I've been here for a couple of years, and the management is awesome! They are very caring and understanding. The complex is very well-maintained, and the general atmosphere is calm and quiet, with no smell of weed or loud music. This is one of the few complexes with plenty of green areas, trees, and beautiful landscaping. It doesn't feel like everything is made of concrete and crammed together like in some other newer apartments. The location is fantastic, and the apartments are spacious with a good layout.

Wow wow wow what a beautiful apartment complex and the customer service was outstanding! I was given a tour by Maribel who was so knowledgeable and friendly. I saw a few other employees, Bianca, Angel, and their new groundskeeper Gus who was working hard to keep this property looking great. This place is one of the properties I'm definitely putting on my list when it's time to relocate. Thanks to Maribel and her team for showing me what Midland has to offer!

We have been living here for 5 months and we really enjoy this complex. The pool is great, it is in a great location, the staff is amazing, the maintenance crew quickly fix any issue, and it is peaceful. We feel safe and comfortable to walk outside with our kids.

Howdy y'all.... you know how stressful finding the right apartment can be? Moving in general can make you feel overwhelmed!! When I arrived at The Palms at Briarwood, things got so much better. Shantel went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel so welcome. I also felt important and like a part of the Palms family from the beginning. I'm so grateful to everyone in the leasing office for helping me find the right apartment to call HOME and especially answering all my questions, especially Shantel, YOUR patience with me.... Thank you! The director, Maribel introduced herself and welcomed me as well. Briefly met Bianca, but looking forward to getting to know her as well. Luxury apartments at its best in Midland is at The Palms. Great amenities. Looking forward to moving in tomorrow!

The is a beautiful property! I toured with my daughter while we were looking for her a new home when she moves to Texas. I would feel perfectly comfortable leaving my daughter there when I have to come back home. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

We have had nothing but good experiences while living at The Palms. The office staff are friendly and knowledgable. The maintenance crew are always fast and courteous. The apartments are well maintained and we have great ammenities. All in all I would 100% recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Luxury and outstanding customer service are what you get at The Palms at Briarwood Apartment Homes. I was lucky enough to get a tour of this property with the Director, Maribel. She introduced me to her amazing staff Angel (maintenance worker) and Gus (a relatively new caretaker for the complex) and her right hand person, Bianca. During my tour Maribel thoroughly explained the amenities the complex offers including the gorgeous pool and community clubhouse. It’s so rare these days to find someone who actually enjoys their job and is willing to go the extra mile, but that what Maribel and her staff seem to do every day. Five star treatment through and through!!!

Updated Review: My family and I have been residents for 3 years now, we have made The Palms our home. The staff are great here, whether it be something small or large they take care of the issue quickly and with a smile. Thank you for making our community great. Shantel made the entire experience of renting our apartment excellent! We are so glad we chose The Palms at Briarwood as our new home. All of the staff in the office and maintenance crew are so helpful and friendly.
