    This location is good food wise however, but please check your food at the window. I have never come through the drive through without having an item wrong, or missing important things like salad dressing for the salad!! I come often so the percentage of wrong or missing items is high. Please check to make sure you are giving the customer what they ordered and that dressings are there, or proper additions of food etc.

    Updated Dec 2023: they fixed the drive thru issue not long after i posted my review. Much better. Thanks. June 2023: First of all, my complaint is not the food. This new drive thru is horrible. Takes longer to get your food for sure. Tonight, I was in the drive-thru line with one car ahead of me. Me and the woman behind me got our food and waited at least 5 minutes before a worker finally asked the woman in front of me to pull off and park to wait for them to bring her food. This is absolutely not the first time that I have been trapped for several minutes behind someone who hasn't gotten their food yet. I can understand a minute or two wait, but more than that affects my food. My food was lukewarm when I got home, living less than 10 minutes away.

    If you're looking to waste money and/or app reward points, THIS Chick-fil-A has you covered! I will get an order correct maybe 2 out of every 7 visits. Can't wait for the Mendenhall location to re-open. They also hardly ever provide the sauces or utensils you'd need. Their new drive thru is great if they'd ever use it properly! There is a 100% guarantee that there will be chaos and confusion in the drive thru line at this location because you're not told who to follow anymore. When I ask, I'm just told to "pull up." It becomes a free-for-all. This is the only CFA location that cannot get it together. All the other ones never have these issues; if there are issues, they're very rare.

    Missing items and they couldn’t take care of a refund. It was already a poor experience getting home and not having my breakfast then they don’t answer the restaurant phone after 8 attempts and being promised a refund by the care team and then being told that’s not the case. This is now how you run an operation or how you take care of your guests.

    On Veterans Day several businesses show thier support and appreciation for sacrifices Veterans made for this country. Some business offer discounts or free meals. I will no longer support this Poplar location. This locations Does Not support Veterans!! It is not about a free chicken sandwich for me, its just the lack of support for Veterans. The Germantown Parkway location supports Veterans.

    The upgrades to the drive-thru area has caused an increase in traffic for sure. I work near this one and it's very busy during lunch hours, 11am until about 1pm. The staff does a good job with keeping the line moving, and I've never had an incorrect order from this location.

    Chick-fil-a is always awesome. The new drive thru sucks. Employees always seems confused as to what car gets what food. I can get my food, but the 2 cars in front of me didn't so I have to wait for them to get their food before I can even leave. Process needs some improvement.

    WORST Chick-fil-A in Memphis! The staff is ghetto they had attitudes and did not uphold the Chick-fil-A standard. In addition they got my order wrong twice. I eat Chick-fil-A at least once a week this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had it to fillet.

    The service at this location is subpar. It’s not near as good as the other location on Mendenhall make sure that you get in line at 10:15 if you want to be served breakfast because they’ll sit there and take forever like they don’t see you in line and then at 10:31 They will tell you that you can’t order breakfast I was waiting in line this morning. No one came up to the car to take the order of the person in front of me, too busy talking to one another, then the person in front of me took 3 minutes to order so at 62 Seconds after the 10:30 cut off they come to my window and I said I want to order breakfast. “ no you can no longer order breakfast” I said, can you just check and see what y’all have left? The super rude lady working there, got an attitude with me, rolled her eyes and asked the person over the walkie-talkie who informed her you can no longer order breakfast. So, don’t worry if you’re late by a few seconds because of them they’ll be super rude to you and look at you like you’re crazy or still wanting to get breakfast.

    Traffic lined up around the block, people lined up around the walls inside. Still ordered and got our food in probably 10 minutes tops and we had a order for 5 people. Outstanding service and top notch experience. A+

    Came to this location 3x in 2 weeks and every time I would go through drive thru and get my food and get home and it would be wrong. And my latest visit was even worse. Ordered the pimento chicken sandwich without jalapeños and replaced them with pickles. I open up the bag and get to sandwich and see that everything was there but when I bit into the sandwich there was no pimento cheese. If this location can’t get their stuff together I will never return.

    I’m not understanding how CFA don’t have salads. “We’re low on produce.” But still insisted to offer the same raggedy salad they DO NOT HAVE. I Should’ve went elsewhere. My visit sucked.

    There was a very long line to order inside but at times they only had one person taking orders. We were just passing through town after staying at the Hilton down the road. Our order was wrong but they were very nice in correcting it.

    Always a long line, but they use some kind of magic to make it move super fast. They also seem to have some of the best employees ever. At the end of a long day, the last thing I want to do is make another decision. So I pulled up and said I want a pair of really good meals. She didn't miss a beat and made a perfect recommendation. My wife and I enjoyed it very much. I've pulled that stunt many places. This is the first time they were ready for me. All other fast food places take note. This is how you do it.

    “McDonalds Vibe” This is my 4th time ordering since it has reopened. I must say I have tried to use my rewards and even though it has been scanned, rewards or redeem issue. When I asked why, they don’t seem to know why, they say contact the number on app. Today I decided to give this location another chance and was yet once again let down. Asked for sauce, was not given, did scan my barcode, had to go manually to add last, I did not get straws even though I didn’t get 2 beverages.

    The food is always great at this location. The biggest problem is the Traffic. It is difficult to turn in and out to get in the drive through line. This location does not offer curbside.

    I been doing door dash and I get orders here a lot and it be just like it's say fast food and the crew is awesome all ways so door dash great service for me so I get better experience now going too all these different places for food so keep up the good work

    This Chik-fil-a has really gone down hill since being closed for the pandemic. The customer service isn’t what you expect from a Chick-fil-a restaurant, the orders are consistently incorrect, and they never place sauces in bags when you do a mobile or delivery order despite being requested. Even salad dressings are consistently left out of bags to the point none of my coworkers or myself order salads here anymore. The food is still good when the order is correct but the consistency of inaccurate orders is really starting to move me away from eating here. The Wolfchase and Wolf River locations are far superior overall.

    Placed our App order. Got in car line. At order point said all was good. Got to window and since "breakfast was over" they didn't have what we ordered. Since I had pre ordered well before the 10:30 cutoff it should have been filled. Then I shouldn't have been told at the order mic that all was good to be told later that it wasn't. Chic Fila is our go to but this was not handled well.

    We love Chick-fil-A. This one has always got out meals correct and warm. It's just super bust st times. I wouldn't be surprised if they had an identical restaurant next door they would both still be just as busy.

    The only thing that isn't 5 star about them is that this location doesn't have curb side now. They give me more ketchup and pepper than I ask for, food is always good, staff are quite nice. I'd give 4.5 stars if that were an option.

    My chicken sandwich was hot and juicy. My Sprite and waffles fries were nice and cold. The waffle fries were not even warm, but cold and dry. This is so unusual for any Chick-fil-A I've visited!!! I still love the place.

    Always good, fresh hot food here. I got the crispy chicken sandwich meal deluxe and added bacon, and waffle fries, and sweet tea. It was all really good and the bacon made it even better. 😋 Definitely recommend this location!
