Disappointed with what I remember the service and quality of Cheddar’s was. Took a while to get our drinks, including the water. Our server was doing a great job but seemed unable to keep hold of all his tables. Not sure if this is an experience level, or a lack of staff. The food and drinks were good. That is after we got our correct food. Brought out a wrong plate then left, took a minute for us to find someone as he brought back the correct plate.

Came here for dinner bc it’s been a while and I was not impressed. This place has def went downhill as far as their quality of food and the things they have to offer. The menu shows they also have frozen alcoholic drinks only to find out they do not because the machine has been broken for over a year but they never bothered to fix their menu and not advertise frozen drinks. The spinach dip was the worst I’ve ever had here.

First time here. The food was amazing! The service was exceptional! Be sure to sit in Christina's section, she will take good care of you. Be good to her, she is wonderful! And definitely have some butter croissants, super delicious!

Last minute dinner and it was pretty good! I subbed for a ceasar salad with my chicken strips. I know it’s a basic meal but everyone talks about their chicken strips. They were cooked perfectly!

Went early with 4 in our group to avoid the crowds. Greeted promptly with a smile from the hostess. Our server seemed new. Didn't seem personable and was very dry. Maybe just not having a good day. Our food was brought out in a timely manner. Everyone said their food was okay but a little bland. My burger and fries were cool and the fries were extremely crunchy. Almosr like they had sat a while before being served. Not a bad experience but will definitely give another try. The atmosphere was great.

Very wonderful dinner. The ambiance was lovely. Service was great as well as the food. The green beans were honestly phenomenal that my girlfriend had with her chicken fried steak. I had ribs and chicken strips, with cheddar broccoli sides and loaded mashed potatoes. It was great and of course absolutely filling. Lot of food. The crescent rolls were an unusual nice surprise. Not used to those but very delicious. The Wisconsin cheese fries were absolutely amazing! I'll definitely be back.

I really used to like this place. Here in recent months the service has just not been what I remember; from poor service to dirty drink glasses. I'm not sure why the quality has diminished however I'm thinking it's time for a new place. Please do better! (Update) Came back on the 13Aug. Ok, so as for our server Silver, she was really sweet and working hard. That being said, our food took over 45 min or better to get out to us. My food was all but cold. It did taste good. The drinks were great, but they did not have what we first ordered ( I get it) we ordered again and nearly an hour later we got to eat almost cold food. This is number 4. I am done. My family will not be back. Thanks for all the enjoyable times but the quality has just finished to the point it's not worth it. P.s. Silver needs a raise. I'm sitting here at the bar with my wife and she is hustling like it's the end of the world. Thanks

This rating was based upon my experience with a stop when I walked in and spoke with them. I knew I was coming in late and tried to call ahead of time to let them know or possibly get my order going. I was told that was. It was unable to happen, and I would still have to come in and eat my food. So I still gave 4 warnings that I was coming in 15 minutes to a closing. The gentleman on the phone said it would be OK.I arrived and the young girl at the front had an attitude with me and said they were closed.I said it looks to be that you are still open as I am standing here. She said well we're done serving food.I said I was told that you'll start food until you close. She said well I will have to go get a manager. I waited patiently while the staff rudely discussed me as I stood up front. The manager finally came and seemed to be put out as well. When I walked in, the place was a mess. The only good part wa that the one waitress that did help me was very kind. Customer service goes a long way, and although my children love that place, which is why we had to make it in that night, I am very displeased with a service like experience, and that will lose business.

We sat at the bar. Alexis did a great job. If you are near Midwest City, we recommend going in and having a painkiller.

I visited this Cheddar's location for lunch about two weeks ago and felt I needed to give it a review.. I ordered the fried white fish platter with loaded mashed potatoes and corn and was honestly delighted in how good it was.. The fish was hot, flaky, lightly breaded, and had an excellent flavor.. The serving size was quite generous, too.. You'll need a hearty appetite to finish it.. The corn and loaded mashed potatoes were good, but the fish was the star of the show.. I dined at the bar and enjoyed a margarita with salt and lime, too.. It went down smoothly and had a very balanced flavor.. Service that day was excellent, and an older couple who were apparent regulars raved about the bartender, too.. All in all, it was a great experience, and I'm certain I'll be back in there for another lunch opportunity in the coming weeks..

Usually love this place. The food is consistently, great, and the service is as well. They were really off their game today, missed the appetizer, missed a drink, missed a salad. Food was not hot. They were not particularly busy either. No manager came to check on us, even when we had the server, removed those items from the bill, which should have triggered a manager visit to the table. The server was super nice and very professional and apologetic so we will give them another try in the hopes that this was an off day. But overall pretty disappointing for this restaurant.
