This hotel is nothing like what the pics they show. We checked in for 3 nights and stayed for 1. We had a 2 bedroom suite. The room has horrible and the service even worse. For 1000 USD a night the expectation is higher. They didn’t even have vegetarian options in their restaurants. No good room service options either. They are not friendly and not helpful with anything kid related. I have traveled through Asia and this hotel is a joke. They don’t even speak English or maybe they don’t speak it when it’s convenient- unsure. The room is ugly and needs to be updated. There was a puddle by the mini fridge that’s stayed wet. Unhelpful and rude overall . The only positive I have is the cleaning staff was thorough.

I stayed one night at "Park Floor Corner King Room Tokyo Tower side" to spend a relaxing time alone. In a word, it was a great stay! The best part was the jacuzzi with a beautiful sunset view. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The breakfast buffet restaurant can get crowded, but there is a reservation system so I never had to wait. I look forward to my next stay.

The service at this hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff are fast, friendly, and efficient. The surrounding grounds are a beautiful park and the view of Tokyo Tower is Spectacular. The hotel and rooms are in need of updating as they are showing age. The blinds are good but really old. There are better options for less money in Tokyo.

Their room was comfortable and fully equipped, especially the bed is big. The view of Tokyo tower is really amazing. However, I would say their breakfast buffet could be improved. I stay there for 3nights and have had 3 times buffet breakfast. The long queue was a disaster. This is my first time waiting in a 30 groups of line for buffet breakfast in a five star hotel. Waiting hour approximately 1hour. Don’t tell me this is a five star hotel. They must have the five star service operation flow in every department including food and beverage department.

Staff was very friendly. Advise you to check in a bit early since there was a long line waiting when I arrived. Hotel is clean and easy to get to. I stayed in a King suite with a nice view of Tokyo Tower. Had dinner in the room. Overall very impressed with hotel.

The view from the room was beautiful. The room was clean but felt a bit old.

this hotel should open for a long time, i can see the facilities are kind of old fashioned and old. For the service, staff are kind and nice to help, able to speak english which is good. For the room view, it is fabulous to see the whole tokyo tower in the room, which is stunning and comfortable. it is worthwhile to stay for the view.

Worth the visit especially if you are a fan of Tokyo Tower. The hotel is well positioned to fully enjoy Tokyo Tower night or day. A corner room is recommended as the expansive windows capture the full majesty of the scenery. Hardly turned the TV on at all as we were soaking in the view. Whilst all our comforts were catered for, the room is a little dated and modern conveniences like USB plugs at the night stand were not available although I suspect front desk can help with that. We did find the TV remote to be rather dirty and covered in fluff, which was unpleasant, especially with covid. Everything/where else was very clean. Their service was where they shined, check in / out was smooth and professional, the reception noted my wife was pregnant and asked if we would like a chair sent up for the shower. They also provided good advice on which level had a better view and arranged accordingly. Location is good if you want to go to Tokyo Tower, or in Minato-ku, however, it's pretty far from train stations requiring a good 10 min walk in many cases.

Set to get great views of the prince tower. It’s set-up near a small park. The hotel is near public transport and has been recently refurbished. The rooms are bigger than average Japan hotel rooms. Like most Japanese luxury hotels there are several restaurants. I like the rooftop restaurant for breakfast and the bar which is right next to it for views later at night.

This is a great hotel with a stunning view of Tokyo Tower. The staff bend over backwards to help (that's typical of Japan anyway), but they really do go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed with all the amenities expected. My room had a balcony which was so nice to sit out on and watch the city. While the subway is near and convenient, there is not really anything nearby, although there are a few restaurants and a convenience store in the basement. The bar upstairs is expensive, but what a view! All in all, this hotel is a great place to stay, and well central for getting around the city.

It’s right next to the Tokyo tower! We got the Panoramic view room with balcony. The scenery is just stunning! The nearest train station is only 6-7 mins walk. There is also a Family Mart Convenient store located inside the hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Make sure to try the breakfast in the room. We got the Japanese style breakfast and it’s delicious!

Great luxury hotel with one of the best city views you'll find in whole Japan. Rooms looking at Tokyo Tower are even more attractive. I've stayed in couple of other hotels with good views but this one was my favourite. Staff is super friendly and professional, even for high japanese standards. I can't thank them enough for this. I would also say that for a 5 star hotel, it is relatively affordable comparing to some other, much more expensive hotels that I can't say are better than this one. Location is good, although not in Tokyo centre, it is situated a few minute walk from two subway stations- Shibakoen and Akabanenashi so I would say it's convinient.

Super good experiences there. We stayed for 3 nights with 3 rooms with families. Good location, clean rooms and facility is super good. My girl lost her blanket on bed, they tried hard to find it, returned with cleaned one. Rooms with tower vie and modern interior, I definitely will come back again!

I love this hotel! I stay here at least once a year and they always take good care of me. The rooms are nice. I suggest asking for a high floor facing the Tokyo Tower. The breakfast choices are nice. You have three restaurants to choose from. If you have time, definitely check out the spa and bowling alley located on the lower level. Tokyo Tower is just down the street. A must see.

We requested 2 connecting rooms as we were travelling with kids, instead we've got 2 rooms far from each other, good that at least we were on the same floor. The view from the room was not what initially sold us this hotel ( view to Tokyo Tower). I've got in touch with the general manager, but they didn't even respond . The hotel was overpriced, poor service overall, with exception to the housekeeping lady that would smile and greet you every morning, which will make you feel welcome, feeling that you won't get anywhere else around the hotel. Facilities and amenities were good..

The hotel itself is beautiful. It's a 5 star hotel and we only stayed one night but it was wonderful. I got a room with a view of Tokyo Tower. The view was gorgeous. The beds we're incredibly soft and fluffy. The bathroom has a bathtub thar was a jet bubble tub and also a shower. The bathroom could be renovated a little bit. It feels like it's started to feel dated. Especially for a 5 star hotel. There is a lawsons in the basement of the hotel but it closes earlier than others. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. Our concierge went above and beyond to help us reserve shinkansen seats and get us a taxi for us when we left. Would absolutely stay there again.

BEWARE of additional costs when you book your rooms. Breakfast is 5000 yen for a very average buffet ( no à la carte), the gym and pool are NOT free. 3000 yen for single use or 5000 yen for both. The pool is really worth it with a 25 m length and a nice jacuzzi . Gym is missing a lot of basic equipment like rowing machine. The room are rather outdated in their decoration . Bed linens are coarse and pillow probably filled with straws . It feels like a business hotel not like a tourist hotel. On the positive side concierge is very good, even with already high Japanese standards and location is more convenient than we initially thought as the subway station is very close. Not a romantic place you take a love one but rather a business stop where you don’t spend much time in the room. Clearly not a 5 stars hotel. 4 at best.

Top in all ratings. So smoothly run that you never have to do much to get staff attention. The lobby staff are adept at the welcoming experience and assisting with luggage as you arrive. Restaurants are all excellent. The rooftop dining experience deserved a Michelin for food quality, taste, presentation and wait staff attentiveness. The maitre d’ is amongst the best I have had the pleasure to meet. Rooms are big, comfortable and quiet. Being in the park helps.

This is five star to the next level. The rooms are huge, very tidy, great views from the room and above all the courteous staff makes this place out of the world. Thank you Price park tower team making my stay and absolute fantastic.

First trip to Japan for holiday and to celebrate my wife's birthday, and this hotel give the best experience. Fast check in, spacy room and great view to Tokyo Tower. The lobby design is modern and calming. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant's menu is delicious. Tried Shibazakura, Katsura, Tenshiba, and in room dining services. Can't complain. Very strategic location: near 3 train stations; inside Shiba Park so can watch some festival in the temple. Also, a lot of diner or cuisine around the hotel. Will definitely stay at Prince Hotels Group when next occasion to Japan in the future.

Location is isolated yet ideal if that is what you are seeking. We needed a quiet night as the last stay before Haneda airport return. There is a wonderful onsen for Club Level guests. Restaurant options in B1 level are average but bowling alley was a plus. Best was the lounge and drink on the 34th floor and club level lounge on 33rd floor well worth the club level price rooms. Bravo. Rooms are exquisite

We loved this hotel so much!! Amazing view of the Tokyo tower and close to metro stations. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the restaurant on the bottom floor was also great! The rooftop place had amazing views at night!

There are few underground stations close by within 5-10min walking distance. It has restaurant, salon, and a convenient store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room had the garden view which was amazing with the cherry blossom in the garden.

Had a very enjoyable stay at Prince Park Tower Tokyo hotel. The service was excellent with all the staff being attentive and also going the extra mile. I lost my phone on the cab and seek help from the lobby staff, they helped to contact the driver and arranged for the driver to send the phone back. Really grateful for their excellent service . Location is superb too, as it was near to the train station and the airport limo bus outside the hotel made it so convenient for me. Would stay at the hotel the next time I’m in Tokyo!

Got a great deal on a room here. Staff was super attentive and happily changed our room to one that had an amazing view of Tokyo tower that was recently renovated. The hotel has many amenities and is quite large. Really easy access to nearby attractions and subway stations. I really enjoyed my stay!

  • 4/5 Dalila B. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel is perfectly located in Minato ku and it's really curated to the minimum details. That's why I was surprised when I found that the personnel managing the breakfast don't speak English (and when I asked if there was someone that could speak English there, they were not very nice...). Also, you have to choose between buffet or set-style breakfast, without the possibility to see a menu or have an idea. I appreciated though the small things, like the newspaper out if the door in the morning.

Very nice view to the tokyo tower, but very old room. The bar on the rooftop is stunning, I was so lucky to see the special colour for the Vientianes' day. Remember to book the tokyo tower room otherwise you are just wasting money to stay at this hotel.

Exquisite, professional and royal experience. The food at the top will get you going for the day but downstairs you can find some traditional authentic cuisine. Exceptional hosts!

Great hotel built next to a park, there are two metro stations close to the hotel, but unfortunately not right in front of the door. However they run a shuttle bus to Hamamatsucho Station (JR) every half hour. The building itself has a interesting design, it has a triangle share if you look down from the sky, and the lobby’s top ceiling goes all the way up to the very top. Room is very large compare to other hotels in Japan, it even come with a couch and a table, just for your reference most hotel rooms in Japan can barely fit 2 beds. The room is clean and well decorated, beds are comfortable enough, it also come with a balcony and a independent toilet room. Due to the shape of this hotel, some rooms have a nice park view; upgrade is also available if you want a Tokyo Tower view, but come with a additional charge. The price per night often falls between $250 and $300 (regular room) depends on the seasons, which isn’t expensive for this type of hotel in Tokyo.

Honestly the service is top notch. Room is good among 5 star hotel and bathroom is spacious with jacuzzi bath with bath salts. There were a bit of mishap on breakfast which they made it up for and brought within 15 minutes. Accommodated to our convenience with best mannerism which I appreciate very much as Japanese. In my experience, not all 5 star hotel including which costs more than double of the price provide this level of mannerism and service. Certainly impressed and recommended to my friends. I’d be coming back too. Much appreciated for your hospitality and professional staff.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms and right on top of Shiba park which is a lovely place for a stroll. Service staff all top notch. Clean and peaceful room. Big bathtub and stocked with all the hygiene amenities you need for your stay. Gym and sauna inside hotel but at a cost of 2000 yen which is pricey and the gym is fairly basic considering the cost.

The service was great. I was wet as I arrived at the hotel as it was raining n was walking from the train station. Was offered towel to dry n managed to get an early check-in even though it was close to 11am. The room is nice n clean, n there's a spa tube in the toilet. Only down side is the decor is dated.

I dislike how they treated us, it was the so bad! They were rude when we asked for crib, we have called before to reserve one but they said it’s not possible. Magically others could. The stay is terrible and not recommended at all.

When staying here, I took the time (and expense) to upgrade to a better room during our stay. The property (out front) looks good, but the rooms are starting to show their age. Partial painted trim, signs of age/wear in the furniture, and low maintenance across the room. It is a property I would stay at again as the staff was very helpful and engaging, but I will wait until after this property goes through a remodel/update.

This is a 5 star hotel in middle of Tokyo with awesome view of Tokyo tower from rooms. Room interiors are great. That’s all to this hotel. If you talk about check in services, premium lounge facilities, food and staff services and temperaments, all are really below average. Food pricey and overrated. So is the interiors of the common areas is outdated for the price. We stayed in middle of November 2022, which is normally a Christmas decoration time all around the Tokyo. But this hotel there was hardly any sign of decorations. I am not impressed with services for the huge price paid (opted for premium king room including premium lounge) wouldn’t like to visit again. Not to mention they have huge crowds for the breakfast buffet times even for the residents, it took us easily an hour to get in when reaching at 8:45-9 am to have breakfast at 33 floor restaurant. Staff wasn’t hospitable. Same queues even during check in on Friday. Not efficient and smooth.

I loved this hotel. The location was perfect (worth getting a Tokyo Tower view), the service was amazing, the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, in-room dining and breakfast was of a very high standard. Whist the hotel is a little dated compared to other 5 star hotels, I’d highly recommend over others. I absolutely loved the space in the bathroom for makeup/hair preparation!

  • 5/5 Elle L. 1 year ago on Google
Requesting a Tokyo tower view room upon check in needs to pay 5000yen extra, which was fine. Overall lovely experience staying here. I do not suggest checking in at 3pm as it may be a long queue. Very convenient in transportation wise- there were taxi waiting outside even at 3am.

  • 5/5 Trevor B. 1 year ago on Google
5-star hotel in the heart of Tokyo and they earn every star. Top level service, several fine restaurants, on-site spa services, and they even an in-building convenience store. The renovated rooms feature luxurious bathrooms and the views of Tokyo tower are amazing, assuming you pay for a tower room. I highly recommend asking if they have a tower view room available since the other side of the hotel overlooks a freeway.

Wonderful hotel in the most perfect location. Had a great long weekend there visiting my old stomping grounds in Tokyo. Would highly recommend. When I went (August) the room rates were rather reasonable and my room even had a great view of the Shiba Park gardens and Tokyo Tower - a luxury in Tokyo.

A true 5/5 experience. Probably the best view you can have in Tokyo's center (very close to Shinjuku). Real balcony with lots of light. Staff was super nice and hotel was outstanding with waterfalls everywhere, many quick elevators (it can be a problem with a high floor). Great stay, highly recommended

We stayed one night of our journey in this luxurious 5 star hotel after a night in a capsule hotel the night before. The corner room with a view of Tokyo tower was fantastic. Our parents had bought a more premium room with spa access, breakfast and lounge access which we did not have access to. I do not think we used many of the facilities but enjoyed this night in luxury.
