The staff and service were great, but we do not recommend staying in this hotel. The room we received was simply not clean, which left us disgusted and avoidant of touching anything in the room. As a result, we were disgusted to touch the food in the breakfast service we paid for in advance. The location is very central and good for those who like to be in the center of things. I personally will prefer to pay more for a decent hotel where i feel comfortable, other than save - in this case! The 1 star is going to the employees.

This hotel is perfectly located, in the centre of Milano and only a few minutes walk from the Duomo. We had a triple room which was very spacious, comfortable beds, very clean. The bathroom was also very spacious, clean and modern. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. One thing to bare in mind is that there is a small city tax charge at the hotel.

Worst experience ever!!!! I was here 2 years ago and it was a good place to stay, but things have changed drastically! Start with the rooms, they are not noise proof and you can hear anything from the rooms next to you, which makes sleeping and staying in the room super uncomfortable. Second, we had issues with our electric appliances (such as a remote without batteries), and even after we asked to fix it,it took 3 times of asking for them to “do us a favour” and replace the batteries. Room linens and sheets weren’t changed and room wasn’t arranged in the morning for 2 days straight, even after in the 2nd morning we told about it to the receptionist herself before heading out. Also, no hot water in the shower!!!! Imagine showering in cold water on February! Staff had no solutions, most of the are answering robotic answers and are not offering any kind of help. I would not recommend my enemies to stay here.

Clean very basic hotel. Location is perfect. Room is clean, but lacking some conveniences. There is no kettle for tea or coffee. You can buy hot or cold drinks downstairs. The weakest part is breakfast. They start at seven. First day they brought eggs at 7:20, second day - 7:35. We needed to go to the train station and didn’t get to eat them. Breakfast is very basic. No variety. I based my booking on breakfast reviews and was disappointed. Bottom line- good hotel for location, basic clean room. Do not count on breakfast, and certainly do not pay for it.

Best value of anywhere we stayed in Europe! Great location. Clean, comfortable, contemporary, no frills hotel within walking distance to tons. Breakfast is good to start your day, AC works great, awesome 9th floor rooftop with a 360 view of the entire city with tables and chairs. Would stay again.

Overall I had a great stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The location and the view from the terrace are first class. The only criticism I have is with the furniture and blinds in the room. The night tables feel and look very cheap and you can not put anything of reasonable weight on it. (My mobile phone plus a power bank, made the surface bend to a point that it kept falling down. Also the cord of one of the window blinds was broken. To me it is a bit of shame when the hotel overall leaves a very good impression but you leave with the feeling that they equipped the rooms with very cheap stuff.

I have mixed feelings about our stay. First I want to say a big thank you to David, who has been a great help from the beginning to the end. I really enjoyed the reservation process as we had to change few times our reservation and the staff was always nice and understandable. The hotel is very well situated , in the center of Milano. Perfect to visit. But the big issue is the noises. The first night we barely slept because some people were yelling in the streets and the garbages trucks were passing by on and on, starting at 5 am. The second night, no more garbage, so we thought the problem will be solved. Plus, the staff gave us some earplugs ... but two girls were walking around with heals, talking loud , going up and down, and same thing the second night. We didn't go out because every morning we were awake at 5 in the morning, each time for different reasons so we were very tired at 9pm. This was a little ashamed. I think the customers could be more respectful and maybe do something about the room soundproof. Other than that the room were nice, the staff was nice (especially David).

I stayed in Milano for 3 nights at the B&B Hotel Duomo and were very pleased with our experience. The hotel had everything needed, it was very clean and the location was wonderful. The rooftop with a view of the city and Duomo was very enjoyable too. Staff was helpful and very responsive (both over the phone and in person). Definitely would go back.

Great location in Milan, just a few mins walking to the Duomo Cathedral and nearby areas. The Room is nice, clean and spacious. The breakfast had quite alot of options for you. Overall it was a pleasant and convenient place. I would recommend this one.

We stayed for 1 night at Duomo Milan location before our flight the next morning. The shower was the best one we had throughout our trip, and there were plenty of soap pumps throughout the bathroom (much easier than screw on/off tops in the shower!). The pillows on the bed were fantastic. We also really liked the small refrigerator available in the room. The only thing that was frustrating were the lights, we couldn't figure them out! Lots of switches and the bulbs made the room hot. I would have appreciated some signage on how to operate the switches and which lights they controlled! Also, the staff were all extremely nice and welcoming and were speedy to answer any of our questions. The snacks and drinks in the lobby were also a nice touch!

Excellent location for a tourist trip because in the historic center of Milan, really 5 minutes walk from the Duomo, 3 minutes from the Castello. Several metros next door to reach other neighborhoods. The room is comfortable. Modern decoration, very nice. The hotel staff is really very very welcoming, friendly and helps with all requests. Special mention to Emanuele who is really perfect. I will be back and will highly recommend this property.

Excellent! A stone's throw away from the centre of Milan. Couldn't have asked for much more. Very modern rooms at a great price. Very clean and always had a great sleep. The buffet style breakfast was tasty and served from 7am to 10am. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The front door was open 24 hours a day so need to remember codes if you had been out to the early morning. I was sad to leave but I will always recommend a B&B Hotel to anyone after this experience.

Great location! Rooms were small but nice, very comfortable bed and pillows. Front desk folks were very nice and accommodating. I love that checkin was available to us from 2pm and they let us check out at noon and even let us leave our baggage 🧳

We are in milano a lot, the hotel is in a fantastic location, everything is within walking distance, the shopping street and the sights are nearby. The hotel itself, as well as the rooms are great, very well maintained and modern. Breakfast is very fine. What I like to mention is the staff, the entire staff, as well as the hotel manager are very, very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased. would love to come back. I'm already looking forward to the next trip.

My first experience with a B&B Hotel and it was great. Large, clean rooms and modern updated bathrooms. Beautiful views especially on the roof top terrace. We really enjoyed our stay in Milano and at the B&B Hotel in Milano. Their location, the room with view (we booked) and the option to store our luggage certainly contributed to a relaxed stay in the city. We came in early on check in day and our room was already ready, so we could drop our stuff in the room and change clothes from a train outfit to a summer dress and go sightseeing. The room, the bed and the bathroom were great. Good size, the right equipment, bed slept great. Only the cleanliness could have been a little bit better. It was not disturbing, but it still stood out just a little bit.

Great location right between the Duomo and the Castle. Lots of eateries and shops around. Options on transportation. Helpful service. Comfy room. Only gripe is the path you have to cross to your room, and no minibar. Don’t forget to visit the rooftop. Wonderful views. Two thumbs way up!

I really didn't like the room setup, i was not comfortable in the room, very bad ambiance of hotel. Only good part is hotel located in the central area, all the sight seeing places were nearby. No value to money. I DONT RECOMMEND.

Very clean well thought out hotel. We were on a stop over on our honeymoon and we arrived to a bottle of prosecco in our room. Very comfortable night, bed it fantastic and so are the pillows. Everything is clean. Fridge in room. Nice terrace to chill with your own drink.

Super clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of Milan. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were nice, dark, and quiet, and the beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable (in fact, the best ones of our whole 3-week trip). Breakfast had a huge amount of choices, was reasonably priced, and everything tasted good and was fresh. We had originally picked this hotel just for its location, but would definitely stay again and recommend based on everything else about it.

A gem of a hotel! It’s only a 10 minute walk from the station and the castle and the same for the cathedral. It’s in a quiet side street and really close to all you need in Milan. Really impressive check in- no paper at all! Definitely a climate conscious hotel. Rooftop terrace has a lovely view of the city and if you ask for a room on the top floors you may get a view from the cathedral from it. Room was a great size and really comfortable. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!

We were staying in the triple room even though we were 2, so the room was quite big. Actually much bigger than on the pictures. The location of the hotel is amazing. Everything is on walking distance. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is quite fine and there is a beautiful city view from the rooftop.

I have never stayed in this hotel chain before if was a good surprise. Next to via Dante where you find stores and restaurants, also the underground station. Very well located. I liked they have snacks and drinks at the lobby with fair price the lavazza machine has a great cappucino. In the room confortable bed and pillows. The only down was the AC it doesn't work at this time of the year(october) we had to open the window.

Beatifull hotel, excellent location. We got the room 2004 and had a noice from the street of the garbage collection vehicle. It was impossible to sleep with open window, because of the noice and the mosquitoes. And we only discovered the roof terrace on our last night and it was closed for private ivent. Too shame.

I've been in Milan just for a weekend. I Decided to go just on Thursday to go on the very next day... I was absolutely lucky to find a room. The B&B was the "B&B Hotel Milano City Center Duomo". It is placed at just a few minutes walking from the Milan Cathedral, in the core centre of the city. It is a very clean place, the staff was absolutely amazing. I strongly suggest this place.

We had a four-night stay with our family of six. For us it was the perfect location, the staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are stylish, and the roof top terrace is a nice bonus.

The room was very spacious and clean. Big bed and big bathroom. The only downside is that the room was a bit dark for me (in the closet area where there is a mirror was only a window but no lamp of some sort) The staff was very nice and welcoming! The location was superb, within walking distance from all main attractions and it made it very easy to come in and out to the room if needed in the middle of the day. Definitely will recommend this hotel and will remember it for my future trips.

Very good location. Modern, clean, bright. The room smelled nicely fragrant. Plenty of USB charging plugs were nicely designed. Room facing Duomo had a good view. Rooftop terrace was nice. The air condition’s control panel was difficult to use. Couldn’t switch to heating, so I just turned it off. Slept well nonetheless.

The B&B City Center Milano was awesome! The rooms were a good size, clean, and updated. We even had a partial view of the duomo from our room! We came for our honeymoon and they went the extra mile to make it feel special with a warm welcome and a bottle of champagne in our room! And not to mention, the location is great! Close to all the top tourist sites and close to public transportation! Thank you B&B Milano for a great stay!

I had a very enjoyable stay at the B&B Hotel Milano City Center Duomo. The hotel is located in the perfect location just around the corner from the Castello Sforzesco and within walking distance of the Duomo. The staff were all very kind! As a matter of fact, I arrived at the hotel at 13:00 the day of my check-in and the room was already ready! The rooms are very comfortable and clean! Indeed, I slept very well on the bed! The only suggestion that I could give to the hotel to improve the rooms would be to get bigger bedside tables. The bedside tables are a bit short and it would be better if they were a bit higher. That's the only thing that I think could be done to improve the rooms. Other than that, the rooms are perfect! I also found the Breakfast Buffet to be superb! I really enjoyed staying at the B&B Hotel Milano City Center and I will certainly stay there again in the future! I would like to thank all of the amazing staff for such an amazing stay!

I had a pretty nice experience at B&B hotel Duomo. The room was modern and clean, the bed comfortable, plus it's in a really convenient location. The staff was also super helpful, friendly and kind. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and unfortunately you can hear any hallway noise. Hotel room doors slamming and people walking down the hallway kept me up all night. I'm not generally a light sleeper, but definitely couldn't sleep through this unfortunately. Otherwise, I had a great stay and would recommend it for anyone who is a deep sleeper!

We had a very good stay! The bed was very good and we slept was very good which was the most important to us! Only thing, as we were on the 8th floor: You hear the air condition/heater machine from the terrace, which is a bit loud and vibrating. You cannot darken the room 100% because there a slots in the furnitures, a shimmering exit? green light and the flashing smoke alarms. Not that big thing, but maybe annoying for light sensitive guests. The terrace was amazing! We would stay here again!

We loved our stay! The room was modern, and clean, the bed very comfortable, and we enjoyed beautiful views of the city. The AC was modern and made our room perfect, even on the hottest of days. The staff were lovely, and it was great to have access to food, beverages, etc in the lobby. The terrace is lovely, with amazing views of the Duomo. We would love to stay here again!

Very nice location. No space to stop your car quickly to unload luggage without blocking traffic entirely. Facility is modern and new, could use a better bathroom setup (more shelves) and the fridge were not cold.
