    Great shop with a huge variety of different stuff for outdoors, bought shoes there! Saw them in internet but in reality there were even cooler. Tried on a bunch. There were even little bridges with stones to walk up and down to test the shoes - it's amazing. And the staff is beyond the praise - was very very helpful and very friendly as well! Highly recommended!

    Searching in several shops for a nice winter coat (also to use on the bike), in this shop it took all of ten minutes to find the perfect product, and for a reasonable price. (And my wife found another one as a birthday present.) Recommended!

    Employees aren’t reactive even, let alone proactive. Bouldering shoe selection is next to nothing, even though it’s a popular sport in Utrecht. Largest size they had was 44… whilst most models exist up to 48. They are missing out on sales.

    Worst service. I went to 2 stores and never got helped. They even gave out waiting lists but skipped customers and served others instead. What's the purpose of such a lost then? Never got my hiking boots.

    A brand new but stained jacket doesnt deserve a discount? And they also didn’t know what’s that. Totally incapable and indifferent personnel. No thank you. I bought the jacket online even for a cheaper price from its own brand website.

    Went to return a jacket that I'd ordered online, and it went amazingly quickly: no more than 2 minutes in the store. They just took the jacket, double-checked it, and didn't need anything else from me. Received my money back the next work day. Super practical!

    Great customer service, good quality products and they don't try to sell you things you don't need. I went for hiking boots and we searched until we found the perfect fit. I recently also went for a hiking daypack and they taught me in what order to adjust the different straps. 5 stars for my favorite (outdoor) shop!
