久しぶりにランチを注文しましたが、前回も同じ気持ち(気のせいかと)思っていましたが、ランチセットのラーメンのボリュームが単品とかなり違う気がしました。前回もランチとランチ外の時間帯で同じ気持ちになりましたが、何故か違和感が消せません。ましてや今日のランチセットを配膳された時に違うお客が「大盛」を頼んだみたいですが、どのラーメンが「大盛」なのか解らないみたいで配膳口隣の私のランチセットを覗きこむ有り様でした。ハッキリいって最低な行為だと思うし、休みの日にはたまに酒ノミがてらいっていたのですがもうないかな❗
忙しい時間帯だから仕方ないと言えば仕方ないかも知れないけど、料理の出来映えも、麺は茹で足らないかかき混ぜ不足か、塩味も薄く感じましたし、炒飯も油が回って無い薄味の代物でした❗
「忙しい」はお店の都合です❗常に同じ味が出せない調理人はプロではありません❗
開業当初からの付き合いでしたががっかりしました‼️
