Absolutely terrible experience in this institute. First of all the staff doesn’t speak English at all so it was quite hard to communicate. Second of all, they ran out of time to do my waxing so they asked me (not so) politely to leave the institute with my legs half waxed. They were very unprofessional ! Would absolutely not recommend

The service was great from the beginning. I wasn’t sure which method of hair removal I should choose, but I received a professional consultation about it. As a result I’ve made sugaring and everything was great. It was not as painful as I expected and the quality was super good! Also it didn’t take a lot of time so I can easily enjoy the rest of the day. I will definitely return here again

Simply awesome! I recently had my first wax in years done here. I was a bit scared as my previous experience (a long time ago back in my home country) was really painful. But things went so much different this time. Miko Ann was friendly and professional and made me feel relaxed from the start. There was a little bit of pain but overall the experience was pleasant and I already know I'll be coming back. I really recommend it to everyone.

It was my first time having sugaring. Ms. Kie herself performed the sugaring on me. She was really mice and did so perfectly. Compared to the usual wax, sugaring was indeed less painful and I noticed it left no ingrown hair. The place was so nice and pretty. I would definitely go back here again
