A delightful, peaceful and relaxing experience! A strike of luck made me find an available spot just one day before leaving Japan, and it was definitely one of the best ways to say so long to such an incredible country. Aya was the specialist and magic massage master who took care of me during my visit. She was kind, gentle and professional from start to finish, and is absolutely amazing in her art! It was my first time doing a scalp massage and I could not have asked for a better spa and specialist. I left Belle Cheveu feeling peaceful, happy, my neck and shoulders as relaxed as they could be, and with the silkiest hair. I was a little late because I got lost on transit but they were very understanding and accomodating, and my stylist was encouraging me to practice Japanese while practicing her English, so the conversation felt very comfortable! The staff are very knowledgable and give you a consultation in the beginning, and my stylist actually recommended that I switch services because they thought that my hair would need a certain treatment type over the one I had originally booked. (My hair quality was pretty bad so I immediately obliged.) The tea that they give you at the beginning and end were also both delicious, and the actual shampooing/massage felt so great that I wasn't sure if I fell asleep during the experience or not. I'm pretty sure I did. After I left, my friends also told me that my hair looked much healthier than it did before, and a week later it still feels soft and healthy!

Had an amazing session just now with their specialists. I did the hair scalp treatment with the scalp diagnosis. This was tremendously helpful and the first time I could see my scalp and the issues with it (redness, dryness and dandruff). Following the treatment I scalp was so clean both visible and I could feel the difference in my hair. I wish I had this in the UK or the US. Highly recommend for everyone to try!

Amazing experience!! One of the things on my To Dos list in Japan was to go to a head spa and I couldn’t choose a better option. It was one of the most relaxing experiences that I’ve ever had. From the facilities, to the incredible esthetician that applied me the treatment (I picked the “Dr. Hair Growth Curse”), everything exceed my expectations!!! I definitely recommend this Head Spa and I hope to come back soon to Japan to repeat this awesome and relaxing experience!

The service was great and professional! If you’re looking for a scalp spa to destress, especially after a long flight to Tokyo, this place is perfect. I has the scalp and hair treatment, which totaled about $115 for 2.5 hours. Everything was clean and I appreciate being able to book a spot last minute online. My hair and scalp feels great after.

10/10. I got the scalp treatment/cleansing on my last day in Tokyo and I’m so glad I managed to find a last minute booking. I was asked to fill in a questionnaire about my hair/concerns and the treatment was tailored accordingly. I shown my scalp under a microscopic camera before and after and I could see the build up completely gone after the treatment. A scalp cleanse was my main goal with this treatment but this clinic exceeded all expectations in so many other ways. I was treated by Aya and she was incredibly lovely and helpful from start to end and made every part of the treatment feel like a massage (the best head and neck massage I’ve ever experienced at that). I was given tea both at the start and end of my appointment and treated so well by all staff. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable and I would recommend everyone travelling to Tokyo to get this done both for the scalp cleansing and 10/10 service.

This was the first time ever I did a hair/scalp treatment and it was very nice. It was super realxing and very comfortable, and the difference in the scalp before after was huge. Although not everyone spoke fluent English there was no problem with the communication as the staff was very clear and friendly and using google translate when needed. Would definitely recommend!

It was such a wonderful experience here! They were all very kind and because I didn’t speak Japanese they were very patient and accommodating. They paid close attention to detail from the temperature of the water to the pressure during the massage. Everything was very clean and I left feeling so relaxed. All in all I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

My boyfriend and I had a very relaxing time here, I even fell asleep during the treatment! The staff was very courteous and kind. The massage was the best part of the treatment, I only wish it was even longer. Overall a great experience, we recommend.

Went to the Yoyogi location in October 2023 and had a very relaxing and pleasant visit. Treatment was very thorough and soothing to my scalp. Hair was super soft and bouncy upon completion. Although the therapist had limited English, she had cards in English to explain her observations, treatment process, and recommendations. Tea and a gift bag of their products provided when done. Would definitely visit again. Note: I showed up early and thought the elevator was not working. Found out later that the elevator to their location is disabled while they are working on clients. They turn it back on 10 minutes or so before the next appointment.

I found this japanese head spa through a youtube video and wanted to try it out during my trip to Japan. It was my first time, and I was worried about the language barrier since I don't speak any Japanese. Making a reservation through the website however was very easy because everything was in English. My Spanist was Erina and she was really kind and made my experience there very enjoyable and relaxing. Despite the language barrier, she was very accommodating and put in a lot of effort to be able to communicate with me in English, which I was very thankful for! It was a wonderful experience and I can definitely recommend this to everyone looking for some time to relax and wanting to try out a head spa!😊
