Live rocks exceeded my expectations. They were the best looking rocks that I have ever had in my aquarium before. They came with several tiny star fish and feather duster worms. I love the natural elements while knowing that the rocks were acquacultured and not hurting natural reefs. Top notch rocks at a very reasonable price. Shipping was quick also. Very glad with my purchase and the tank looks great now.

At the moment I can just comment on the delivery and ease of instructions and application. So far excellent. I can not comment on Algae growth, I can not comment because its only been a day. I did not have success with my first treatment however, I did call ARC and they quickly shipped me the replacement. Based on the CS alone, I must say that this is a solid organization. They truly back their product. 100% recommend it.

Started my tank with ARC dry rock and bought the Purple Helix live algae stuff after the tank was established good. It's been about four weeks since I added the purple helix. Bottle expired July 16 so I put it in like a week before? There are purple spots all over my tank now!!!

Purchased their live rock, base rock and coralline algae for a 220 gallon aquarium and couldn’t be happier! Amazing products, shipment and customer service all the way though! I highly recommend them as a company. I’m sure any other products they have will be as good as the stuff I bought!

I ordered 100# of live rock and 75# of live sand in early Dec. So far I've received only 40# of live rock and the 75# of live sand. I've called and sent Emails several times a week but haven't been able to reach anyone. I'm beginning to wonder if I'm going to get the rest of my order. What I have received so far I'm very happy with.

Over the years I’ve gotten live rock from 3 or 4 companies and arc reefs was the best of all my past rocks. It took an extra 2 weeks to get because I ordered it right after the hurricane but it was well worth the wait and I can’t exactly complain that a hurricane affected their shipping schedule. The rocks color did increase after a few weeks just like their page says. Very happy with them and I like that they add rock to the ocean instead of just taking it from the ocean like Fiji rock does. It also came with a few clams worms and a few good type worms.

I am a newbie to saltwater and starting off with a Biocube. I purchased the Purple Helix and waited for the 10 weeks to pass. Exactly when I expected to see my purple spots, they came. I was thrilled. Then my purple spots turned into purple hair algae. Within a week or so my tank was filled with flowing deep purple hairy algae. I contacted ARC and they were going to have someone contact me from their team. No call back. After waiting a week with this infestation blooming, I tried again. Got a Tom to answer and he wanted to see photos. Sent photos, no response. Had to start researching my problem on my own. This was my first problem I ever had with my tank in a year since I started it. After several attempts, they finally sent me a message that the algae was the same color as the Helix but it should not be there. They said they would consult and get back to me. Then that was it. No contact even after repeated attempts to get them to respond. Calls, texts and emails and nothing. They totally ghosted me. So I turned my lights off for 3 days and got rid of 95% of it but I’m still struggling. I wish I never heard of purple helix or ARC. They are probably fine for experienced reef tankers but if you want help from them after the sale, forget it. I might be wrong but they gave my tank a lot more than purple helix and now I’m left trying to undo the damage.

Amazing live rock. The rocks had a lot of color and my aquarium is cycling really well . The color came back within a couple of weeks. I appreciate the great customer service. They helped me with many issues, they are better than googling questions. When I upgrade to a larger tank I will buy the live rock and love sand from arcreef.

Great looking live rock at lower prices than at my local fish store. Extremely happy with the shapes and colors of the rock received. Also purchased one of their coralline algae in a bottle products too and that legit helped apeed up the cycling process i have bright purple coralline growing literally everywhere in my tank now.

Researched live and dry rock for a long time. Was very impressed with ARC Reef's reef restoration of 10lbs for every 1lb we purchase. I went with Amazon's 45lb box of dry rock because of being a prime customer and getting free shipping. Rock arrived in great shape in 5 different size rocks. Broke a giant one in half and have it all set up. Will definitely buy from them again.

Placed order for algae over month ago but still waiting for shipment. There is absolutely no communication from this company. Had to use my bank to get money back.

Complete scam. Placed an order for live rock, 6 months later no rock- will not return emails, calls, or texts. Had to contact credit card company to contest charges. Still waiting.

Best live rock that I've ever purchased! I don't usually write reviews but I was so happy with these live rocks that I had to give it a big 5 star review. I have a 120 gal salt water aquarium and these rocks look amazing in it. Highly recommend for any salt water fish tank you won't be disappointed, thanks arc reef my fish and corals couldn't be any happier

Did not ship 203.00 worth of ordered rock. Will not respond to email, texts, or phone calls to fix solution. Had to dispute order with bank to get money back for products never received.

Excellent product! The only way it could be improved would be with the addition of Titanoderma sp. to the included species list to promote coral planula settlement.
