    Probably the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Staff are always nice. I’m a regular here and they always get my order correct and are so quick. If the drive through is busy the inside of the store is typically quick. Always an option to get a coffee quickly. I’ve worked at a Tim Hortons 8 years of my life and it is better than the one I worked at

    Probably the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Even upon entering, the glass on doors and windows were disgusting. Tables weren’t clean. Only one bathroom was available. My husband used the washroom and advised me (I’m disabled) that the washroom wasn’t safe for me to use (the toilet seat was broken). The taps in the washroom didn’t have working water (also disgusting). Makes me also wonder how the staff washes their hands after using the washroom 🤮 Quite frankly, this particular Tim Hortons should be reported to the health department

    They are open 24 hours a day. But between midnight and 6am service is very very slow. A wait of 2 or 3 minutes in the drive through is common before someone comes on the speaker asking you to give them a minute. Then you order and wait another few minutes at the window for your order. And I'm not ordering food just coffee. But don't bother ordering food because they usually tell Customers that they aren't able to make any food, but I've only heard that from coworkers that use the same tims during the same times as me. Sometimes the coffee tastes burnt or off somehow. I'm assuming here but I'd bet the coffee sits for too long before it's served and not fresh. (To be honest, I quite often go to the McDonald's in the same parking lot for coffee. And if I am hungry then I definitely go to the McDonald's. They always seem to have friendly, cheerful and quick service.) But at 6am the service improves and it's just as good as any other Tim's. This seems to be a sign of the times lately unfortunately and at places other then Tim's too.

    On July 1st, while travelling back from my visit in Midland, Ontario, I stopped by this Tim Hortons place. I entered the store through front door with my son who wanted to go to bathroom and I wanted to buy some stuff from the store. The guy named AKASHPREET SINGH, said the store is close now and my son can't use bathroom. It was just 10:46 pm and not closing time of 11:00 pm and doors were open. I told him that I also need to buy some stuff and not just using bathroom. He insisted multiple times to go to bathroom in the MacDonald next to Tim Hortons. That same guy served one white lady and also another white gentleman who both entered one after another after me but didn't serve us or let my son go to bathroom. This was purely a discrimination against people of brown skin. This guy clearly a supporter of the on going Khalistan movement and didn't treat fairly. This has to be stopped. My entire family was fan of Tim Hortons and buy so many products from Tim Hortons till that day. But no more. In fact, I am going to sue Tim Hortons for this now because brand like Tim Hortons provide directly or indirectly support this kind of violent and bad people who love to destroy the peace on earth.

    TimH. is Tim H. Not a big goer... I do by their coffee when I do grocery shopping... not because I need it. It's a fair price and it's ok coffee. The service was good.. the T.H. we went to was clean. Some like the one on Bay Street Midland not so much.

    Akashpreet singh served me at night on drivethru on canada day. It was so busy still he kept his cool and served me with great service, fresh food and smile on his face.

    Front cash staff very rude !! My debit card declined at the register and than the team member and manager in blue shirt - went in the corner gossiping ... I than asked for a cup of ice tap water ... the lady decided to tell me there is a charge for cups !! I've worked at Tim hortons before that is a complete lie. Staff members treat costumers accordingly and the short older lady with glasses decided to be very rude to me due to her own personal issues . *** I work in the costumer service industry and I know how you are supposed to treat the public and these two lady's give a very bad example!! ! Shame on management that allows work place matters to escalate over such petty little things. Very sad . **big thumbs down!

    Typically a great personable experience, everyone is very welcoming. Management must have put a change for cream cheese portions lately, not worth the extra costs in my opinion go with the butter.
