I just purchased a tuna sandwich from your Brightline place. It was the worst service i have ever experienced. If I could give no stars I would. There were 2 guys and a girl working. The girl was the was who was extremely argumentative. The guys were fine. You really need to speak to your staff and teach them professionalism and customer service skills. The bottom line is that young kids now a days just don't care and do not want to work. Very disappointing!! It doesn't say a lot for such a nice place that I love to frequent especially at the Aventura Mall.

The guy in the black hoodie and nose piercing who took my order was super unfriendly. After ordering three drinks and it coming out to $23, I inquired about the iced chai latte after she made it. I didn’t expect the tea to have coffee so I asked the lady working there. She gave me a annoyed face and quietly said yeah as she glared at me. As I was scared to miss my train I unhappily took my coffee chai latte and my bitter vanilla matcha. If I wasn’t late I would have asked for a refund on the two drinks. I can understand why they have bad reviews as for the terrible customer service.

You have to try the Carrots & Lemon juice pure deliciousness!! 16oz almost $10, Pricey but definitely worth it. My favorite ones are HERB TONIC, HELL OF NERVE add apple, CHOCO SHAKE, AND CARROT CAKE is a little piece of heaven.

The staff here always treats me like royalty. I have my dog who walks me to the store every single day and we both agree it’s our favorite place. I love the food and drinks especially the spicy tuna and the go away doc. My dog gets his daily protein of chicken and the staff enjoy giving it to him. Highly recommend this locations great vibes!

I lived in la for 10 yrs and loved this place! I now live above Brightline and Chris at This new location is amazing. Remembers my name, what I got the day prior and takes time to explain. As any new location he is always there working and training his team. He has patience with them and has a great supporting approach. Also he is beyond consistent with his customer support to all those I’ve watched him help for making their selections. While I like Starbucks, this service and product consistency is awesome. The music, coffee, food, juice and service is 5 star

Served a melted açaí bowl, warm and gross. It wasn’t even handled to me. They called my name and left it at the counter. I came right away so it wasn’t sitting there for more than 10 seconds. I’ve never seen worse customer service.

The customer services was just horrible. I didn’t expect this type of service from joe and juice since I’ve had good experiences at other locations. I asked if possible to add little more milk or syrup to my iced latte since the drink came out very dark in flavor. And the African American just responded “we charge to put more”. And left me speechless… as if he is saying “we charge you additional to fix the drink regardless how horrible drinks came out to be or whether you like it or not.” I was just very disappointed. My coworker and I left with great disappointment and vowed to never come back to this location. Such a shame.

I’m going to start by saying that I love Jo & The Juice, especially the concept and the sandwiches, but today we had such a miserable experience. By the time I walked in and trying to order, the guy working at that time wouldn’t even look at me in the eyes, and continued to talk with several people at once. He was all over the place and seemed not happy to be there. When I received the food the cute pink box was all leaking with liquid, and the coffee was bad, I ended up not drinking it. I didn’t enjoy the sandwich as well, but I guess the reason behind it was the overall situation. I didn’t complain, I just started working on my laptop with my friend and when he walks up to go to the restroom, we hear someone yelling. It was the same guy who took my order, sitting on one of the tables along with other employees and he says “excuse me!!!! You can’t leave your trash behind!!!” I was speechless, and so my friend, which replied by saying that he was going to come back, but took his stuff and disposed it. Right after that we left and headed to Starbucks to continue working. We would have had lunch there, but I don’t think that Jo & The Juice stands for this type of environment. It was very disappointing and I won’t return to this location. I wish I took pictures of the box!

I live across the street and I love going to get my morning coffee and the occasional sandwich lunch, so I thought giving joe and the juice a shot. I was surprised how unfriendly and rude the staff is. Just give you the vibe that they don’t want to take your order. The last few days I’ve gone to get a sandwich and either the lights are out or they give another excuse on why they can’t serve. How can a sandwich place run out of food at 2pm is beyond me.

I discovered this fantastic juice bar at Copenhagen Airport in 2012 so I was delighted to see Joe at Miami Central Station during the 2018 Thanksgiving holiday. This location seemed a bit overpriced even for a train station, but these guys were great!

Horrible service. There were two clients with the same name and both of the orders got mixed up. The baristas were not helpful at resolving the confusion, and let the clients exchange the food between them without even offering to do the coffees again. Both of them were extremely rude since ordering. Worst customer service

The people who work here are very rude. It was 7:47, and they told me they would not make coffee because they were about to close. The one man with very messy hair who worked there obviously did not know how to deal with people so he directed me to a very obnoxious brunette woman who said they were about to close. At a smaller establishment I would not have done that but considering this is a train station I thought it was okay. PLEASE HIRE NEW PEOPLE.

Nice place, but unfortunately its overpriced and offers terrible customer service. I asked for a hot matcha latte, and they gave me a cold one. The employee said I had to get in line again and that he wasnt going to make it for me. The rudest Ive been treated in years. The one at the register then came and kindly fulfilled my needs himself. Nevertheless, I was extremely disappointed and surprised to have received this type of treatment in the mjddle of downtown. Sad!

I love joe & the juice but this is the worst one I’ve been to. The people that work there are so unfriendly. Sometimes I just wait around for them to be done chatting with each other in order to put my order in. Today I ordered a matcha latte for $6 the cup itself is already small and it was half full. They never have all ingredients there. There’s always something with this place

Terrible experience. The guy at the counter, Jimmy, had the worst attitude. I was on a business call getting off the train, waiting in line on the side as to not to disturb the people in line. After I said I was next in line, the gentleman behind me confirmed Iwas the next customer. This guy Jimmy then implies I'm skipping the line and proceeds to lecture me in a very condescending way, not nice at all. Never apologized and then proceeded to make comments to his co-worker, who was laughing at this interaction the whole time and never showed any respect either. Pathetic. It Is a shame that such a great company and brand cannot get it right to teach basic manners and customer service to their employees. I certainly won't be returning to this location.

Was waiting for our train so we decided to go in there and have a light lunch. I must say the tunafish and avocado sandwich was very good. Coffee good The attitude of the people that work there was not so great. But if you’re at the train station or walking near there, it’s a good place to stop and have a good cup of coffee and a sandwich

I had a good experience with the drinks I ordered but my concern is the employees who were very nonchalant and ignorant when I made a comment that they left the tap water running for absolutely no reason the entire time I was there. We were going through a hurricane, and I’ve lived in other countries where water is scarce so for them to laugh at my suggestion of felt discomforting. Not sure how I feel about this company’s ethics.

I paid $15 for a VERY warm, liquidy, smoothie. It also was not filled to the top (pictured). I went here because I liked the smoothie ingredients and thought it may be worth the price, but was sadly disappointed. Should be $5 for the quality.

The tall guy with dark hair. He was so rude. He looked at me, gave me a dirty look and told the women “you help her”. I asked a question and he just stared at me with discuss. This is the worst place

The prices are too high and they do not accept cash. A business of this caliber should offer various payment methods, not just credit cards.

Miami is one of my favorite vacay spots. Before Miami I knew nothing of Joe & The Juice. But the location on 1st Avenue has become a definite stop each visit. Very friendly, efficient workers. Herb tonic is my favorite juice!

Extremely slow service. Disgustingly dirty seats. Filthy floors. Someone was washing the tables but spraying a strong chemical directly on the tables instead of on the rag first and it caused everyone to gag and cough. We had to leave the area because our throats were burning from inhaling it. This included a tiny baby. 😩

I love joe and juice!!! This place is the best, the juices are the best juices ever and everyone here seems super duper nice 💖 everyone should come here and try the good food and hang with the fun workers

Customer service was very poor. The barista looked miserable to be working, didn’t even smile while greeting us or taking our order, but when speaking to her coworker after taking our order she seemed very happy and engrossed in conversation. I guess paying customers were a bother & disruption to their conversation.

A little slow (only one guy was working) but very tasty and healthy. I an eating all of their sandwiches and these are really healthy options if you are on a diet or trying to lose weight.

I havent been to this resturant but wanted to visit it today after reading the reviews I dont think I will be visiting any time soon , you should really do something about the rude staff and the way they are treating the customers

  • 2/5 Kevin L. 2 years ago on Google
As much as I can appreciate joe and the juice, I have to say this location has always been slow for me. Like slow slow. Like grow the orange for the 3 oz of orange juice slow. I’ve taken so many brightline rides and in the crunch of time I’ve had to leave my orders paid for because they are slow. I hope things have changed since they reopened the brightline, but that’s been my experience in the past.

This worker is a disrespectful, rude, humiliating, rude person, I saw how he treated a girl badly, he also treated the drivers badly and he also treated me with the same rude attitude, it seems to me an abuse that this restaurant has people like him, I don't I return to this place

  • 1/5 Angelica z. 1 year ago on Google
Literally the rudest customer service ever. Especially the woman in the pony tail with a stank attitude. Not worth your time, the drinks are overpriced anyway.

  • 1/5 William C. 1 year ago on Google
If you want slow, surly service, this is your place. I felt honored when one of the two employees got up from hanging out at the tables to pour my coffee and then not bother to add cream.

At the unlikely spot, ground level at the new Brightline station in downtown Miami. Visited coming from & going to Ft. L during a delightful "day trip". The smoothie and sandwich quite delicious.

I paid like $8.50 for a juice to try them out since I’ve seen a few of their locations I’ve been curious to try them out. when I got the cup it was super super small and they were pumping liquids inside that made me question their “natural” goodness which is what I was paying for in the first place. all in all I was highly disappointed and I do not know how they have several locations with this kind of service and pricing...

I instantly fell in love with the aesthetic of JOE & THE JUICE! Service was a good experience and the sandwiches were on point. I really appreciate it when place’s like this are able to maintain a fresh quality to the food they serve, so keep up the good work👍👍
