何故ここが評判良いのかさっぱり分からない。。 ネタが凄く高いと言うか、珍しい物使ってるだけとしか思えない。 旦那も来てる有名なお客さんの事しか話すネタ無いし、高級店なのに会話出来ないとかは悲惨。 以下内容です。 ・もずく ・牡蠣 ・ぶり ・水シャコ ・白子 ・甘エビ、ましこ ・このわた ・藁焼きカツオ ・ノドグロ ・車海老、この大きさだと1尾3000円はすると思う、けど火入れが普通て残念 ・いくら ・ヒラメ、 ・コハダ、 ・中トロ ・スミイカ ・長万部、ほっき貝 ・ウニ、カリフォルニア ・卵焼き 乾杯と日本酒5杯で6.5万は、おすすめ出来ない、仕事でも行かない、誘われても行きたく無いお店ですかね。。

You cannot walk in. Their next reservations are 4 months away. Not mentioned on their website or on Google. I was turned away.

Maybe the hardest sushi booking in Tokyo right now (I went 4 years ago and haven't been able to score a res since). Some review complained about not being able to walk in, lol. This isn't Nobu bro. Impeccable sourcing alongside solid sushi is the big differentiator for me. A lot of attention paid to variety, quality and progression. It ain't bad to see a whole katsuo get smoked over wara in the dining room, either. Weird side note: seems they have a wide variety of French reds on the beverage list, and they are popular with regulars.

予約が全く取れないこと以外、完璧。笑 圧倒的仕入れ力で最高のネタを🍣 友人がたまたま予約が取れたとのことで伺いました。 言語化するのが難しいですが、店内はどこのお寿司屋さんよりも居心地が良くとてもゆったりとした雰囲気です。(奥行きが広いからか？) 大将の雰囲気もとても柔らかかったです。 銀杏のアミューズから始まり、つまみにはいります。 特にあん肝や白子の酒煮といったつまみがどれも最高でした。 寿司というよりこっちメインでもいいくらいです。 その後はにぎりです。中トロ・コハダが個人的なお気に入りでした。 大将曰く、ウチは他の店に比べてとびきり良いネタを押さえてもらっているとのこと。料理の腕だけでなく、コネクションもとても大事なんですねぇ。 お酒は1杯1000円前後と良心的なお値段。 日本酒3合、ビール、コースと合わせて41000円。とても大満足です。 予約頑張って再訪したいと思います。

Possibly the best we've ever had after over 1000 sushi meals. Been to several Tabelog Gold Omakase bars (sugita, arai, namba), and this stands out. Spectacular and exceeds all expectations
