ab 17:22 "automatisiert" abzustellen und der Bademeister sperrt den Turm. Oder auch ein Tausch von Badetüchern ist nicht 2 Minuten vor dem offiziellen Zeitpunkt möglich, obwohl neue Tücher bereit liegen und Tonne für alte Tücher vor Ort steht, sowie das Personal gelangweilt am Ort sitzt. Diverse weitere Beispiele erlebt, sei es nun im Volley, Kinderclub oder sonst wo. Hier würde man sich als Gast etwas mehr Flexibilität und Kundenfokus wünschen. 2. Verpflegung: Die Auswahl an Essen ist ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Etwas mehr frische Früchte und oder Abwechslung wäre schön. Auch fehlten regelmässig Getränke wie "Wasser mit Gas" oder bspw. Coke Zero. Das Essen war mehrheitlich fad und alles schmeckte sehr ähnlich. Das Fleisch wurde "zu Tode gekocht" und man konnte schwerlich unterscheiden, ob man nun Schwein, Fisch, Rind oder Innereien isst. 3. Infrastruktur und Zimmer: Unser Familienzimmer war zwar noch eines der Alten, aber grosszügig und hatte alles was man benötigt. Vom Standard her entspricht es im europäischen Verhältnis aber wohl eher einem 3* Hotel und wirkt eben doch veraltet und etwas "schmuddelig". Matratzen und Kissen waren in Ordnung und liessen Schlaf zu. Das Zimmer wurde bei einem Aufenthalt von 12 Tagen 3mal nicht gereinigt. Es hat mehrere Pools und ausreichend Liegen auf der Anlage. Das Material wirkt soweit auch gut Unterhalten. Leider auch in diesem Hotel sind die Badetücher-Reservationen auf Liegen eigentlich nicht erlaubt, werden jedoch toleriert und entsprechend ausgenutzt. Schade, dass sich hier kein Hotel traut das Verbot konsequent umzusetzen. Für Kleinkinder könnte die Anlage freundlicher gestaltet werden. Es gibt keine Sanitären Einrichtungen für Kleinkinder, kein Kinderbuffet und der Spielplatz ist leider auch sehr veraltet und runtergekommen. Zudem wäre es schön, noch etwas mehr Schattenplätze für Kinder zu schaffen. Für Kids ab ca. 7 Jahren ist die Anlage jedoch gut. Schade jedoch, dass die Einwohner und wohl auch einige Touristen mit der Umwelt so rücksichtslos umgehen. Ausserhalb der Hotelstrände liegt so viel Müll herum, auch im Meer treibt leider viel Müll und die Abfalleimer stehen auch meist eher dekorativ herum, anstelle dass sie genutzt würden. Fazit: Ein Besuch in einigen Jahren ist nicht ausgeschlossen, aber der Urlaub bot definitiv keinen "WOW-Effekt. Schade auch, dass sich bei der Abreise niemand nach der Zufriedenheit erkundigte oder sich für den Aufenthalt o.ä. bedankte. Auch hier wieder der etwas schale Beigeschmack.

I stayed three nights, a couple and a child in this beautiful resort, starting from the entrance of the hotel, the parking space was narrow, and I waited for minutes outside the hotel until a place for the car was prepared for me, the reception was good, and the room, which was a suite, and each room had a view of the rooms, was clean and tidy, and there were drinks There is a fridge, tea and a heater to heat the water. The furniture looks old and the building bears the oriental Tunisian style. The food is wonderful and varied, and the taste was good with many options. What attracts you most in this resort is its activities, especially the evening period for children and adults, whether in the theater or the pool, and the cleanliness of the beach. I recommend this wonderful resort, which You won't get bored for at least three nights

The security guy on the beach was so rude and unprofessional. Every day he asks me if I have access and was yelling and I had babay with me . He needs more training and he should not be in the accommodation service

If you can just go to other hotel. Obviously people are underpaid and they are grumpy ALL the time. You go to breakfast here they are grumpy, then lunch again grumpy…dinner the same. You don’t have coffee all the time only at breakfast (you want some coffee you go to bars where again grumpy servers). I would love to have possibly to get coffee and water without to bother them because I was on vacation and all that attitude was kind of too much but no…Rooms for me are not really clean and everything in that hotel is questionable. But the last peace was when I was working on my laptop and there was water all over me and the computer because of the terrace above us (it was cleaning or I don’t know) but it flushed directly on you. Just unbelievable…The people in the register are the only pleasant there. Oh and if you are all inclusive you still have to pay for ice coffee on the beach and you don’t have any alcohol there. And the food…not good :( p.s. you can’t get towels from from 12:30 to 16:30 which is ridiculous. I’m just remembering things - no beverage at the fridge, no towel change until 3th day, no cleaning too(we get the room dirty from the last people for sure). There were also some bugs all the time. And the food is tasteless (you are imagining a lot of spicy but no), repetitive and the beverage at just not ok. They are bringing you half bottle of wine or half bottle of water from the other table so there is no Covid or other diseases I can imagine 😒

Positives Strand-Erlebnis, Verbesserungsbedarf bei Service und Qualität Das Hotel bietet dank seiner hervorragenden Lage einen direkten Zugang zum wunderschönen Strand, was besonders für Familien ideal ist. Leider trübten einige Aspekte unser Gesamterlebnis. Das Personal wirkte oft überlastet, was den Service beeinträchtigte, und die Zimmer entsprachen nicht dem beworbenen Vier-Sterne-Standard. Besonders enttäuschend war das Fehlen an Unterstützung seitens des Rezeptionspersonals. Während das All-Inclusive-Angebot verlockend klang, führten lange Wartezeiten am Buffet und für Snacks sowie die Qualität der Getränke zu Enttäuschungen. Trotz eines lebhaften Unterhaltungsprogramms, das für eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgte, erfüllte das Hotel nicht die Erwartungen, die es selbst setzt und nach außen kommuniziert. Insgesamt hat das Hotel in einigen Bereichen durchaus Potenzial, doch die Erfahrung und der Service entsprachen nicht unserem Anspruch für einen Vier-Sterne-Aufenthalt. Verbesserungen in diesen Bereichen könnten die Gästeerfahrung erheblich steigern.

Würde ich nie wieder hinfahren. Nur laute Musik von morgen bis in die Nacht. Personal bringt keine Getränke oder nur widerwillig. Das Essen ist ein Witz keine Gewürze am Essen jeden Tag das selbe und es wird nur Französisch oder russisch gesprochen als Deutscher bekommt man kaum Informationen und zeigen das auch das man nicht erwünscht ist. Die 3 Schwimmmeister die sie haben lassen sich kaum blicken.

Gutes Familienhotel. Für tunesische Verhältnisse ist es eine schöne Hotelanlage, natürlich sind die Zimmer nicht auf Hochglanz poliert, aber man kann darüber hinweg sehen 🙈 die Animation sowie die Freizeit Angebote sind sehr abwechslungsreich, und alles kostet extra, wie überall 😜 das Essen ist abwechslungsreich, und für ein Restaurant das für mehr als 1.000 Personen kocht, auch ganz passabel, was einige Gäste leider nicht zu würdigen wissen, Sie schöpfen sich die Teller voll, und lassen es dann stehen, was ich als unverschämt empfinde 😡😡

Been there for One week , via Lux Air . End of February , All Inclusive . Security is good , food is good and they have a great choice , Animation 's team , Services , Bar are really nice . Private beach , Rooms are excellent . There was a lot of wind , but you just have to hide from it , on many places in this hotel , you can enjoy the sun . So , to me , a very good place to be .

Very, very good hotel. Location by the beach, very nice building, rooms were cleaned everyday. Food in restaurant very good, a big range of dishes. But the most nice thing is animation team. They are amazing, very nice and they care about guests. A lots of attractions at the hotel and behind it. I recommend this hotel for everyone. I wiil be back there for sure.

Rooms are clean and well equipped, pool is perfect, the sea is wonderful and there are many activities (Camel tour, horse riding,..) animation team are friendly and kind, food is okay I love any stay and will come back again

Until now, experiences we had with all inclusive holiday mostly came from Turkey (few times in diffrent places, ultra all inclusive and 5* hotels). However we were told not to expect that much from Tunesia, overall I am more satisfied with our stay at Fiesta Beach than Turkish more luxary experiences. Facility is visibly smaller than Turkish hotels (2 restaurants, not 5; 4 swimming pools not 10 etc) and could use some refreshments but the atmosphere was outstanding! That is mostly due to great efford of animation team. I think i never met such positive, full of energy, friendly and great-for-kids-attitude animation team aviable since morning till late evening hours when the daily show is performed. They look like they really enjoy their job! Adding to that variety of good food and daily cleaning, first time we are going to consider caming back the same place in next year. I am still slightly impressed by the hotel as Djerba itself doesnt offer too many attractions (nothing truly to visit) and the beach deffinitely could use some cleaning (many camels/ horses passing during afternoons), yet the experience we had with the hotel is really top level.

We had a pleasant time at fiesta Room are nice with large balcony but the toilet is very tiny. Pool is fantastic, indoor there is a thermal one as well. Food is ok in average but two meals were per 4 day stay were very good. Local Tunisians cuisines were tuned down in spices, which we didn’t like. Staff are professional to say the most. Marwa at the reception was very patient and helpful. Activities and animation wise, the club is top in Djerba. 9:00am to 01:00am There is always something going on. Having been to more than 30 hotels in Djerba I put Fiesta in the first third.

It was such a wonderful experience! The facilities are a bit old, but the place, and the people who worked there make it such a wonderful place to spend our vacation. The sea water was a plus, almost 30°Celsius... it was as good as the Caribbean, without the seaweed, At least in the beginning of June. For what we payed is was totally worthy. Thank you Fiesta Beach for those wonderful days!❤️❤️❤️🙏

We were here on vacation the first week of May, we chose the resort in terms of location and facilities for children. The rooms are a bit dated. Food ok, entertainers fantastic, I appreciate the daily program. The pools are clean, the beach is clean, the sea is calm with gradual access. I recommend it for families with children. There is an ATM at the reception. The only thing I would criticize is the quality of the coffee from the machines in the restaurant.

Very nice experience, nice service, clean rooms, very organised hotel overall and very good food beside the soups. The staff is friendly, beside a rather weird experience with the guy responsible at the Shisha bar which asked me and my girfriend to move away from a room in favour of an old lady who tipped him to do that so that she could use our sit spot, she confirmed that right after we moved to the other room, he told us to move coz there was a defect in the smoke detector of the Sisha bar :), go figure... The animation team have a nice schedule and keeps you busy for most of the day. The clientele in those periods are mostly 50+ but that can be ignored in favour of all the above.

Strand sehr schön, ebenso die Poolanlagen. Der Service: wie hier einige schon manche Vorgänge bereits beschrieben haben, kein guter Service erkennbar. Das Ganze ging schon beim Manager am Empfang mit verbitterter Miene los und zog sich (kein Wunder -Spiegel Effekt) beim Personal durch. „Könnten wir einen Löffel haben“, ja, drinnen… „… und so setzte sich das fort. Bestellungen in 80 % der Fälle mit versteinerter Miene (Kinderclub geöffnet,. Die Aufsicht (2 Personen) haben sich miteinander im Nebenzimmer miteinander oder mit ihrem Handy unterhalten, dann kam die Leiterin wies meine Frau zurecht, weil die Stifte beim malen unserer Kinder am Tisch u paar am Boden rumlagen. Wir befanden uns im Kinderclub, nicht am Empfang wohlgemerkt! Den nächsten Anpfiff bekam ich als Ich um 19:05 (5 min nach Schließung was ich nicht wusste) in den Pool kurz zum abkühlen sprang Die meisten im Personal wirken ruppig und genervt und lassen einen das gut spüren. Die erste Nacht war es so was von laut bis um 4:30 Uhr (Discogetrommel) in der Früh, das selbst ich, obwohl ich sehr gut schlafen kann, trotzdem kein Auge zu gemacht habe… mit energischem Nachdruck war Zimmerwechsel war nur mit „€ Futter“ unterm Tisch leichter. Aber mit genervter Miene. Minibar meist leer … 4 Sterne ? Sonnenschirme auf der großen Terrasse waren in der ersten Woche aufgespannt in der zweiten meist trotz brütender Hitze bzw. Sonne geschlossen, ich habe keinen Gast erlebt, der danach gefragt hat. Als wir das dann taten weil es in der Früh schon zu heiss zum draußen sitzen war, wurde einer aufgespannt. Ich weiß heut noch nicht, warum die geschlossen waren…. Wusste auch nicht, warum eigentlich die Manager rumstanden .. Fitnessstudio total unterkühlt - ob mans bisserl höher stellen könnte - no ! Dafür lag ich 1 Tag flach. Wer lächelnde Service Mitarbeiter sucht, fand nur ganz wenige … kam mir irgendwie bekannt vor … wie am ersten Tag meiner Grundausbildung Bundeswehr… Dass die Anlage in die Jahre gekommen ist, hat uns wirklich nicht gestört, aber der persönliche Umgang mit bezahlenden Kunden geht so gar nicht, wirklich keinerlei Servicegefühl … aber der Fisch stinkt ja meist zuerst am Kopf ..offensichtlich hat das Personal noch nie eine Service Schulung besucht…. Der schöne Strand und die Poolanlagen machen leider das andere nicht wett. Sehr schade…

Hotel war durchaus in Ordnung, Essen lecker, Getränkeauswahl okay. Das Personal spricht teilweise sehr gut deutsch , Empfang sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, Animation nicht aufdringlich, Musik am Pool ist Geschmackssache. Barkeeper teilweise zu gewollt witzig, aber okay...für die Gäste,die sich sehr aufdringlich benehmen,kann das Hotel ja nichts. Strand mit Seegras, aber ist ja natur.

The hotel is located in a very nice location with beautiful views. It is huge and provides guests with everything they need. The hotel staff is admirable - especially Amri Salim we would like to thank him for his care and advice. Moreover, the hotel provides many activities, trips and everyone feels taken care of. The food is delicious and mouthwatering. We’ll remember our holiday and certainly come back.
