I approached a single staff member at the counter to ask a quick question…. But then Matsumoto and another Japanese counter staff butted in and told me that the young foreign counter employee spoke neither English nor Japanese. It seemed impossible. But I let them bully her and me into not allowing me to ask her when breakfast serving time ends. “Asa gohan wa nan ji made desuka?” And sure enough when I returned a few minutes later the young lady was speaking perfectly nice Japanese to all the customers picking up their orders. So I told Matsumoto she is a liar. Sadly I went this morning to get breakfast but they stopped serving it, which was no problem, but when I tried to ask what time breakfast stopped being served I was not allowed to ask the staff a question. In fact, Matsumoto and her controlling bullying Japanese lady partner told me that the staff did not speak English or Japanese. What silly nonsense. Although many small-time Japanese restaurants cannot do better, McDonalds can and should. Get rid of the Japanese bullies and put the scared young foreign staff in charge. I have lived in Japan 15 years so I am used to Japan’s quirks, but there is no excuse for lies and bullying polite customers and scared foreign staff. #stupid bully managers

I just had the worst experience at a McDonald's in Japan. I used the self-service kiosk to order a Bai Chicken Filet-O, a Bai Fish Filet-O, a McCafe drink, and a few other items. I made sure to place my order right at 5pm to catch the Bai menu. But that's when the nightmare began. I waited 15 minutes, only to see my items getting mixed up with other people's orders. It seemed like the staff at the counter were jumbling everything up and not following the order sequence. When I approached the counter with my receipt, which was almost 20 minutes old by then, the staff barely acknowledged me. They just marked my order as ready on the big screen, even though it clearly wasn't. After a bit more waiting, someone rushed out from the kitchen with what they claimed was my order. When I got home, the situation got even worse. They had swapped my Bai Chicken Filet-O for a cheaper Bai Chicken Cheeseburger – a big problem since my kid is allergic to cheese. The Bai Fish Filet-O was also a letdown; it lacked sauce, was utterly tasteless, and as cold as if it had been sitting out since yesterday. I ended up throwing both away. To McDonald's Japan: you really need to reevaluate the management and staff at this location, especially those working on December 1, 2023, at 5pm. They're not just damaging your brand, but also potentially harming your customers' health.

Not really a food review, but i just met the nicest staff that recieved my order since 2019. I kept on going at mcdonalds because it’s convenient and quick for a person who’s always in rush like me. She is nice and gracious, she smiles at you in all times and she is very observant. She observes people ordering from her, specially to those foreigners who can’t speak good in japanese or no japanese at all, because she doesn’t hesitate to speak english nicely to you. I encountered with her maybe 3 times only but she is very good at her work she help the kids to and my kids wanted to go back there the other day but she is not there. She should be positioned more often at the cashiers because she is nice and easy to talk to. She can speak japanese too and treat japanese people nicely too like she treats everyone. I remembered I asked her about where is she from, she is a Filipina from the Philippines. it was nice meeting her. We hope we can see her more often at the cashier. Often the cashier person there are rude, they talk nicely but felt irritated

There were a mass of flies by the window. Really disgusting. But I guess it happens when you are open 24hrs. The store was really packed at 1330. On the flip side, haven’t had McDonald’s in a while and the double cheeseburger was great. Fries were a little stale. Vanilla milk shake was awesome! All for 550 yen. Please do something about the flies.

Hmm, I preferred the triangle chocolate pies, but this was good as well.

Managerial female staff (with a yellow ribbon) refused to take my order today and urged me to order using the self order machine. Then she gave me a burger without even handing me a tray... I find this disrespectful and not just lazy. What a bad service.

Tasted pretty good. Only complaint is that the fries were cold.

Completed remodeled since a few years ago. There are now two huge self-order touch screens. Upstairs sitting area has also been completely changed to add more capacity.

It's a standard McDs But I quite liked ordering from the machines; you can customize your burgers and use multiple languages

Spicy Chicken Wings not too spicy but it’s good. ¥200 Value Set Morning Mac : Bacon Egg Mac Sandwich-Coffee-Hash Potato ¥400 Bacon Egg Mac Sandwich was not juicy and salty as I thought. I found if dry and mild taste, to have for the morning breakfast.

Its McD. Can’t go wrong. Tried all the japan only specials.

Very disappointed. It js written 24 hours but at 11.30pm they refused to serve making excuses that are stupid.
