The layout design of this hotel is nice, especially the pool location and breakfast dining area. Impressed by the breakfast included. It was actually good with a nice variety too. The hot tub & sauna both worked well. The room was just typical, kinda out dated hotel room with the gross carpet. I didn't find any suspicious hair anywhere so that is really impressive.

Ideal location. Around the corner from 2 shopping centers in case you forget something. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room that's not a part of the main building. It's nice to be able to park your car right in front. 2 chairs out front to sit. The room is small but comfy. The floors were filthy, and my feet were black after walking around for a few minutes . The lock on the door broke. The closet is in the bathroom, a bit of an odd location. Buffet breakfast in a lovely dining hall, but get there in time. Otherwise, they lock everything up. I'm curious what the rooms are like in the main building.

Weekend trip to midland.....we stayed here at the Quality Inn. We had good customer service, the room was very spacious and clean. The washroom was a good size....I just think hotels should get rid of carpet in rooms....gives off that stale smell that really bothers me. But great place for 1 night. Breakfast also good.

Beautiful place to stay overall. I love the layout of the hotel. It felt like a resort. The only thing that can be improved is the state of the fitness room. The equipment is really over 10 years old and every machine is rickety at best or not working.

The rooms were clean. The coffee was horrible. Continental breakfast was below par. Bar is closed. Restaurant is one meal fits all. Pool washrooms were disgusting. Change rooms appear permanently closed. Hot tub was not clean.

The staff were great, the hotel is dated, dark and just dull. Look a bit and you’ll see that understaffed and it shows. A list of issues; -There was mould in the shower, light switches didn’t work; -the AC was a 90s single unit that was very loud; -breakfast was an exercise in futility as there weren’t enough tables, nor any dedicated accessible seating; -2x low power level 2, barely functioning car charging spots that charge extra if the car is finished charging and so you have to move it in the middle of the night. So yeah, it’s barely holding on to a C but this hotel will quickly slide to a D if there aren’t some updates done quickly.

200 dollars for this joke? A non-smoking room smells like someone just blew cigar smoke to your face, no pet allowance but we can hear a dog barking in the next room. Not acceptable for allergic people. A lot of flies in the room. Quality just on its name, don't fall for it.

Amazing experience! Very friendly staff, clean room and hallways, breakfast was great, and pool area was clean and maintained. This was the best hotel I have been in for a decent price. I will definitely be back.

It says 630 breakfast but so far this week has been 615. Nice when its fast morning. The sauna... was not very hot? 23c? I left it on for ten minutes thinking needed to heat up. Still 23c. Everything else it good. Left 20 tip for house cleaning.
