    The warehouse that has everything you need (and more) reigns in Westchester. I mean, why go anywhere else? Sure, this Walmart is next to a Publix in the same shopping center, but Publix doesn’t have all the great goodies and low prices WM has. Remember, it’s open 24 hours so don’t freak out if you see any Walmartians at any given moment – have your phone ready to snap that shot of those crazy people.

    Use as a last resort !!!!! More than 20 Registers. And 2 cashier's open daily!!! Management never opens other registers On purpose. Just for Customers to get frustrated, and leave. Open the other registers. It's that simple. And Hire better workers not snappy, lippy , employee's who always say they don't know where anything is. And leave there large restocking carts in the way, blocking isles and don't have the common sense to say sorry or move it they just look at you nasty as if your a bother.

    This is one of the worse if not THE WORST Walmart in all Florida State, I’ve visited several across USA and Florida particular but this one has a lack of knowledge and understanding of how managed a supermarket like Walmart franchise. Associates when asked for some product just has one answer: if you don’t see it then we don’t have it! rude, disrespectful, inattentive and negligent at theirs most mediocre service. There’s no assertive management neither is effective in most elemental situations… Restocking management: see pictures attached

    I love supercenters, i always find everything that i need, food, electronics, literally everything. The restrooms are always clean, and the people like to help. The self checkout is great. I also like that they hire older people, but it would be great if they give a chair to older people to seat while working, i remember seeing a man he was at least 70 that was working on the exit, he looked very exhausting and he didn’t had a chair to sit. Everything else is good, and i also think the quality of the products are good like the prices.

    (; ・`д・´) The prices may be low, but the quality of the merchandise and the atmosphere in the store are both lacking. The aisles are disorganized and cluttered, and the employees seem to be completely indifferent to customer needs. Shopping there is always a disappointing experience, from the people to the customer service; it's like I was transported to a third world country.

    The Walmart located on Coral Way and 87th Ave is terrible. One can never find products. Produce is bad quality. It has raise its prices without raising the quality of products or customer service. Carts are old, heavy, rusty and very dirty. Employees never help the customers, standard answer if customer does not see what is looking for they don't have it, they are simply there conversing to each other ignoring customers. In addition, it makes its customers scan and bag their purchases. Registers not open, only self-checkout which customers do not like. Customers don't want to pay and have to do the employees work just for Walmart to make profits. It's ridiculous. Will not shop at any Walmart again.

    I recently placed an order for pick up and when I arrived to collect it, I discovered that the order was incorrect. The “substitutions” were clearly made by someone who can’t read. Hot Dog buns were replaced with a loaf of bread and cold pizza dough with biscuits. I then proceeded to the return department where I was assisted by an employee named Shirley. Unfortunately, the experience only went from bad to worse. The irony is she’s a “team lead”. Firstly, Shirley was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She was raising her voice at me and showed no empathy or understanding towards my situation. Secondly, Shirley did not seem to speak English, which made it extremely difficult for me to communicate with her. This only added to my frustration and the whole experience was incredibly stressful. As a loyal customer of Walmart, I have always had positive experiences in the past and it is disappointing to see such poor customer service. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way in which they are handled is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, in this case, I was left feeling undervalued and disrespected.

    Extremely poorly organized store, not enough personnel to handle checkout lanes flow for an extremely busy store. Be prepared to spend easily 30 to 45 minutes in line or more, regardless if it's in self checkout lanes and that's on weekdays. On weekends...forget it. BTW No employee speaks English, be prepared to bring a dictionary and/or a translator app.

    Usually I have items delivered but today we decided to go directly to the store. We got everything we needed. I always am pleased with the produce and other things I need. Of course we went at the busy time when people were getting out of work. The parking lot was busy but we really didn't have a difficult time parking. The staff is always pleasant, another great shopping trip. The rotisserie chicken hot and delicious.

    Poorly managed store. There are no Spanish speaking employees in the customer service department. After waiting in line for 15 minutes I was advised that my items could not be returned because they were not in season anymore. The employee in customer service was annoyed or bothered that I had returns. Rita the employee was then the only employee in the whole department processing returns with a line of 15 people waiting. It is poorly managed because the employee had absolutely no experience in customer service and was very rude. When I looked around the store there were plenty of other employees. So I am not sure why the customer service department was understaffed. I waiting to speak to a manager that never came. I hope this issue can be resolved. Until then I will not be shopping at this Walmart.

    No parking available I went to pick my order and was little spots for pick up for the volume of customers the one in coral way and 147 is a small store and has more spots. I waste too much time to find a parking that I walk in to the store and still was a lot of customers to pick up orders.

    These workers have got to be the rudest people I have ever seen I’m. It sure it’s because of a lot of foreigners or what but almost had to slap one for her disrespectful attitude. I live in Texas and they are much more friendly and customer service oriented !

    Please park at the new "pick up" line (they have an old one too). I just a bad experience with "pick up" service! Waited in car for 1 hours after check in. Of course, one of the largest Walmarts around here.

    Lines are long, parking is kind of crowded, people walk theirs dogs inside the store, I found cheap parts in boxes of higher prices like oil filters i went back to the store and got the filter that was supposed to be in the box

    Ordered online. Went for Curbside pickup, but there is no Parking available. Non-curbside customers are allowed to take the spots. Had to park elsewhere and come in. The Curbside ladies are truly awesome though (thus the 3 Stars)

    Absolute horrible experience. Kept me waiting over 1 hour, had to hunt someone down to get information, for them to tell me that they needed a manager and would take over 30 minutes to "unlock my order", and that I should come back the next day if I don't want to wait. I left to come back again the next day. Three hours later my order is marked as picked up by me and I am charged for the order. I contact customer care, they ping pong me around for another hour, and then tell me I need to go directly to the store because they cannot issue a refund on the order or place a new order for me. Completely unacceptable, rude, unknowledgeable staff at every step of the way.

    I asked about 7 employees including the department head and management so I can purchase something in electronics section that’s locked and everyone said to ask a different person. I waited for 20 minutes and the only response I got was no one knew where the key was and with attitude. I can only hope that after this review they find the lost key or that this review gets to the right people where they do the appropriate investigation to find the lost department key and that the really nasty attitude I received is addressed. It was truly uncalled for, I didn’t come here in a bad mood or gave any employee any attitude to receive the garbage attitude I got. I just wanted to buy what a came for and go home. This is coming from someone who worked in retail.

    Walmart won't sell gift cards unless you pay cash or debit and you can't buy them in the self check out either and the cashier tells me I needed to make another line in customer service because most of the time they are down my solution: this year Target is gonna get my money and I was going t o purchase $300 worth of cards

    (Attention Management) Today is Sunday 07/23/2023. There are 16 cash registers and 3 have cashiers. The cashiers and customers look overwhelmed. This problem is stereotypical for you! This is a disgrace to the community.

    They do have almost everything I needed but without the app you will need an eagle eye or lots of luck to find things if you aren't a regular. Shoppers drive their carts as they drive their cars; down the middle of the Isle with a cell phone in their other hand. Checkout is a special place in hell here, 8 people in line and one cashier. I would have used the self checkout but I had way too much for that. They may have lower prices but time is money and it's barely worth it under these conditions.

    I’m not sure if this is the norm but I could barely get down any isle. Some of the meat wasn’t packaged the best. Self checkout was convenient. But just really disorganized.

    I walk into this Walmart to pick up my Air Fryer online order.I ask Roxy if I can ask her a question, she hinted to me to give her minute. She went to the back and came pass by me and started arguing with her co worker. While i waited 20m just pick up package. Than another man came and went to Roxy for help and started helping him and i had to say excuse me I'm here still waiting. I then ask what was her position. They said she was the manager. I think manager should always lead by example. Shes arguing with her co-workers in front of customer while customer waits for service. She never bothered back to ask me what was my question was.

    This store is a joke. No one helping. The store manager told me someone would be right there while she was talking with 2 employees about happy hour. I don’t expect much from westchester but this is the absolute worst store experience u have ever had in Miami. And that hard to do.

    The shopping carts are a disaster their wheels work unpredictable, they are set one inside the other difficult to pull out for old people, last Thursday the entrance door to pharmacy and bakery didn't work and the floor had something that looked like vomit and the employee there was trying to redirect the public but nobody to clean up, parking lot with garbage (it was 10 am at my visit). Walmart was a nice place to shop.

    The supercenter was good, but I regret that Walmart does not have more control of home shipments than third parties make through its platform ... several of my purchases were lost or never delivered to the requested destination. Since my last disappointment with a purchase that never arrived, of so many others that I did not even want to claim for the negligible value, and despite the various claims to all parties, the "Walmart customer service", the FedEx delivery service and the distributor "Next Level Commerce", is that I reserve the choice to make an online purchase because I cannot get the money back or the purchase. I hope they improve this delivery service or at least resemble the delivery service of Amazon, Publix, etc, etc ...

    Always crowded on the weekends, I recommend you come early and leave before 1pm. Also, the bathrooms are gross (see attached photo). We visited the bathroom around noon and it was not clean.

    I think the greeting person in from of the store doesn’t have a clue of customer service is all about I came to return an item immediately the greeting person told me is close no information at all is just close I was to return and purchase the way I see it return and don’t come back at all it should be a manager in from of the store is the first perception will see as a customer

    The staff is very polite, helpful & knowledgeable. I always love shopping there when I am in the area. I shop at Walmart all the time. You get absolutely everything you need. Its a pleasure to shop there and prices are reasonable.
