    I would stress that the staff in this hotel were brilliant. With every issue that we had they did their best to resolve it in the speedy time. Irish shoes were that two out of the four towels had a worn hole in them, the mattress on one of the beds had what looked like blood and urine stains. Difficult to tell though but it didn’t look very nice! The room was generally clean but there were a few places where it could’ve done with a wash down.

    The rooms are modern and comfortable, and for being an airport hotel the prices are reasonable. However, for an airport hotel it is missing a shuttle and no easy public transport connection. A taxi to the airport costs 30-40€. A small tip to save a bit of money, the Hotel Chariot across the street does have an airport shuttle which only costs 20€ however if you want to fly out and don’t have a car, I suggest looking for a slightly more expensive hotel which has a cheaper or even free shuttle.

    This hotel is lovely if you want to be away from the business of amsterdam lovely and clean and friendly staff. Be prepared with you travel choices as if you dont do it right it can cozt a fortune ubers and bolts are cheaper than mainstream taxis and the buses and trams run like clock work. Its out the way of amsterdam a little but once we sussed it we were fine

    Don’t book! Terrible experience. The woman at the reception super rude. They don’t care that you are a guest. The room is dirty. The breakfast is awful. The plates and cups are dirty at the breakfast. Neighborhoods is terrible as well. Smells like the farmers are near. The stuff are not friendly at all. For all my experience with traveling and staying in the hotel this one experience is the worse. It doesn’t look like on pictures.

    The location is on point, so close to the airport. Everything is clean, both inside and even outside the premises. Customer service is the best. Great value for your money.

    As soon as I left the airport I had to pay because there is no transfer 25€ by uber because the hotel is + or - 45minutes by transport, then to go to the center of Amsterdam it takes 1.45h + - by transport, or 30€ by uber which can reach 40€, at the reception a maid with no desire to work or receive customers. So be careful if you want a cheap hotel but then pay 60€ for an uber per day There are others in the center of Amsterdam for more € but which in the end are well worth it because it is the same price.

    Hotel cozy, nice location. Unexpected behavior from the night shift , 2200h,May 8th, rude, i asked for simple food, any food, unfortunately the kitchen was closed, the receptionist proposed me Indian food, its not to my taste. The weird was his behavior, absolutely rude, he was talking to me like i was his friend and worst, (take it or leave it), i desrcibe this matter, cuz ive seen the different this morning, with close kitchen, ( i came late down), however i asked something to eat, from the morning shift, Aisha, she is absolutely stunning person, with creativity and fast response, take care of me, with fast sandwiches, nice coffe, five star services. High level profecionalism. Just comparing this and describe my experience in the Blue Mansion. Thanks Aisha, well done. Haim

    Overall a clean nice place, I wanted to thank Aisha especially at the front desk for being so helpful with me and making sure I was tooken care of. Her customer service was through the roof and she had so much patience with all the questions I had. Thank you so much Aisha I definitely recommend this place.

    We had to do a self guided tour since the in person tour was booked out. However , the staff Selva was very knowledgeable about this place’s history and took high quality photos of us while we were inside

    First of all, I have to say this. This is my second time to this hotel. reception is not good at all. he doesn't help you and behaves badly. I don't think it's a clean hotel. I encountered a lot of problems in my first visit, then I said I'll give it a chance and I'll come again. I faced the problem again.

    Excellent personnel! My husband and I stayed at the Blue Mansion Hotel last year. He got incredibly sick to the point where I had to bring him to the emergency room early in the morning. The person at the reception immediately noticed that something was wrong, as I was essentially carrying my husband out to lobby to my car. The receptionist was incredibly sweet, and gave us a bag for his nausea. They opened the door for us and made sure we made it into my car. My husband was immediately brought to the ER and I returned to the Blue Mansion without him. I ended up slightly overstaying due to everything that happened at the hospital, and the entire staff was so understanding and so sweet and told me not to worry about it too much and just pack up on my time. They even told me not too worry about the terrible condition of the room due to my husband's sickness, and I was never charged for additional cleaning fees. I cordially recommend this hotel. It is very close to the airport, the prices are affordable, it is clean and neat, the only thing is that at night it can be a bit hard to find a parking spot. The staff is exceptional and I felt truly well taken care of. Thank you Blue Mansion Hotel for being there for me during a terrible time!!!!

    Meh. Located close to AMS airport but still in the middle of nowhere. Single room comfortable but not very clean. The fact that cleaning staff was still cleaning at 6pm might have something to do with that. Professional but aloof staff. No “how was your stay?” Or something similar at checkout. But the biggest issue was bed bugs. I couldn’t find any but the numerous bites in the morning are proof of their existence. Not cool…

    Absolute rip off. Dont book. These guys are extremely rude and do not even speak to guests properly, let alone servicing. I met with an accident and tried to reach hotel reception to descibe incident to cancel booking which had not started. They wouldnt listen and simply hung up the phone after talking in a very loud voice and bad attitude. Expedia was willing to cancel and refund but the hotel would not ! Whatsapp support is a joke. They wouldnt do anything. Just basically paid 59 pounds for nothing. Please dont book anyone !

    Aisha at the reception was very helpful and kind. A great stay if you have to catch an early flight. Nice quiet area 10- 15 min drive from the airport

    Never again: I had problems with thermostat in my room (extremely hot water), service man checked, agreed that is impossible to take a bath… a said is not his problem… when I asked for change room said that’s impossible and… shut up! So if you can choose different place to spend a night… do it!!!

    The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Aisha not only for helping us check in and out, but supplied us as well with information on nearby attractions. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Alsmeer

    My stay here was very nice. Parwiz at the front desk helped me out so much! I was staying here overnight on a layover from AMS Airport. I took a taxi there and it was €44 and then Parwiz told me not to do a taxi but Uber instead. When I needed to go back to the airport it was only €16! He saved me! Plus the bartenders were nice and the cook hooked it up with the food. 🙌🏾

    Not a great experience. I found the cleaning staff little rude. Even the owner wasn't accommodative. I made the mistake of living here while planning to enjoy city ( just to save some money), but that was my BIG mistake. This place is very far and way outside and visiting the Amsterdam city centre is not only time consuming, but very costly too. So, please plan your trip cautiously and accordingly here . Thanks.

    Really clean and quiet hotel/airbnb. Even with planes flying overhead you couldnt hear them! Really comfy bed, cheap beer and a cheap breakfast. My only warning is: if you are staying here for Amsterdam. Its expensive to get an uber or taxi from here!

    The hotel and staff are really good. There are really helpful and almost all the facilites are available. It is also quite near to the Schiphol airport. The bus stand and supermarkets are also at a walking distance. Bicycles are available on rent although the price is quite high @14euros/hr.

    Good hotel but the location was not ideal and far from Amsterdam Centre We had a lot of difficulty getting an Uber as I assume the drivers didn't want to go in that direction, or if they come then will be really expensive for 15 minutes drive from hotel to Amsterdam centre approximately 50 Euros each trip!! also Amsterdam public transport is not working well with this area so we spent a lot for travelling to visit Amsterdam city centre and back to hotel, would be ideal if there is a free shuttle from hotel to Amsterdam centre with time slots!!! Unfortunately there was not. Rooms are lil small but clean, apart from all The staff are friendly and nice, always do their best to help. Specially the beautiful lady at reception Aisha, she is very helpful, nice and welcoming person, any time we came to her she made us happy with her warm personality, she was very good at her job and she figured everything out for us. She is a charming lady who has a good sense of humour, to be honest she is a star of this hotel and i enjoyed her company the most from this hotel.

    I was charged for my breakfast and not served. Hotel refused to pay me back for my money that i had paid at the time of booking. It's fairly far from Amsterdam. Basic amenities, even cabs refuse to come to this location. Quite some walk to the nearest bus stop.

    We had a very long and stressful day at the airport. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived a day late. The hotel receptionist, Aisha, was so incredible kind and helpful, she was very good at her job and she figured everything out for us. She brings a warmth to the hotel with her sense of humour and personality! The hotel accommodated us so well even when they expected us the day before. It was also very clean and beautiful! Would definitely recommend!

    The hotel was immaculate throughout and the rooms were comfortable and cosy. We initially thought that the hotel may be too remote from town though the staff were happy to plan our route into the main town which turned out to just be a bus ride away. This was beneficial as the surrounding area was quiet and had a lot to explore within itself though if you wanted a bit more everything is a bus ride away. The hotel also ran a bike rental service, though we did not use this others did in the hotel who preferred to travel this way and stated that the service was good. The staff in the hotel was amazing and the could not do enough for me and my friend. They were always on hand and helpful with any queries we had about the surrounding area. The receptionist at the time (Gerco) was absolutely amazing he was so polite and good natured and would always give 110 percent in everything he did to ensure everyone's stay and experience was amazing. For this me and my friend were extremely grateful for his assistance and conversations and wish him all the best there. Thank you all for our stay it was amazing and we would definitely be back.

    A hotel to be trusted. I cancelled the order on the day of check-in. Probably there are some communication issues between booking.com and the hotel. This hotel booked fees from my credit card. After communicating with the hotel by showing the free cancellation offered by booking.com The Blue Mansion Hotel paid me my money back.

    Great breakfast, nice rooms, good service. The only odd thing was it seems someone is living permanently downstairs of the hotel. That was not the case last time I visited there.
