It's impossible to describe how lovely the staff are here. The care for pets is exemplary, and they are wonderful at keeping human clients updated. I'd give more stars if I could.

This vet is open on Saturdays if you work all week and they are very responsive if you need emergency attention on a Sunday. Your pet can stay overnight if needed and they can perform surgeries here too. On-street parking up front is free.

It is a nice place they are very helpful and careful with pets. I bring my cat here for vaccinations. However they asked €450 for removing 2 teeth of my cat since they are not aligning with her chin. It costs less to get my teeth removed at dentist. That is super expensive. I believe these are the price standards in this Veterinary Clinic. I don’t blame the workers for that.

We have had 3 cats being looked after by Caressa Haarlem team. I’m very thankful on how attentive and caring they are with the animals but also with the owners.

(Translated by Google) We had our dog Sam put to sleep here today. It didn't work anymore. We have another vet, but he was closed on the weekend. So we came here. Nothing but praise for the guidance, understanding and tranquility (Original) Onze hond Sam hebben we hier laten inslapen vandaag. Het ging niet meer. We hebben een andere dierenarts, maar die was dicht in het weekend. Dus kwamen we hier. Niets dan lof voor de begeleiding, het begrip en de rust

They showed a very good service when my Flamish Giant broke his back. It was a loss but the euthanasia was done very professionally.

We've two cats that are both registered in Caressa since 2015. In past 6 years, cats got vaccinated every year in there, did teeth removal, one got neutered a few years ago, never had any issues, and the Vet also friendly and responsible, especially Petra. However, what happened recently really changed my view on Caressa Haarlem, one of our cat was advised to do teeth cleaning, the cleaning went fine, cost €250+, which is ok, but one of his eyes got injured at the clinic, the cornea is damaged. I went to the clinic, the first thing the guy (new to us) did was drawing a line about responsibility by saying that there is always a risk during or after the operation, not thinking about how to solve the issue. And not surprised, we need to pay for the treatment, a €10 eyedrops... After escalated the issue to their manager, she did phone me and explained the situation, offered free eyedrops and promised a follow-up to ensure the poor cat will be alright. Sadly, after two weeks, there is NO one contacted us asking if the cat is recovering, whether there is any issues etc etc. Literally, No Body cares.. I know you're busy, but I think a phone call or an email will at least showing that you guys are still caring your client.
