What a beautiful restaurant. We had Leslie as our server and outstanding customer service. The food is absolutely delicious. The chicken is moist and great flavor! And also got the passion fruit cheesecake and WOW. Highly recommend this place.

Very awesome Peruvian experience. Great atmosphere and music. Friendly staff. Understood and spoke English. Menus have both Spanish and English sides. The flavors of all the meat were amazing. The spices were so flavorful. The meat was so juicy and tender. The chicken was perfectly cooked. Great Peruvian street food experience. Plenty of food for the price! One meal was 1/4 of a chicken, rice with chicken in it and French fries. More than enough for under $20 Peruvian drinks were very good too. And the deserts were great.

Loved this - it was recommended by our Uber driver. Paulina served us and she was just lovely. We got a BBQ platter which was incredible. The steak, the sauces…amazing. That, including wings, cocktail, 2 beers and a soda made for a lovely meal. Thanks!

This place was POPPING on a Thursday evening early (7pm). Our great server, Louis was so helpful in making recommendations. After a day of travel, we needed that assist! He steered us to the causa con camarones, which had a wonderful crunchy seasoning that made the dish extra special. I had the wonderful Caesar salad, which included moist and savory pieces of rotisserie chicken. The top of the salad had huge pieces of Parmesan that looked like my salad had been shingled with cheese! Hubby had the 1/2 chicken with the Louis-recommended sides of cilantro-lime rice and fried plantains. The sides and sauces really made the chicken shine! Dessert was a coco flan that had the most amazing texture, with a coconut crust. The latte topped off the sweet perfectly. Louis was attentive, helpful, personable , and offered us a handwritten list of area attractions to fill our days while in Miami. His personality made the food more delicious and our evening more special-like spending a night with friends!

The food was excellent! Service: highest regards to Susana our server. Make sure you ask for her! She will take excellent care of you and guide you through their menu. From the hostess, to Susana, to the cooks, decor, food…everything about this place was amazing.

This restaurant is a good place to have dinner. The entrance area is pleasingly decorated with backdrops for picture taking. The food is delicious and the price I think is reasonable. There are many people when we came here but we managed to get a table. They are all accommodating and attentive to customer satisfaction. Thank you very much!

Let me start off by saying that our server Maria had amazing energy and was so nice. The food was super flavorful especially the vegetable fried rice. The theatrics of the dry ice from the ceviche was also a very nice touch I just wished the food lasted longer. It seems many of the other reviews mention the rotisserie chicken and for good reason, it was cooked to moist perfection and the flavors were immaculate. I also don’t know what the name of the green soup they offered when sitting down but wow, flavor heaven!

Recommended by a local we met at the hotel and can I just say I'm so glad we heeded her advice. Service from the front door was pleasant. Rafael our server was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He knows his stuff as we went with his recommended sangria and food options and we weren't disappointed. Stop thinking about it and just stop in already P.S. the best ceviche I've ever had

The food here is unbelievable. Everything is fresh it’s always consistent and tastes amazing. But really the highlight of this place is the service. Fernando was the guy who served us today and it was truly world class. I’ve stayed in five star resorts all over the world and the experience I had with Fernando matches or exceeds that. A great experience for a place I can walk to from my condo. This is going to be my regular spot going forward.

Pollos y Jarras is one of the best Peruvian restaurants I’ve ever tried in Miami, Florida. First time visiting Miami and honestly highly recommend coming to visit and eat here. The waiters and waitresses are extraordinarily and give you their full attention. Elena, our waitress, was amazing, super kind and attentive. She made us feel very comfortable and at home. If you live here or are visiting, please visit this restaurant!!! You’ll be so amazed!!!

Food ( best Peruvian chicken & Peruvian food in Miami ) and service was amazing came with my family on 2/6/22 our Waitress was very attentive and helpful & recommending some entries , Will definitely come back soon i used to go a lot like every week in the original location back when it was located in downtown but moved to new Miami Beach location, glad to see some familiar faces . The vibe at this place is good. Lots of bright color decor, but not too heavy on the overall lighting. Most of what is on their menu is chicken. There are various different items prepared many different ways. They give you a small ramekin of chicken and rice soup when you sit down. It is absolutely delicious. It tasted just like my Great-Grandma's chicken and rice soup from childhood. I got wings with different Peruvian sauces and yucca fries. My husband got grilled shrimp. My friends got the rotisserie chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend stopping here for a good meal.

I went here with my wife and daughter (2y). We came on the recommendation of a few friends, and cant wait to thank them for the experience. The food, drinks, and service were outstanding. A big thank you to our server, Fernando, who offered great recommendations! We had ceviche, which was some of the best that I’ve had. The BBQ was well cooked, flavorful, and came with a number of delicious sauces. The Wok item was really well done. I love cocktails and the Pisco Sour was really well made with a great texture. The food came quickly and we can’t wait to come back!

There's a reason why people and foodies like myself highly rate this delicious and fun Peruvian spot! The food, drinks, service, atmosphere, and the fun decorations are all on point! The restaurant has two floors and an elevator inside useful for handicap individuals to get around. The meats are cooked fresh and hot and I would highly recommend asking for sauces especially the green and pink sauce (be careful this one does have a spicy kick to it). A BBQ plate comes with many meats so make sure to pick one that fits your party size, your server will be glad to assist you with this. Lastly if you have room, check out the dessert menu. The desserts are on display as you enter the restaurant on the first floor and you won't be disappointed. Overall just a really great experience and I can't think of any negatives. Make sure to come hungry :)

Rafael was our server he was amazing. Great attitude, Very friendly, and very attentive. His energy made our experience that much better. The food was amazing love everything we took a bite of. The drinks were delicious and Rafaels recommends were on point. We will definitely be back. Hopefully we will have Rafael as our server again.

My son and I were in town from Ohio and I had read about this restaurant, despite the location it was easy to park and parking was affordable. Fernando was our server, and I was excited as I’d read many reviews about him. I left a 30% tip, if that tells you anything. Fernando is polite, pleasant, and a prince of tact. He’s also incredibly handsome and well groomed. If I were a younger and single woman, I would crush on him! The establishment is clean, cleverly decorated, all staff were pleasant and friendly, and the restrooms were spotless. Now, the food. We ordered wings, macaroni and cheese, rotisserie chicken, and wok. Oh, and passion fruit cheesecake. This was a massive amount of food for two people, but we were in town a few days and we brought our leftovers to the hotel room. The food was spectacular, and I’m quite the foodie. The smoky, sweet but not super sweet wing sauce is the stuff of death bed meals and I highly suggest ordering these wings, if only for the sauce. They were hot, crispy and meaty. The dressing tasted homemade. The macaroni was the smokiest and cheesiest I’ve ever had. It also has sausage! The rotisserie chicken was beyond perfect, seasoned and juicy, no salt or pepper was required at the table as everything was perfectly prepared, seasoned, and presented. We had rice, which is obviously cold prepared and was soft, crunchy, and delicious. The meats in the wok were tender and simply divine. Honestly, if this place was near me in Ohio I would eat there weekly. Reasonable prices and outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. If you’re on the fence, go for the cheesecake at least. It’s so refreshing, sweet, and creamy. It’s seriously addictive. Go tonight and ask for Fernando.

Really really nice service. The food seems authentically Peruvian. We ordered a few dishes. The ceviche is excellent. Tasted like what I've gotten from the country itself. The sourness and spiciness is pretty good overall. The fish seems fresh too. The barbeque chicken smelled good, but I'm told it's flavorless. The fried rice with the veggies tasted good, and had came with a lot of quantity. The BBQ with steak and what not tasted pretty good. Bathroom is clean.

I went on a Saturday the day after my birthday. I had food to go once but never went inside. This was a fantastic experience! Me and my mom almost went inside but changed to inside which was a nice surprise. The service was great as everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and it was the perfect place for me to celebrate my birthday. Best of all and saved for last was our server Claudia. She was attentive, kind, and made sure we were taken care of. When they brought out the Ceviche Tower she cracked the lobster which she didn't have to but did. She's the best! Coincidentally we ran into her outside and she helped with my to-go bag (it was leaking) and took care of it. Give her a raise! I will definitely be coming back and bring my whole family next time.

Sooo disappointed with our visit! We are visiting from Texas and we’re excited to try this highly reviewed place. For a party of 7, we were seated quickly, ahead of the 15-25min wait we were told. We were sat in the back by the kitchen at a very sticky table and then…the wait began. All of the servers passed us and not one stopped to check on us or take our drink orders. After about 15mins of waiting and preparing to leave, Ariana finally came to take our drink orders and promptly left. To make it worse, it wasn’t even busy- maybe 5-6 other tables were occupied. This was pretty much the whole mood throughout our visit. We were hopeful the food would make up for it and while it was good, it just fell short.
