Honestly it was a nice hotel. I love the whole concept of a fantasy hotel, but it's more of a cheap hotel they added a jacuzzi tub and a pole dancing area. This is more of a 2 or 3 star hotel. The cleanliness was my concern. My husband and I purchased some detergent and sheet covers for the bed to clean the bath tub, hot tub, and sex chair because the shower curtains had mildew around the bottom. The tub had a dirt ring around the inside of the tub. After seeing that l had to wash everything down because I knew they didn't clean everything thoroughly. Other than that it was an amazing night. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I would recommend they hire a better cleaning crew.

The service from the staff was horrible, very, very rude. Both over the phone and in person. My partner and I rented 3 different rooms, a basic room, the cave room, and the jungle room. We took 20 minutes to analyze them. All of them where dirty, you can smell how dirty it is. Both dead and alive roaches were found through all the rooms, and we used back lights on the bed sheets and surrounding furniture in all three rooms, and found that the sheets were NOT changed after the last customers. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. After going through all three rooms and showing evidence to the staff that they're running a sespool of bacteria and diseases that could seriously get someone sick with something. We then asked for our money back for all three rooms, and they cussed us out and refused to give us back our money. We don't recommend you go here. Save your money!

This is one of those hotels/motels that you can rent by the hour kind of. Be warned and bring the UV light

Stayed in the room with the private pool. Big room with jacuzzi and a rectangular small heated pool. Nice set up, insane price! Wayyyy too expensive for a big bathtub they call a pool.

Last night Me and my girl friend Experienced our worst night of all at this Place. I used to come here a lot. But Apparently the staff is so unprofessional that they escalated everything by calling the cops. They didn't even Want to have any open dialogue with me at all. They claim to say that I didn't want to pay additional time. They also claimed that I locked the door and I did not allow them to come in. The Reality was I was under the influence of alcohol but not completely drunk. I do not recall them talking to me on the phone or telling me anything they claimed they have said. All They claimed to say that I did not want to pay and that my card was declined. And to make things matters worse like I said before they call the cops. The cops totally passed the line by entering the room. They totally invaded my privacy. And they made us feel totally uncomfortable!

PLEASE have $5 in CASH ready for a deposit. Don’t say I didn’t tell you.

This hotel is wonderful and has a great, nostalgic atmosphere. I remember I always wanted to stay here as a kid back in the 80's.

Was very excited to stay at this place for the night in Miami and rent out the cave room. We planned our trip around coming here and had stuff planned for the whole next day, this place was the only reason we were coming to Miami. When we pull in, I go inside to book our room. The staff was very rude and stuck up. She was foreign so she didn’t really speak English so I don’t think she even knew what I was saying and I had no idea what she was saying. As I was waiting in line the guy ahead of me was getting mad and frustrated at her raising his voice Bc she was being rude to him as well. I’m newly 21 and from Michigan so my license hadn’t come into the mail yet due to this trip we went on for my birthday. All I had was my original license and the paper version Secretary of State gave me. She took my license and wouldn’t take the paper part of it to show that my license is indeed not expired Bc I have a temporary one at the moment. This temporary license works for anything, for bars and driving and so on. So I don’t believe for a second that “they don’t take those” because why would everyone else. She simply did not understand. After trying to explain to her it’s a temporary, it wasn’t going thru so I walked out and went to my bf car to tell him what happened. My boyfriend is 20, didn’t realize minors were considered 20 years olds. ?? So he goes in to use his license Bc it is not expired. She tells him over and over “minor, minor” and he walked out. Not very competent. I love all people and all cultures, but for those who only speak English, they need to have someone on call or something to help because that whole interaction was seriously ridiculous and almost ruined our entire day. Would’ve been cool and such an experience but the lady at the desk was so lost we couldn’t even get in. Won’t be coming back to Miami any time soon.

The room is nice but it had a very strong cigarette smell , i asked the front desk for a none smoking , they told me all of the rooms they have are smoking. Very disappointed

We love the place but last time we rent the cave w disco & POOL and i never found the door for the pool and no body told me where find it, next time please make sure the guy at the front office at least let the customers knows about which door take you to the pool also they need to fix the lights on the garage of the room and few lights of the rooms.

the service was bad they made me pay for my room so i dont lose my spot because it was busy i waited 45 min and it still was not ready so i left called the same day to ask for my money back refuse to give me back 82 dollars!!!!!! never walked in the room or saw the room mind you and still could not refund me back my money ........... never again

I used this place quiet often and my experience is been always great...You can rent the rooms for hours if you want. I recommend it
