This was a fun lil place to check out. We went on a week day so it wasn’t super busy! Unfortunately the guy running bowling was super grumpy and wouldn’t let anyone else bowl and closed down 2 hours early.

This place is in the basement , well maintained. 8$ per person per game for bowling, pool table has waiting time on weekends. Beer pitchers are great. Bar service is good. They don’t have a kitchen so there’s no food.

The worst place I ever been in. First of all it wasn't wheelchair accessible, then they told me that I could not go on the bowling floor because of my wheelchair will leave scuff marks! Now mind u this place have no Ac and the rugs stinks ! Worse customer service ever he was so rude. They will take your money but discriminate and limit you to only certain things🤬 I'm in a wheelchair so I experience it first hand. I left tho u not getting my money and did I forget to mention it was my birthday July 3rd. Almost run my birthday smh!!!!

Lane 10 is junk, messed up 3 times on us then when we went to ask them to fix it the guy sighed and said "well you're gonna have to wait" instead of sure no problem, I'll be right over to fix that. Didn't have Pepsi, even though the guns at the bar were Pepsi branded. It was some off brand imperial cola. Not very impressed. But still wasn't a bad place to have some Sunday fun.

This is a great place to unwind with friends, family, and beer. As other reviews have said, the lanes are challenging and the balls have craters in them. But who cares about those details, you're not going to bowl your best games without your own stuff anyways. The atmosphere and fun times you'll have with friends and family can't be beat!

We showed up too late for bowling, but when we told the woman at the desk we were from out of town, she gave us a lane for a game. We weren't even pushing for it. She was just really nice, and we were able to get our game in before other people were finished anyways. She didn't have to, but it made our night.

Been here multiple times. Came on 3/8/23. Had my group's IDs checked at the door. Came with my two friends. My friends has to go back to the car, so we ordered our drinks while they were gone at the bar. I ordered two rail mixers and a mini-pitcher for the group. They did not ask me for my ID. Later on, my friends returned and tried to order drinks, the bartender grilled her, asked her who the drinks were for and who was paying, then asked for her ID--which had been checked to get in. She informed her of this. The bartender wanted to check anyway "Bc ppl are bowling" my friend informed her that she was not bowling and just wanted a drink. The bartender refused to serve her. A few moments later another employee approached our table saying that because it was after 9 and bowling was over they were checking IDs. We informed her that our IDs had already been checked, at this point it was 10:30 so well after 9pm anyway. We called BS and she said another employee claimed to have seen my friend coming from bowling. WE DID NOT BOWL, and no one in my group even walked to that side of the building. The employee then said that the doorman was unreliable and known to leave the door unattended which is why they check again inside (??? Hire a new door man idk?). My friend then spoke with the manager who repeatedly cut my friend off and spoke over her when trying to voice her concerns and how she felt harassed. To check someone's ID multiple times a night at a basement bowling alley is ludicrous. We were the only table approached and we just happened to be of color (:/) I have truly never felt so offended in an establishment in my life. I would not recommend.

Always a darn good time. Hella pool tables. New wall of dart boards. Cheap drinks. Chill atmosphere. What more do you want?!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Seems the recommendations are talking about everything but the bowling alley. I don’t recommend actually bowling here as none of the lanes are oiled and it’s hard to believe they can hold a league. The lanes were so dry that I could get a house ball to spin. Come here for the drinks and atmosphere BUT DO NOT BOWL. DO NO BRING YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT, it will get scuffed up by the horrible lanes and stops. Owner is also not the nicest person and should hire someone who is good at customer service. We had high hopes and will not be back. Edit = Found broken glass on the bathroom floor and staff knew about it and are not doing anything about it. Love it.

Do not waste your time. This place wreaks of cigarettes worse than an old Vegas casino. Literally half of the "arcade" games were out of order and none of the staff seemed to care at all. Also somehow in the middle of the day they were out of bowling lanes. Just a really gross creepy vibe. Do not take your kiddos

Haven’t bowled in a decade and checked out this classic neighborhood venue with friends over the weekend. The wait time for a bowling lane was around an hour at 9 on a Saturday so expect that, but it was a great atmosphere, cheap drinks, and fun bowling experience. We’ll be back!

Celebrated my birthday here by renting the Back Bar. The manager Kevin and bartender Kyle were both great and helped to make it an awesome experience. The Back Bar is spacious and able to comfortably accommodate my guests, around 50 or so. If you're looking for a nice and laid back space to have a private event, Landmark is the spot!

Huge lively underground bar. Friendly staff. 8 pool tables AND a snooker table. Steel tip dartboards. 3 bars, bowling, and an actual arcade. The crowd can seem a bit rowdy at times but there are always locals here. The pool tables get intense, and you get some incredible players swinging through. Gets much busier and livelier on the weekends. Weeknights are actually fairly calm. I live a couple block away so this is my "Home bar" and you might bump into me on the tables. See you there!

Fun for adults, pool, bowling, arcade, and karioke. My friends bday was there last week and the staff killed it, always had a drink, never waited in line or felt ignored. I just want to put a huge shout out to the staff for being so welcoming. Shoutout to the management as well for having great taste in quality staffing.

Fun and affordable! It was free to enter and about $10 bowling 1 game and shoe rental. The kids used bumpers and the arcade room was fun.

We tried to go here for my son's birthday which was on a Tuesday and the guy at the front desk was extremely rude with us it almost felt racially motivated. We called ahead of time to see if lanes were available and they said yes but this guy said no lanes because it was league night.

Staff was extremely rude, and our bowling lane had multiple issues which required us to ask the staff to reset the lane many time. Overall feels rundown, poorly maintained, and couldn’t recommend. We did bowl, and the bowling was fine, but there are so many better places in Milwaukee to go in the future.

All Cons: Smells like vomit and feet the moment you walk in, most of the games are broken, (namely air hockey, DDR, guitar hero and a racing game), smells like urine on the west side of the bar, the whole place is dead silent until someone pays $2 to play one song on the jukebox, the lanes aren't oiled the balls have deep gashes on them and they always get stuck in the machine. Whoever owns this place obviously doesn't care about maintenance. Never coming back.

This is a dingy basement bowling alley with old, run down video games. They say they have 'bar food' but they mean a couple of vending machines. Not family friendly but I could see it being fun for the 20something punk crowd.

We came because the website said there was open bowling but or was actually a league night. We tried to make the best of it with arcade games and literally every game we played was at least somewhat broken.

great vibe, decor, arcade, and bar. it’s best not come here expecting an enjoyable bowling experience. the balls have actual craters in them, the lanes are warped, and they are only oiled every wednesday. I hate to say it but the bowling is atrocious

We had so much fun it would be nice if they had it mandatory to wear masks as the COVID numbers are back on the rise. If your looking for a good night of fun I recommend and be careful using the arcade some games such as the basketball one will keep your money and won't let you play it.

Been here before in my younger years and it was cheap and a good time. Last night was the same, cheap drinks, cool staff, and a good time. It's a little dingy but nothing you wouldn't expect from an old school bowling alley. Check it out! And it's a landmark (pun intended)

Old and well loved. Great place to spend an evening with friends. Meet lots of friendly people as well. Bowling, pool, pinball, darts and seating areas are prevalent. I highly recommend going.Shout out to the awesome staff too that made my visit to Milwaukee that much better. Y'all rock!

Had a great time. There is bowling, pool tables, an arcade and plenty of TVs in the bar to watch the game. The drinks were good and the beer was cold. Service was good too. Nothin fancy just fun. Will definitely go back.

WOW. This place is everything a person could think of! They have great bowling deals. In addition, they have soooo many arcade games. I did not know they had Dance Dance Revolution! They also have amazing drink deals! They have karaoke every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 9 PM!! They also have multiple pool tables.

An expanse of pub games and affordable drinks. Bumper pool, steel tipped darts, and music make it one of my favorite bars. Arcade is decent too. Went bowling here and wouldn't repeat, the lanes are tilted and poorly oiled. We tried the assisted bowling ramp and it was next to impossible to hit pins, even planning on the curves. Great other games though, just need some maintenance on the lanes

Came here for bowling but end up playing darts. FYI bowling area close at 10pm on Saturdays they don’t want drunks bowling. But the bar is still open. The bar area is pretty decent and with space. I’ll go again for some darts and pool. Only thing is no food. You’ll have to order out or eat before you come. The drinks were okay not strong enough. I’ll recommend for a night out.

Since 1927. This place has been an entertainment destination per the website. The vibe of this joint is unmistakably old Milwaukee. A massive main bar. Satelite bars. The stories the walls have seen here would write a movie. Glad I experienced it. $4.50 /gm w/ shoes. Great deal too
