My wife and I just ate here for dinner while on our honeymoon. The steak tartar and sope was great. The flat iron steak tasted old/off, and we sent it back. The service was great and understanding -- however, the manager then verbally abused our waitress in front of us and other customers because of it -- something completely out of the wait staff's control. It was the most unprofessional, rude, and disgusting thing we have ever seen. We will never go back because of the manager. My wife said something to him upon our leaving, and he brushed it off as nothing. It's disheartening that anyone treats anyone this way in a professional workplace environment, let alone anyone anywhere with this lack of decency. We won't support businesses with management like this - and neither should you.

Came here to take a friend for his birthday, and this was an amazing experience from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Hostess offered to take our picture, gave us a great table and the food and drinks were phenomenal it was the best ceviche I’ve ever experienced. The spicy margarita was magical!! Our server also brought over the cake as a surprise and my friend who did not see it coming. I cannot wait to visit Miami again so I can go back to this restaurant!!! View as well as restaurant decor is so beautiful. Worth every penny!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great brunch. The truffle mushroom eggs benedict was so tasty. I usually get eggs benedict when I go for brunch at different places and this one was one of the better ones I've had. The drinks were good as well. Nice atmosphere. Rooftop. Like the vibe.

Such a cute spot! With delicious cocktails and appetizers. The oysters are a must-try!! And the Churros for dessert was amazing! Great ambiance and service.

One of the spots during our bar-hopping journey and it was the best stop. DJ was amazing with her Spanish mixes, the ambiance screams summer and vacation, and all the workers are very friendly and polite. A must-go if you’re in Miami.

A great place to grab some food and drinks with your coworkers and friends. The waiting staff is super friendly and are always checking in on you. We got a lot of food and everything was delicious. Highly recommend some of their cocktails because the drinks were worth it. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area and looking for a fun evening!

I went with a couple of my girlfriends for a bachelorette dinner on a Saturday night. Make reservations beforehand because it fills up. This is definitely an upscale restaurant. Loved the food and atmosphere.

Really nice ambience and atmosphere on a rooftop - perfect for brunch, looking forward to coming back at night. Only recommendation for mgmt is to turn down the music a bit. The food is very tasty, large plates of Mexican cuisine. The seats are super comfortable and everything is nice and big so you don’t feel cramped.

the rooftop is beautiful, the ambiance, especially around sunset time is lovely. there are only fans in very specific areas, making the miami summer humidity unbearable — i had to fan myself with the menu the entire evening. the hostesses were very unprofessional, didn’t greet us, took the name of the reservation and just stared at her screen without acknowledgement. their outfits were also very unprofessional and provocative, made me feel like i was in a nightclub not a dining setting. the food was 2.5/5 ., the leche de tigre was a 3.7/5, the sauce was good, the fish was fresh but there wasn’t enough flavour. the tuna tostada was a 0.7/5 , there was no flavour, the tuna was giant steak cut pieces of tuna on top of a tostada with a few pieces of jalepeno. guacamole was okay. nothing special. the fish tacos were 1.2/5. the chocolate brownie dessert was good. the churros were inedible overall, wouldn’t return

In conclusion, I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. The exceptional service, attention to detail, and overall experience exceeded all expectations. If you are looking for a truly remarkable experience, this is the place to go. I will undoubtedly be returning and eagerly anticipating my next visit.

Outstanding brunch, killer desserts, and very friendly staff! We dropped by for brunch on our way out of town. Everything we ordered was fantastic! One of our crew wasn’t very hungry and ordered the biscuits and chorizo gravy. That was a mistake. The biscuits were massive, the gravy delicious and not too spicy or greasy, and it came with an egg! Yeah, they didn’t finish it. On the other side of the table, they ordered one of the breakfast skillets. Again, a lot of food and very tasty. I had the huevos rancheros; they were fantastic! Served on a crispy tortilla with refried black beans, the queso was toasted a bit in the broiler before being topped off with eggs and a yummy ranchero sauce. We finished brunch with the chocolate tamal. You better love chocolate, because it is fabulously intense! One really minor thing; they kick into essentially club music at some point. There are places in the restaurant where the music is uncomfortably loud. Just watch where they seat you and enjoy some great food and a lovely view.

This restaurant is gorgeous! We went for my daughter’s birthday, and our waitress, Edith, made her feel so special! The food was delicious! The banana crepe was exquisite! The ambiance is wonderful ( swings at the bar, music playing, virw of South Beach from amazing roof, pillows are everywhere). Edith was genuine, made us very comfortable, friendly, patient, helpful, attentive, and made my daughter feel like a rock star! Highly recommend this gem- for the vibe , and the people!

Cute atmosphere and drinks. We went here for dinner and have nothing but great things to say. The service was quick and helpful. Drinks were delicious as well as the guacamole. They had a live performance (fire dancing) which was amazing. I went with my husband, but could definitely see myself coming back for a bachelorette party or girl’s night.

I was in Miami for my birthday and after research, decided to go to Serena for my birthday dinner as a solo diner. The restaurant is beautiful, great music and atmosphere but sadly the service let me down. Ordered oysters and asked for a teaspoon for the sauces (twice), this arrived 15 mins later after which most of the ice from the oysters had melted and started spilling on the table. I was sat without a drink to go with the oysters for another 10 mins. After I ate the oysters, I wanted to order a main, no service for 30 mins after which I decided to leave - really disappointing on my birthday. I felt ignored for most of the evening. The server did offer to give me a free dessert after I complained but I didn't want to waste any more time there. The service was reactive instead of proactive, and to rub salt in the wound, they add 20% service charge and when you pay the bill, they ask if you want to tip an additional amount! Such a shame as this place is really pretty and the entertainment is great!

We went there yesterday after we had some happy hour from another place. It’s my friends late bday celebration and decided to get the main here but sadly the hostess which supposed to be the image of the restaurant is not very friendly. So we were kinda disappointed already. She’s not even smiling and observed her after we were seated. thought she don’t like us but she did the same to other customers as well. She didn’t even seat us just pointed out the table also she did the same with other customers as well. So maybe you could teach her how to do the job well. Our server was very attentive tho. Thank God. And the food was okay and the drink was okay too. My favorite is the octopus from the entree the green sauce compliments the taste of the octopus really well and the corn is a plus.

The service was fast and efficient! Very friendly staff. The food was incredible, if you’re a seafood lover this is the place to go! The ambiance and drinks were also amazing! Highly recommend 😊

Words do not justify how happy my taste buds were with every bite. Each dish I tried made me do a little happy dance. They have some unique dishes with fresh ingredients and good portions. The drinks were great! What's not to like about a rooftop patio!

Food was excellent! Chips and salsa was the perfect appetizer. Variety of salsas that were fresh and spicy. The mushroom quesadilla was super flavorful and plated beautiful. They lost a star from me due to service being extremely slow at the very end. It was hard to close out and leave.

First and foremost my boyfriend and I got a 7:45 reservation at Serena. The seat and entertainment was nice but the music was entirely too loud. We ordered food and the best we had was the guacamole starter. The flavors i guess are hit or miss. The customer service was not too good either but overall the vibe of the place felt nice.

Super cute! The bars were just right around the corner with the food looked pretty good! Our food was pretty good energy drinks were solid. I think I will definitely come back here again. Our server was really nice. although we push back reservation, our server was really helpful

Serena is amazing! Got to enjoy brunch and everything was delicious. Manager Carlos came over to wish my friend a happy Birthday. Server explained the entire concept and creative behind the menu which was really interesting. Serena Margaritas were so so good. One of the best i’ve had. Can’t wait to go back.

The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxed. Love the ambiance. The food we had was also very good. My only slight con was the churros, they were just a little too hard for my tastes. But everything else was great.

Went here for dinner during my girl's trip. Its a really nice restaurant I loved the furniture and the fact it was outdoors so you can eat under the moon and stars. This is a really nice place to eat especially at night. The food was really good and our waiter was sooo nice. I forgot to mention there was a mariachi band there which was a very nice surprise.

The vibe and atmosphere is very nice. Decor and table settings are good. Unfortunately, we came for brunch and half of the plates were cold by the time they made it to the table. I ordered chicken with my plate that wasn't included. Felt bad for the waiter because he was doing his job well but the kitchen kinda screwed him over. Manager was nice enough to accommodate the mistakes but it was still a little disappointing.
