Location: Decent Rooms: Spacious Facilities: Limited Staff behavior: Slow, insensitive, rude and irresponsible The staff is not sensitive and proactive. During my stay my wife needed medical attention and the staff instead of being helpful only told how it was difficult and it might be costly !! Scaring more than helping. We finally could not get help. I still chose to let this go thinking it might be a one time thing. I was wrong. A friend of mine is currently staying in hotel. The staff did not put an "out of order" notice/warning on lift. He got stuck in the lift and the receptionist only told him to relax saying lift company would be informed. After being stuck for over 30 minutes when he called me for help saying the staff seemed very casual about the lift issue. When I called up the hotel, the receptionist was not only rude but also questioned why my friend had called me !! Sounding sarcastic how could the hotel guest call his friend in a tough situation!! Instead of showing empathy and responsibility, the staff who clearly lacked patience, went on to tell me I was exaggerating the situation. He finally disconnected the call in a rude and unprofessional manner. I won't be recommending this hotel to anyone in my organization now.

Let me talk about this wonderful 👏 😌 🙂 😊 place, the architecture who made this you are genius en finish lines waw 👏 pro, I was surprised, Usually I visit places in Holland they don't really get my attention too much only if is very expensive villas or rich neighborhoods. But these place is not really expensive let say (ok) en the apartment looks great, i love Amstelveen city , but if you rent or you buy an apartment hier you will thank me later. People who are living hier very nice people en very quiet building. In the front of this building you have a small shopping center, lidl, voomar , kruidvat, Turkish grocery, en more , parking is maximum 2 hours, the control is always in the afternoon 😀 😄 😉 👍. It's not the best but it was decent for what you need. A spacious apartment where you're free to cook your own meals. The place also has a sauna area and gym that you have access to. Located near a grocery store and decent access to the transport lines. The reception staff were super friendly though! They definitely made the experience for me. A few points off cause the apartment had a distinct leftover food smell, probably from the previous guests. The good thing is, you can pop the windows wide open.

Good hotel, great friendly staff , very responsive and helpful. Great facilities , gym, laundry and parking .Rooms need a bit more maintenence and cleaning.

3 months stay. Reception staff are nice but we had to request maintenance in the bathroom 4 times for bad smell. The pans provided in the room are not suitable for the induction hob so we had to buy pans to be able to cook. Wifi worked 70% of the time. The gym was not maintained, half of the equipment was damaged or unusable (there was no repair during the period). In an attempt to extend our stay, they changed our room (because they had already booked for a third party) and forced us to pay the higher price for an extra month (but we had been there for three months, the price should have been for a long stay, as THEY needed the room for someone else). They were inflexible. Anyway, I don't recommend it, only if you need to register and haven't gotten an apartment yet.

The worst stay in my life. I’d rather prefer rude service or bad cleaning to what happened with me there. After the cleaning I discovered that an extremely important thing was disappeared. That was our family mascot, priceless thing you never want to be lost due to the meaning of it and precious memories it contains. It just disappeared from the suit. The cleaning lady said they did not see it, the receptionists said they did not find it, the cleaning company replied negative. We lost it forever after the cleaning. I feel so dumb and speechless, with all this gaslighting and emotional damage. They act like this is normal and nothing special happened. If you still decided to stay here, examine the apartment carefully after the service or control the process by yourself.

Nice place for a long stay, helpful staff, affordable prices and well equipped rooms. Just need attention regarding the wifi that suddenly drops sometimes.

They have steam sauna and in 6 days of my stay there, not even once worked. Issues with hot water from time to time...

Note: Mrs. Eve was fantastic. She helped me find a solution for our room situation which made last part of our stay even more comfortable. Happy to hear renovations are taking place: it is needed. Would also suggest customer service training for staff on how to exceed customers' expectations. All that said: will return because location worked for us and overall stay was very pleasant.
