WORST tacobell ever. DO NOT VISIT IF YOU ARE TACO BELL LOVER. they don't prepare food with standard that Taco Bell franchise has set. Ordered $40 worth of food with online order of Mild, Hot, and Fire sauces, 25 each. And got 0 in the bag. This Taco Bell manager is so cheap that they don't even give sauces to save money for themselves. AVOID this restaurant at any cost even if they give you free food, because free food won't be worth it for your health. I don't TRUST the Manager, Chris, because he didn't apologize and said they keep sauces in a container in the restaurant which they don't, I saw them empty. Take a look at the pictures of the food, I don't see anything but beans on Cheesy Bean and Ricr Burrito. Chalupa SUPREME had so much beans in it that it didn't taste like Chalupa. I would spend money at Qdoba or Chipotle rather than Taco Bell.

I ordered food on line an hour before the pick up time. When I got there to pick up the food, the store person did not even recognize if there were on-line order to prepare until I told her! I had to wait around a half an hour to get the food ready for me. What a joke!! I ordered on-line to save time waiting in the store. They should pay more attention to on-line orders.

Worst Taco Bell location. I ordered a Mexican Pizza and an order of Nacho Fries. They put more Nacho Cheese in the small cup then they gave me fries in the box!! The Mexican Pizza was just filled with refried beans nothing else and the outside was soggy. I asked for Sour Cream and the amount on the Mexican Pizza was less than they give you in a packet and of course I was charged extra for that. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager about my order and all that I kept getting was a fax machine. 😡 The best Taco Bell is the one on NJ 18 in East Brunswick the Mexican Pizza is very good and crispy the only reason I went to the one on Ryders Ln is because I had just gotten of from work.

The new spanish guy don't understand english what I was trying to say. I told him I want 4 cheesy gordita crunch supreme with nacho cheese shell but he gave me regular shell. I come here every other night. The spanish girl who work here give me my order prefectly but this new guy argue with me for not changing my order and he didn't wanted to accept his mistake. Idk why the manager/owner hire this type of employees to work here who don't know how to treat you customers. This was my last time coming here I will go to other taco bell will drive far but will never come back here and I will tell all my friends and their friends not to come here. I will tell them how the treat their customers. I wish I can give you guys 0 stars for tonight.

We are so annoyed of Taco Bell , Ryders lane . In couple of months we have ordered there every single time they have messed up the order . Giving beef instead of chicken .After the second visit they replaced the order. About today’s order 2 chicken cantina bowl got 1 and when I returned to store to claim another they denied saying we already gave 2🙅‍♀️ . It was a drive through Just want to review how this store has gone down . It’s everyone’s personal preference but this was my last visit on this branch

I ordered a double steak burrito3/6/2023 around 11pm it had pieces of lettuce on it and it was flimsy and nothing was doubled this was one of the worst double steak I had.

Disgusting experience, from the moment I walked into the restaurant. I have been here multiple times but always through the drive thru. They have messed up my order a few times so this time I decided to go inside. I walked in and was the only one at the register. It took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me or greet me. I ordered the Gordita box that was being advertised and they denied me and said it was discontinued. This was there advertisement not only outside the store but inside the store as well. I told the man ok, and to please charge me separately for each item. I then asked for 2 large drinks. Now for the past few times I've been here I have noticed the Baja Blast had tasted a little off. I chose to try it out. I poured it in both cups and to my surprise the colors were completely different. I tried the darker one out and it was decent but the other one was completely spoiled. I tried another drink and it was the same thing. I told the employee about this and just asked for a bottle of water instead as their machine has something wrong with it and I do not want to be sick. The man looked at me and said it would be $1 each. I was appalled! There machine is giving a foul taste and I have to pay for their mistake. The employee asked what drink I wanted and poured them from the drive-thru. The same thing happened as the Baja blast was 2 different colors again. I now was furious and left the store. I have given this Taco Bell too many chances and I'm done with them! And I will blast them on every social media account I have!!

Great taco bell food service was horrible. They want u to use the kiosk I refuse because I had a special request. I sat at the counter fir q0 mi uses while the workers just looked at me. I had to ask soneine fir the manager. After another 5 minutes she cane out begrudgingly took my order. Order was dine oretty quick but getting to that point was a process.

HIRE MORE WORKERS!!!! Takes 2 weeks to get a simple order every single time I’m here. Quit being cheap and hire more people or no one is gonna want to come here anymore

There are 2 taco bells near me. This is the one to go to. They have fewer staff members but are far more friendly, the food is hot and good, the staff is friendly, they also take orders and dont force you to use the dumb kiosk. I'll be visiting here and skipping the one on rt 18.

Awful service. Placed a mobile order, pull to the drive thru to pick up, waited at the speaker for a few minutes before being acknowledged and told “one minute please”, just to be told to come inside a few minutes later. Went inside, wasn’t acknowledged by a single person the entire 15 minutes I was standing near the counter. Cancelled order and left.
