What terrible service. I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance and 2 hours before my appointment, the doctor texted me saying they were double booked. Based on the other review here, sounds like it's a recurring theme. How do you have such poor organization that both the doctor and the main office blame each other and there's absolutely no accountability? Thanks so much for your lack of help.

I read the reviews and still decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. The Dr. Was incredibly nice and did a great job not just adjusting but explaining what was causing my pain. It's not your conventional Dr's office but I found it to be welcoming and the office itself inside the Reebok gym is nice. I don't mind a little noise, it's not like we couldn't converse properly or anything like other reviews made it seem. I had my appointment at 6pm and had 0 problems. Better than most imo.

Absolutely worst service ever. Went to my appointment and was told they tried to contact me all day stating I'm not sure why you were put in my schedule she said her day was booked I was added 1 week ago to her said schedule, but never recieved call , text or email for this. Then stated she had a later time so I came to that and was early then she took someone else back at the time she gave me. I will not be returning or reccomend this place to anyone. I am in pain and now I need to find someone else, I needed this fixed. RUDE!!!!

Same thing happened to me as everyone else. Booked a noon appointment for a first time visit and the office was closed. Called and they said my appointment was supposed to be 7pm. Total BS, since I would never schedule any appointment that late.

Started off well with a couple of sessions in Miami Beach but then on the last two the doctor was a no-show. On the first time I actually texted the doctor directly but never heard back. I tried another appointment after a few weeks and again a no-show. I called the main office and only response was that they couldn’t get a hold of the doctor. Clearly not serious about healthcare!

Really sorry to leave a bad review. I usually leave 5 stars reviews but my experience with this chiropractor was very unpleasant. She was extremely unprofessional. The way she managed scheduled appointments was a joke (I don’t want to explain details but the entire experience was terrible). Besides waiting for hours i was dismissed with an excuse after I pointed out that she had me waiting for the first and last 2 appointments and told me that I missed a slot for an anticipated 10 minutes delay after I waited on aggregate 2 hours between first and second appointment. I will never go back again and I hope this chiropractor learns about professionalism or stop wasting patient’s time.

Made appt for 12:30pm two weeks in advance, showed up on time and had to wait for four other people. Consistent with other reviews. I ended up just leaving and booking services elsewhere.

Don’t even bother trying. They will book you and not even show up. I hope this practice will shut down very soon
