Whenever I've checked the location on the map - I was terrified. I thought it was middle of nowhere and I've considered changing it to a different place. In the end of the day it was not too bad. The trams were traveling fairly often, the stop is barely 3 minutes walk from the hotel. There's a very good supermarket around 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel with really good variety of products. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and warm, the shower in our bathroom was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean with friendly staff. Inside the lobby feels luxurious and modern and the rooms are large and spacious. The tram to the city is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel but if you want to explore the city everyday, it takes about an hour to get to the city by public transportation. Only 10 minutes by Uber to the airport which is very convenient.

Great hotel in the suburbs of Amsterdam but only 3 minutes walk from the tram. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is fully stocked and the little fitness area is very well equipped. I needed some quiet time to write and do some online researches so I was happy to enjoy free complementary wifi. They take 250 deposit upon arrival so be prepared for it. Also note that there is no restaurant service, but the staff is very friendly and useful in recommending alternatives.

Myself and a friend have just returned from Amsterdam spending the night at this hotel. From the minute we arrived till we departed today we received first class treatment. The man at reception who also served drinks was a credit to his employer, he was polite, professional and had a good sense of humor, but unfortunately i never got his name. The rooms were very nice with a large comfortable bed.I also charged my EV from almost empty to full using the hotel chargers for just €12.50. The tram to Amsterdam was so easy. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

The staff said there was smoking in my room in-fact a incense stick and demanded a £250 euro fine or leave the hotel. So I chose to leave as I done nothing wrong. The communication skills of hotel stuff are unprofessional. The food and drink are overpriced and dont live to your expectations. I will need stay in this place again nor recommend to people

Really clean and accommodating hotel. Just far from the city centre. However the 25 tram is super close. The staff is very friendly and made the stay really enjoyable!

You should go visit this hotel if you have COVID, or want to get one. My companion caught Covid-19 on the day of arrival, so we asked hotel for cancellation. That was for everyone’s sake as we didn’t want to spread it all around the hotel. FUN fact: They refused to cancel for Covid reason and charged me the FULL price. We should have just pay a visit and let others have one as well. Would recommend this hotel for Covid patients who need quarantine from their family. Please be aware of the fact that this hotel does not take hygiene seriously and only crave for your money.

Very nice hotel, 145€ for a beautiful bedroom and large bathroom. 250€ for deposit so be sure your bank account is ready for it. Small free parking in front of the hotel, but parking all around. 45/1h from Amsterdam center with buses or tram. Coffee machine, fridge and microwave available in the room. Gym room available in the hotel. We will come back here if we travel back to Amsterdam!

Location is a bit far out of the center of Amsterdam but easy to get the 25 Tram into the city. Room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfy. The only downside was the breakfast, there was often no milk for the cereal or no bread for toast.

A stay at this hotel is not worth your time and money. There are many other hotels around that take business guests seriously and do not cancel reservations unreasonably. The hotel charged me the total cost of my reservation and then canceled my stay without justification. Absurd! Shame and total lack of professionalism.

Great stay at this hotel. A little far out but the tram was just across the road so very convenient. The rooms were spotless and quiet, had 2 nights good sleep and everything we needed The staff were so friendly apart from the guy on reception and bar on Saturday night. He was very rude and unhelpful and appeared to take his bad mood out on us. The greeting we received on Friday from the young girl was a much nicer experience that the treatment we received from him on Saturday night and on checking out early Sunday morning. I wish I’d been a secret shopper!

Located right next to tram/metro line 25 this hotel is an affordable base to visit the area including Amsterdam center. For me it functions as a comfortable base to visit clients in the area, friendly and efficient staff, all conveniences including comfortable beds (!). Restaurant is on par, good bar service with snacks and drinks (however also closes early). Good selection of drinks and snacks from lobby facilities. Rooms could do with a bit of freshing up, bathroom is a bit spartan, noisy pump station located down the hall. Still, good experience in all.

I ordered Bean Rendang for the main and tiramisu for dessert. It tasted like a bomb 💣 blast. Not really 😒 a 💣, but it had an explosion💥 of flavors. Very rear in hotel foods. Great work by 👨‍🍳 chef. Bar tender and waiters offered good service at bar table. Interactive enough.

The hotel was lovely - I just wish the location was more in the centre of Amsterdam. Otherwise it’s a great hotel to stay at 🤗🤗🤣

We booked this for it's close location to Amsterdam centre and weren't disappointed as the Tram stop to the Metro was a short walk away. The only thing is it's slap bang in the middle of an industrial estate which isn't clear from the website or through the holiday company we booked. It wasn't noisy or busy, but the location was quite secluded if walking in the dark. As a family, the room was brilliant with adjoining door and shared bathroom. The breakfast was lovely, good choice but the dinners were limited in choice and quite pricey, and with few places to eat locally you were limited on options. Though the 24/7 Pizza machine wad a delight! Good base for exploring.

Rooms are fine but not what you'd expect from "Best Western Plus" having stayed at many Best Western hotels. TV also didnt work. Location is very far from Amsterdam, few amenities nearby.

Such friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Great breakfast. One thing, hooks to hang things on in the bathroom are for tall people! The short people can't reach them!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff are friendly and very helpful. We left our bags safe in the hotel as we arrived very early and went to explore the surroundings and did the same after checking out. It is very functional and efficient. The only thing i would suggest would be to make the restaurant menu visible to guests when they check in as it is next to the reception, most guests would feel more comfortable knowing what is available and the prices prior to getting a table.

Rooms in this hotel are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, staff is helpful and kind, breakfast is copious and you can order delicious eggs as you like them from the counter. A good place to stay. Only thing is that the location is not ideal. In a business park, with not much of a view in any direction. Still, given that there is public transport nearby, you could consider this as a base for discovering Amsterdam and the surrounding area.

Very kind and welcoming staff. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside is the location, which is a bit far from the center but is near a tram and bus station.

Nice hotel with great and friendly reception. The rooms are equipped with complementary tea/coffee. There is also a minibar over there. But, the minibar is empty. :-) Best part of the hotel is, since there is no option of dining, one can order food for dinner and lunch from outside with ease. However, moderate breakfast available.

Got here for work reason. 232 Eur for a room. In nowhere land. But thats not the point. Breakfast is horrible, just stuff out of the bag. Service people chit chatting at the bar but not taking care of the buffet. Guys you need to improve tremendously to make me come back for that price. Room ok. Attention: no windows to open

Fantastic hotel, really clean, friendly staff and all round great place. The only reason I gave less for the location is that for some people it may not be what they want. I wanted to be out of Amsterdam central and away from the craziness especially as we went on pride weekend without realising! This meant it was 40minutes out on the tram with a change which was fine for us but may not be for others.

What I found good about the hotel: Great staff, sumptuous breakfast, daily housekeeping, sleep quality was decent. What could be improved: Little creamers sachets with the coffee and tea stash. Also the tap water tastes kinda salty, so if a centralized filter could be provided to filter the inlet supply. Overall a good experience!

Very helpful staff, probably his name was masi. Rooms were perfect. Comfortable bed and good temperature control.

Did a month long stay via urban roomie. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were good, however house keeping did a terrible job of cleaning once a week. They didn't vacuum or dust or wipe.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay! We were upgraded as a result of payment error with our booking app so we enjoyed the suite 😄😄 it was soooo spacious! Wonderful end to our three week trip

A clean, modern hotel in a business/factory unit area. Unfortunately the hotel was under renovation when we arrived and we were told that the kitchens were closed and there wasn't any draft beer, only expensive bottles ! There are no bars or restaurants nearby ! On the plus side there is a tram station within walking distance, approximately 5mins.

This hotel was amazing!!! The people were so kind, so nice, even with the language barrier their English was impressive. I don't normally leave reviews but this hotel was it! Free breakfast and it does happen to be in an industrial area so the biking is awesome for tourists and you won't get run over the way you would in the city. Uber is very cheap from here to anywhere downtown. I would 10/10 recommend. If you're not heading here, where are you?

In fairness the main reception/lounge appears to be under renovation. Standard room,staff very helpful. Although some distance from the city centre the tram route is only a few minute walk away. Parking at hotel is free. Tram or bus into the city is better than using a car because of parking fees and city centre charges.

the rooms are spacious but the location, in an industrial area, is a bummer. It is a new hotel, so it is clean. Once inside, the location does not really matter. The desk staff is helpful. For businesses, this is good value for money, for tourists, less suitable

Loved the hotel and the service. The hotel offers breakfast only service no lunch or dinner so visitors have to arrange that themselves. Otherwise everything is 5*
