    When buying a car here for a couple of million, be prepared to be cynically deceived! Don't step on this rake, it's better to contact another dealer. We purchased a Nissan X-Trail from this dealership. Since the salon opened recently, the first impression was quite rosy - nice girls at the reception, constantly offering coffee and motivated managers trying to make a good offer. It would seem that everything is ok, BUT! All these hypothetical advantages are negated by the credit department, in particular by someone named Olekova Anastasia. If any difficult problem leads you to this “supposedly” specialist, run away, gentlemen! Within a week, we were approved for a loan, the approval period of which ranges from 15 minutes to 3 days. And the point here is not at all about problems with documents or the insidious bank RN-Bank, plotting intrigues for clients. Nooo, the manager is simply not able to correctly collect a package of documents and send them to a higher authority, while simultaneously going on a weekend during which no one will deal with current affairs. Three times incorrectly calculated loan amounts are a separate matter, as is the fact that this supposed specialist twice takes away the subsidy amount in order to name a smaller (and incorrect!) overpayment amount. As the calculations progressed, we decided to increase the down payment. But you know what's funny? The larger the amount we contributed, the greater the cost of the car became. And in response to the question about the reasons, we heard from Anastasia “I don’t know anything, my program works like that.” Add to this the boorish behavior of the lady, ignoring calls and the astronomical amount of insurance, and here is the reason that at one fine moment we turned around and left, planning to go to another salon. Ten minutes later the manager contacted us and, swearing that everything would be fixed, convinced us to return. Since we were still determined to buy a car, we returned. And in vain! Because at the end of this 4-hour battle with the stupidity of the loan manager, outright fraud awaited us. Olei-kova told us about the conditions of CASCO insurance, which we signed up for as a franchise. At the same time, it was repeatedly agreed that the franchise amount was 15,000 rubles. Along the way, we asked questions, clarifying how the system works, what the size of payments is, and so on. In total, the amount “15,000 rubles” was said ten times. What was our... Ahem. To put it mildly, it was a surprise when, after receiving the car, we discovered that the franchise had suddenly turned into “25,000 rubles.” I cannot call this anything other than outright fraud. Voila, the client is deceived, and the credit manager receives a bonus. But it’s very difficult to wash away stains on the company’s reputation. Against this background, the incorrectly drawn up contract, thanks to which we were unable to register the car, seemed like nothing. The next day we had a conversation with the heads of the salon and sales department. Yes, we received an apology. And they offered to compensate for the deception with a RAT card 👌🏻 For the ignorant, I’ll tell you - this is such a useless service that has earned itself hundreds of angry reviews from motorists. She is distinguished by her boorish attitude towards clients and incompetence. Thank you, we have already received this in abundance at the Nissan Keyauto salon👍🏻. From the outside, the company gives the impression of an organization that cares about its image, but in practice, be prepared for outright deception on the part of unfortunate staff like Anastasia. And if you have to buy a car in this place, check every letter of every contract, even if you were pre-marinated with paperwork for 4 hours (like us). And if on the credit manager’s sign you read “Oley-Kova Anastasia,” I conjure you, turn around and leave so as not to be deceived. Well, be prepared for the fact that after you pay money for the car, interest in you will rapidly drop to zero, and you will personally deal with your issues.

And to all Klyuchavto customers, before purchasing a car from this dealership, I suggest that you read the customer reviews. Everyone is deceived according to the same scheme, both in Krasnodar and Stavropol. The scheme was, of course, not invented by the manager.     Terrible place! Not only are the prices for the service simply unrealistic, but there are also no qualified craftsmen!!! Managers run back and forth, but to no avail! I arrived by appointment, but ended up arriving at the repair area only an HOUR AND A HALF later!!! What else can we talk about? Because of this, I had to change my entire planned schedule! And the most annoying thing is that my problem has not been solved! And for this I still had to pay 2600 rubles. For what??? As a result, after the scandal, the price was immediately revised! So if you suddenly arrive there, then get your way and check everything! In general, I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE!!!

    Horror, lazy people, rudeness right from the door, no professionals. There is no need to go there, literally at all!!! They could earn almost 100 thousand rubles. Now I’ll give this amount to the Garage service, spare parts have already been ordered, and on Wednesday I’m bringing my Nissan to them for repairs!

    The visit to the official Nissan dealer was not impressive. The cramped showroom is filled with desolation, decay, inadequate prices for cars (!), combined with a demonstration of almost complete passivity and indifference towards the few visitors on the part of the staff (young people without motivation and with signs of professional burnout). In a word, a sad sight. I do not recommend (buying a car in this showroom, at this time).

    The cars sell well... But once upon a time, repairs were additional options (for example, an alarm keychain, any battery dies in 2-3 days when it should work for at least one month) we were told... You came for an annual maintenance inspection... And the warranty for additional options (alarms, tape recorders, etc.) is only one year... We came from another city... We are told to leave the car for three days and we will see how the battery dies... Bottom line. .. They work for their father...

    They cheat on the service. I bought a car, and a few weeks later a knock appeared under the dashboard. I called the service center and they said that such cases are not covered under warranty and repairs would cost around 5t. I contacted a local network of auto repair shops, they explained that in general such cases are covered under warranty, but it will be very difficult to achieve an “honest” repair under warranty, or through the courts. Removed noise in this workshop for 1t.
