My
first
stay
couple
of
months
ago
was
5star
.
So
that
a
time
I
decided
to
upgrade
the
stay
to
a
suite
.
What
went
wrong
(
hence
3
star)
The
cleanliness
of
the
room
was
very
poor
.
One
would
specially
expect
a
better
service
in
Suite
-
water
leaks
out
of
shower
cabin
and
fills
up
the
suites
area.I
plugged
it
with
towels
and
to
my
surprise
the
cleaning
person
didn’t
remove
them
till
the
evening
-
dustbins
not
emptied
when
I
return
back
in
the
evening
-
tv
remote
didn’t
work
I
asked
the
reception
twice
on
two
separate
days
(
day
1
and
day
2
)
to
replace
the
remote
.
but
the
person
on
the
call
said
-
just
remove
the
battery
and
tap
it
on
your
hand
and
the
remote
will
work
.
Is
this
professionalism?
Finally
I
had
to
come
downstairs
in
the
third
day
and
dump
the
remote
on
the
reception.
This
is
not
4
star
service
.
Chaotic
Checkout
:
-
During
the
checkout
the
person
responsible
had
no
clue
that
I
had
a
deposit
on
my
card
.
-
I
was
charged
for
minibar
package
that
I
didn’t
even
use
(
Vanderbilt
dient
has
amenities
in
the
minibar
even
unsuited
you
have
to
buy
it
at
the
hotel
counter
as
a
minibar
basket)
.
The
person
said
that
I
will
check
this
with
my
cleaning
ladies
and
get
that
refunded
later
.
The
first
principal
of
a
guest
and
host
is
trust
.
Which
I
found
missing
.
I
pay
close
to
a
thousand
euros
for
a
suite
over
5
days
and
why
would
one
steal
for
15
euros
.
Concierge
service
:
While
checking
out
I
requested
for
a
cab
after
15
minutes
.as
I
would
want
pro
have
my
breakfast
The
person
called
the
cab
right
away
and
was
trying
to
stupid
talk
me
into
taking
the
cab
and
I
quote
him
„the
next
cabs
will
only
be
available
after
1
hour
maybe“
Do
you
think
that
guests
are
stupid.
I
didn’t
even
get
a
chance
to
grab
a
proper
breakfast
on
the
last
day
because
of
the
gentlemen’s
stupidity.
The
consistency
of
the
service
depends
on
people
and
looks
like
the
owners
need
to
work
in
that
consistency
.
Will
I
visit
again
yes
.
As
I
like
the
chain
overall
.
