I went to collect good too Market food package. Actually the lady in charge has treated me very well. As always their donuts are delicious.

I ordered a deal of a Caramel Dunkaccino and a donut and was disappointed with the products I received. I paid extra to make the drink caramel-flavored and no actual caramel was added to the drink. When I received the product I noticed how light it was and upon drinking it, I realized that it was mostly foam. After a few sips it was not possible to keep drinking the actual liquid and saw that I still had half a cup remaining full of foam. Regarding the donut, I ordered a banana pudding one and I would recommend you to avoid this choice as the flavor was severely artificial and not appetizing. I used to like this place, however for 10€ that I paid… I would recommend you to take your money elsewhere.

In America Dunkin Donuts is known primarily for their coffee (and how it's prepared), not their donuts. I found their latest venture in the Netherlands disappointing for three reasons. 1) Their mediocre offering of donuts is even worse than what you find in most other locations (UK and Germany included), 2) They only offer regular drip coffee (different from an Americano) in dark roast and 3) Do not offer koffiemelk/creamer, or prepare it with sugar when served. Its understandable that in each country they must meet local tastes. However, there are some things unique and most associated with the brand that shouldn't change. Until they adjust, I'll just settle for buying a bag of medium roast and making my own "light & sweet" at home.

so dirty, they never clean this place i think. the toilet is also not clean, the baristas are also so loud and have no social skills with the clients. never coming here again

Slow service, ridiculous experience. Will never go again! The tables were dirty, I asked to have them clean. The employee told me that she had no time!! I ordered and there was shortage on the products. I asked money back, telling me it would be on my account within 3 days. Not possible to give me any receipt, voucher to prove it. The place is dirty. Will never go again!

One indifferent idiot behind counter, dank atmosphere. Donuts good enough.

I’ve been there five times now and every single time they mess up my order. And its not one employee, I’ve seen 3 different employees now and they all messed it up. The shop is also very gross, all the tables are sticky.

These guys ALWAYS cancel my order on uber eats for no reason its ridiculous. If you don’t have an Item in the store then don’t freaking make it available on the app.

They are least bothered about clients. We walked in - the two ladies on counter were busy talking. We said Hi, they acted surprised and did not care to even care to answer our questions. And were pretty ruthless in their demeanor. It was pretty empty place. Only one person sitting in a high table in corner. All other tables and chairs and sofas were very dirty. They had no interest in even checking if the we can sit and eat. One of the worst experience in Amsterdam since we have moved. Haven't seen ANY other place with that kind of cold and rude behaviour. ALL other places are extremely hospitable with impeccable service. Would not recommend at all. Wish we can give zero Star.

The iced coffee is very tasty, although on the expensive side once all extras are added (flavor, soy milk, etc). The service is friendly and the joint is neat and tidy.

Visit this store 4th of August. Service was soso. No cold drinks and no sign that the drinks are not cold. I will skip this store next time.

We come here often. The vending machines are not working properly or broken and you can’t pay at the cashier. They don’t bother themselves to replace them. The tables are ALWAYS dirty and the garbage is always full. Usually inexperienced young people are working at this store.

I visited there while I was hanging around. It is very nice inside but I did not like the digital ordering system. I simply wanted to have regular donut with coffee. I marked so much things on digital board.
