was skeptical at first but was very impressed come day of our excursion. we originally booked a excursion through our hotel but ran into this tour company on the street and they were promoting the same excursion only cheaper. so I canceled the one with our hotel and went with him. saved $ and got picked up in a way nicer Bus than those that booked with hotel. our bus was delayed the day of the excursion due to a accident. I was kept informed by phone that they would be late picking us up but it would not effect the tour. and it didn't we got the full tour and amount of time we were supposed to be on excursion. highly recommended!!!!!

I and my family had a great experience with Art Deco Tourist. Luciano was very helpful and friendly. Driver Juan thank you as well, you are amazing. We booked bus tour to Everglades ( alligator show and boat tour) and were very happy.

Warning! They are cheater. Please do not buy anything from them. They cheated us by offering false information. Trust me, I feel bad to write any bad reviews about anyone as life is too short to hate anyone. However, I feel it is my duty to warn others. Please have fun in Miami and do not buy anything from them.

We would highly recommend them, we found them walking the Lincoln street mall. This was actually our second time using them for our excursions. Mr. Pastor was our contact and he made us feel like VIPs very accommodating, fair and fun! We did the trip to key west, Everglade tour and boat/city bus ride so far!

They cheat people, there is a woman working in the service, not nice. She sold us jet skis, we had to take the bus on our own 15 minutes to the destination. There was neither scooters nor service on site. After returning to the office, we did not receive a refund, we lost an hour on driving + bus tickets. We are waiting for the police. Simple extortion. I do not recommend it, it is better to buy the attraction directly on the spot, mainly elsewhere.

Pastor was a nice man, very friendly and hard worker. He gave us an efficient services highly recommended.
