The
staff
is
not
sensitive
and
proactive.
During
my
stay
my
wife
needed
medical
attention
and
the
staff
instead
of
being
helpful
only
told
how
it
was
difficult
and
it
might
be
costly
!!
Scaring
more
than
helping.
We
finally
could
not
get
help.
I
still
chose
to
let
this
go
thinking
it
might
be
a
one
time
thing.
I
was
wrong.
A
friend
of
mine
is
currently
staying
in
hotel.
The
staff
did
not
put
an
"out
of
order"
notice/warning
on
lift.
He
got
stuck
in
the
lift
and
the
receptionist
only
told
him
to
relax
saying
lift
company
would
be
informed.
After
being
stuck
for
over
30
minutes
when
he
called
me
for
help
saying
the
staff
seemed
very
casual
about
the
lift
issue.
When
I
called
up
the
hotel,
the
receptionist
was
not
only
rude
but
also
questioned
why
my
friend
had
called
me
!!
Sounding
sarcastic
how
could
the
hotel
guest
call
his
friend
in
a
tough
situation!!
Instead
of
showing
empathy
and
responsibility,
the
staff
who
clearly
lacked
patience,
went
on
to
tell
me
I
was
exaggerating
the
situation.
He
finally
disconnected
the
call
in
a
rude
and
unprofessional
manner.
I
won't
be
recommending
this
hotel
to
anyone
in
my
organization
now.
