    I used to go to a local gym, but it didn't last long, so I decided to go here because it's close to my house and it's reasonably priced. It's 30 minutes, so it's easy to come even if you're busy, and you can use LINE for regular communication, so it's easy to do. The trainers also teach me carefully and I enjoy going there!

    I started going there half a month ago. I just went because it was close to my house and thought it would be easy to get to, but I think it was pretty good. The trainer makes a different plan for me every time, so I never get tired of it, and since it's my first time going to the gym, I thought 30 minutes would be a long time, but it ended up being surprisingly quick. I feel like this will continue. My muscles are still sore all the time, but I want to gradually gain strength!

    It's a very good gym that's easy to go to, has moderate content, cheerful trainers, and appeals to the most important thing: stick to it. Although there aren't many machines, serious training using a variety of machines is something that would be done at a serious gym, so I was able to get guidance to be aware of the parts that make general training effective, so it's easy for an average person to do it. It is extremely suitable for people.

    I was introduced to this by someone at work, and I've been going here for about 3 months. Personal gyms have the image of being expensive, but the low price is also attractive, and you can get a good workout even in just 30 minutes, so I personally feel it's a great fit!     I started with almost no knowledge about muscle training, but I am very grateful that he was able to give me detailed instructions on which machines to use, what muscles to focus on, and which muscles to work on. I was worried about whether I would be able to continue, but 30 minutes is just the right amount of time and I can go without any stress! Since he creates a menu that suits each individual each time, I feel that it is much more efficient and effective than doing long muscle training by self-study.

    My strength training didn't last at all, but I've been able to do it for a long time at our gym! The inside of the room is clean and the training is fun as they give careful and easy-to-understand instructions, including how to use the equipment! Recommended for beginners too!
