Its a wonderfull store who sells very good quality products. I bought some things myself and the quality is perfect. Its a expensive store, so its only for the people with some money and who want to dress really properly.

I was helped by Patrick. He made me feel very comfortable and assisted me throughout the entire process. From my description of what I wanted he helped me find the perfect suit for the occasion. Very happy with my suit, tie and pocket squares!

I visited Suitsupply Leiden in July 2023. I waited for 5 minutes because the staff was busy serving other customers. One of them called a tailor to come upstairs to ask me what I want. Since it was my first time, I didn’t know much about Suitsupply. I asked if I can get a complete suit custom made and I wanted to know the price range. The tailor was extremely rude and had a very offensive look on his face. He acted as if he doesn’t understand what I am saying. I was addressing him in Dutch but he acted as if he doesn’t know what I am saying. I asked him if he speaks Dutch. He did speak Dutch. It became apparent that he perfectly understood what I was saying. He just didn’t want to serve me and he was deliberately being rude so that I leave the store. It was his way to decline service to me. I am glad that this happened. I did some research and found a very reputable tailor that specialises in bespoke suits. I am picking up my bespoke suit in a few weeks and I am very exited. I advice everyone not to take their business to Suitsupply Leiden. There is another store in Leiden that doesn’t disappoint.

My visit to the store was great from the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional service that added to the overall positive experience. Both Patrick and Noah have been great! I am pleased with the high quality of the suit I purchased. Frankly, I find it challenging to suggest any areas for improvement or additional comments as I am satisfied with the entire process.

I had to attend a black tie event , that I came to know about during my travel/transit , I stopped by Schiphol airport outlet and was assisted in curating a complete outfit - suitsupply team helped dig all items available at multiple locations close to Amsterdam in my sizes and ensured they were reserved for me @ those locations - eventually I collected the jacket and shirt from Mr Patrick @ Leiden location and even got them altered in time plus collected trousers with alterations done in-store from another location - everyone was super cooperative and it was a pleasant experience ! Thank you guys
