I just took a walk and looked things up on the internet. The buildings are lovely, I’m glad Barbara Baer Capitman saved it!

So interesting and fun! Learned enough in the first ten minutes to make it worthwhile. The tour is well planned, and balances walking with breaks to stop and really look at the architecture and enjoy the scenery.

Julie was an amazing guide! Very informed and fun. I loved learning about the history of Miami Beach as well as the architecture. It gave me a whole new appreciation of Miami Beach as a city that is deeper than just its beach tourism

Very much enjoyed the tour and the humorous guide. Though I’m someone who knows a bit about architecture I still learned some things, most of which I think were true.

Great tour with our guide Howard ! It's very interesting to hear the details of this part of Miami Beach and be able to ask questions. Whole tour takes 1h30 - 1h45.

We did a tour yesterday with James Cubby. He was wonderfully entertaining and started out with a 20 minute history of Miami Beach which was fascinating and then took us on an hour plus walk around the Art Deco buildings of Miami Beach and into a few hotels and the Wolfsonian Museum. If you are new to the are or a tourist, this is a great first activity as it helps you acclimatise to the area and I learned a lot. A wonderful experience that both my wife and I really enjoyed. He was an excellent guide.

James did an amazing job taking us around the Art Deco area. His vast knowledge and humor was really great. I’m normally not a “tour”ist but this experience is not to be missed. Thank you, James!

A perfect blend of education and story telling. This is an excellent introduction to the Art Deco Historic District, led by very knowledgeable volunteer tour guides who are familiar with the neighborhood and its history. The tour moves briskly and covers a lot of ground in a couple of hours.
