It's the highest cliff in France and one of the highest in Europe. Breathtaking panorama view and a spark of adrenaline, that you have to see and feel for yourself. The place is also a popular point on the map for wedding photos. If you will be here on Saturday in summer, probably like we, you will meet someone during this special day ;) Cliff is located near the main road with big free parking so no worries with your car.

It’s a stunning view, like all the online pictures. To better appreciate it, I recommend to hike up from Cassis. Start in Av. du Revestel, walk along the D141 road for about 1km, and turn right into an easy trail to walk to the cliff’s edges. It takes about 1 hr one-way, and a reasonable level of fitness, and you’ll be rewarded with beautiful viewpoints along the way.

Good lookout that is the closest to Cassis. Small scramble over small rooks is required, but this one (unlike others further in) is achievable in sandals if needed.

Excellent view over Cassis and it's Calanques. Unfortunately we picked an evening with a lot of clouds so no spectacular sundown. But worth while nevertheless. Amazing views. Can be dangerous and I recommend decent sneakers if not hiking shoes. No place for flipflops.

Incredible view! Easy to walk from Cassis (follow the road until you see a marker for the entrance to the park, find the large, well-marked trail and walk along. You can walk all the way to Ciotat)

Jaw dropping views. Scary if you’re close to the edge. If you see someone rock climbing even better. Bring a jacket, it’s windy up there. Great place for sunset, sunrise. If you have a car, it’s a no brainer. Go!

Adventurous drive in the national park to several lookout spots with sweeping beautiful views and sunsets. Lots of hiking trails in the area.

Great views of the bay and top of the cliffs. Dangerous drop, unprotected edges!
