Fantastic day when checked in this hotel especially I have business trip only 2 days at Aalsmeer. Great experience dealing with the staff, they're very polite, respect, helpful and friendly. They're provide shuttle bus from Schipol airport to hotel. Have a restaurant which is served and offered the good food and drinks. Happy for that, well done guys!

I would like to give more stars but I am honestly disappointed with the level of service I experienced. Shuttle arrived in about half an hour which was ok. I would appreciate if the hotel would put down clearly that the shuttle is free only one way. Restaurant food was good but the service around it was unbelievably rude. If I wasn’t so exhausted I would leave and go somewhere else. My room was cold and the sheets felt dump and pillow cases didn’t seem freshly changed. AC took ages to warm up the room. Bathroom towels smelled like food and had yellow stains on it. Shampoo wasn’t available only two conditioners which one of them was open and used. Over all I wouldn’t come back and it’s not a place I would enjoy my stay at. Thank you for the experience though 🙏🏻 Hope this helps the business to take actions in improving their services and customers to find what they’re looking for.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy rooms. Great breakfast buffet. And the cherry on the top, the restaurant is really good too.

Hotel Chariot has deceived us by shifting our room to another nearby hotel called Blue Mansion without our consent.This was not acceptable and even after raising the complaint , hotel Chariot didn’t take any action .They had deducted the money from us and forced us to stay in a 3 star rating hotel(Blue Mansion). I and my friends are not at all happy with this approach and forcefully we had to stay in Blue Mansion. We will never ever go to such kind of unethically serviced hotel.

Hell hotel, bad smell in rooms, not clean pillows lot of hair on it!! bad employees manner, worst experience i had in my life, this hotel destroyed my holiday trip completely, if you come late you might not find any one in reception

Lovely hotel in a nice neighborhood. Several restaurants and a supermarket open until 10:00 pm within a walking distance. A ten minute ride from the airport. Great service, nice rooms, very good restaurant on site. Missed my connecting flight so KLM provided that hotel to me as a courtesy. Only caveat is that you need to call the hotel for the shuttle if you are assigned to it at the airport. Don’t just go to the shuttle bus area to wait for the shuttle. The hotel is small and boutique and the shuttle doesn’t run all the time

A fairly long bus to the city center and not any cheaper than downtown per night. They offer other services like dry cleaning but all are very expensive. Food is expensive at around 20 euro per person. Bedding is strange, no thin sheet, just a heavy duvet. Nice big bathtub.

This was a lovely hotel to start our European holiday off. Service was accommodating and the room was great value. The local people are friendly and the area is lush covered in flowers flanked by vibrant canals. I want to come back!

Perfect place to stay around Amsterdam center city, very close to Schiphol airport where the Hotel offer shuttle service free. The roomservice was very good with a very friendly employees and the food at the Restaurant Centennial complete the five stars in my feed back... Just amazing ♨️ the best option ever!!! Superior rooms for the price (washing gel, a huge mirror, and air ventilation were included, alongside a foldable couch that someone could sleep on, even though I booked a double room), yet a bit far away to the centre

Good experience. Stayed here for a long overnight layover. They offer free shuttle from the hotel and return for a fair price. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Very disappointing, not given the room we paid for, fridge and air-con didn't work, told we couldn't change rooms as hotel was full, said we wanted to leave then suddenly a room is available, had to wait 45mins for shuttle service. The area is too far from anywhere and only expensive taxis available.

I stayed here as my plane was oversold by klm on my way back home. Personnel service was great, always willing to help. Rooms was nice and clean, bed was very comfortable and for 1 night stay it was perfect. Best part it was the restaurant. I had dinner and breakfast. Dinner has a starter, a main dish and a soft drink. Starter can be salad or tomato soup, I got the the salad. Main dish had 3 options between salmon, chicken or beef, I got the grilled salmon which came with more salad and fries. Full menu cart had more options I wish I could have tried but I was already pretty satisfied with what I got. Restaurant makes me want to come back here. Breakfast was also great, a buffet with many options and brewed coffee. They have more drinks available for purchase from a vending machine. It could get a bit noisy during the day because there is a "beach" volleyball court just across but it was ok for me.

Used to be great but unfortunately they removed the minibar from the rooms and didn't even inform us that there won't be one when we had a specific request about it, all we received was an information that the request will be no problem.

WOW! I did not expect much of this hotel. I simply booked it because I needed a room for the night not too far from the airport. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Excellent customer service, beautiful rooms, and restaurant. Superb food, quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent value for money.

The location is good, but not optimal for the airport. Maybe the Google map directions are not that great. If you don't particularly like hotel chains, this is a super alternative.

The rooms and the food were absolutely sufficient for one night in the hotel. Unfortunately, however, we had an unpleasant experience on arrival after our holiday. Our brand-new car had probably been moved during our stay and had severe scratches on the metal above the right rear tyre on arrival. When asked how this could have happened, the receptionist completely shirked responsibility and referred to a conversation with his boss. After further research and unsuccessful contact, we were able to find out that the receptionist himself was the boss. We definitely didn't expect this and reported it to the local police.

Very good hotel, super friendly staff. Great option for park and fly offer. Just know that your car will be parked in a secure spot slightly away from the hotel, so organise your packing accordingly.

Nice hotel ruined by rude staff We were looking for an inexpensive hotel near the airport, and found this place. It was clean and comfortable in a tranquil and surprisingly rural setting. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by unpleasant interactions with the staff. First, make sure you are aware that the hotel offers a free shuttle *from* the airport, but if you want to get back you have to pay. We therefore booked and paid for a return shuttle to depart at 8 AM. At 7:45 we received a phone call asking where we were. We said we were aware of the time and would be down in time for the 8:00 departure as agreed. At 7:55 we received a second call saying if we did not come down immediately the shuttle would depart without us—which might have caused us to miss our flight. This led to a stressful and last few minutes, all so the shuttle could depart 2 minutes early. I don't know under what understanding it is ok to spontaneously change the departure time of a paid-for shuttle service. This was unfortunately not the only negative interaction. Although the hotel itself is perfectly fine, on account of the rude and inconsiderate front desk employees, I can't recommend anyone to stay there.

Nice hotel with nice rooms and a shuttle service to and from schiphol airport. They pick you up for free from schiphol airport, but to the airport there is a charge of about 22 euro. You can schedule with them when they need to take you to schiphol.

Excellent place with relative small rooms but clean and nice.Hotel staff is very kind and helpful and the shuttle transfer to and from the airport is very convenient.The breakfast buffet is something you must try as everything was fresh and delicious.

Very nice stay at this hotel, receptionist was professional and kind. Close free parking spots, general cleanliness both of the room and the hotel. Stair are a white uncomfortable but there is the lift. Room was a little cold, heating was not heating they much, bathroom was comfortable. Breakfast was magnificent. We also ha dinner at their restaurant, still open at 9pm. Very good and wide selection of meat and also vegetarian dishes. Thanks!

Nothing special about the accomodation. The issue has been with the parksleepfly arrangement. I returned today to the surprise that my car has been ridden more than 70 km than the day I left it. Also the car was full with (animal) hair. We do not own a pet by the way. The lady at the reception was not helpful with figuring out what happened. This is unacceptable. I urge you to reconsider staying or parking here.

Great hotel near Schiphol. Ideal for a 1-2 night stopover with spacious comfy rooms. It’s 2.5kms away from Aalsmeer but it would make for a great walk in/out of town or a 3min taxi ride

Such a cosy and friendly little hotel! 2 miles from Schiphol airport ( has a shuttle bus) and near the river we walked outside and had a lovely meal and drinks in their cafe/diner/bar area ( they close late at 11 pm). Staff were lovely, food was good. Reception staff were very helpful indeed! They have aircon and we got a great sleep. Theres breakfast options and we got a wake up call. Lovely ambiance!

Stayed there a few times already. Rooms are very clean and modern. The restaurant has really nice food. Will keep on coming here!

I had a nice stay at this hotel near the Amsterdam Int'l Airport this past weekend. I liked that it was a good, solid, hotel, room was decent, the price was affordable, it was close to the airport, it had a shuttle, and it had a very nice restaurant. I didn't like that the hotel's instructions as to where to pick up the shuttle at the airport were not clear and that I wanted 45 minutes to be picked up!, that I had to pay for the shuttle BACK to the airport when I left ($22!), there was no bottle(s) of drinking water in my room, and that the one one wall on the other side of my bed was sloped down making it difficult to get around the bed to the windows without banging my head! Really?!

The room which we stayed was dirty. It would have been better, the room was cleaned once before we checked in.

I booked this hotel for one night...i have eaten the dinner in this restaurant inside...it was perfekt...i have eaten spareribs....perfect..i have eaten 2 times....wenn you like quality, go in this restaurant....i can recommend for all....everytime again...thank you!!!

Not happy about paying 22 euros back to the airport. The ad says 24/7 shuttle service to airport, only problem is, IT COST YOU! Ad also says 2.5 miles away from airport, does NOT say, "as the crow flys"! False advertising as far as I'm concerned. Not a true airport hotel, in my eyes.

A nice hotel, clear and close to the airport with a airport shuttle (free to the hotel, you have to pay for the return)The hotel as a bit noisy, other guests closing doors was very loud and because the the restaurant below the room smelt like food, but we didn't mind. There is a very nice beach bar (not on the beach) next door with very good food.

Very convenient hotel. We arrived here extremely tired but the mattress was very good. Dinner at the hotel was tasty. Breakfast very cheap with fresh ingredients. The omelette is must try !!!
